I gave 5 stars because they always make sure all of my needs are met concerning my health. When I tell them whats wrong they dont ignore the issue they try to solve it. Or send me for second opinion. The staff is always friendly. Been coming here for about 2 years . Great team 👏👍

After seeing Dr. Aziz, I was very disappointed. He didn’t even check me, he was wanting to go by what other doctors have said. I payed him to check me, not to go by what other doctors have said. That’s the reason why I went to him for a second opinion, but instead he was rude because I didn’t have health insurance. He said “ The same way you came here you can go see other specialist, that’s why you need health insurance”. After telling him that I didn’t qualify because of hours of work. He said, “Come the same way you came here”. I definitely don’t recommend him, the only reason why I gave a two stars is because of the staff friendliness, they were patient and friendly.

I went to this dr once. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, because the staff was really nice.What I didn’t like is that I got charged extra for tests they ran that they said they had to run on all new patients, including a lung health test. I was charged over $100 for this, because my insurance refused to pay. I didn’t even know what this charge was that they refused until I looked at a bill I got in the mail. I saw that the charge was for those 2 unnecessary tests that took about 5 minutes.Someone else had posted something similar about getting charged extra for these things. They accused this dr of insurance fraud. I DON’T think this is insurance fraud, but it was difficult to have to pay that much out of pocket for the extra services I felt were unnecessary. I do believe they should tell new patients about these tests and that they may not be covered.I’ve since found another dr in Rockwall that doesn’t do this.

The staff are all very polite, professional, encouraging. Megan and her assistant listen to my questions and respond patiently. They’ve made me feel welcome from the beginning. I’m so glad I found Elite!

This office runs so smooth and everyone is so kind. Dr. Aziz is very thorough and I trust him I just love All of his staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The Doctor knows his stuff. The nurse practitioner Karen is so sweet and very smart. And Judy and her daughter Jenny are a delight.

The staff is amazing. They get u in fast on emergency calls and once you arrive you in and out satisfied. They are all very professional and I love this office.

Theres no negative at all. The staff, Doctor, and PA are all friendly and professional. Theres never much of a wait. They see patients at thier appointment time or sometimes a little earlier, yet take time to listen. You sometimes dread seeing a doctor because you dont want to be told what you should and shouldnt be doing. We all have bad habits right? But you wont get lectured or chastised about it here. The primary concern is the patient, as it should be.

I really like and respect the doctors and staff at this doctor’s office. The staff are always professional. The only problem that, I have is sometimes there appears to be a disconnect between the doctors office and the pharmacy when medicines are called or faxed. I do know that the office is always helpful in resolving these problems.

Everyone at the office is funny, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. from the sign in desk, to when you leave, its a very personable experience.
