I have had chronic sinusitis, major headaches, and general allergy issues. I could not speak more highly of Dr. Phillips and his amazing staff.I had to have surgery, best decision. I have never felt more cared for and respected as a patient. I would sing their praises all day. The office is efficient and patient centered.

I researched on an ENT in the area and was impressed with his credentials. My visit went very well and I agree with his premise that we look at the immediate and whole picture of what I was experiencing. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and patient bedside manner!! Will refer any who need an ENT. It was a very refreshing experience!! The worst bed side manners I have seen.Self-verified patient of Dr. John G Phillips - Posted on November 13th, 2018I was present at my sons appointment who is 24 years old. The doctor was treating him poorly and talking to us like we are idiots. He wanted to order an MRI for my son and I asked for the referral to be sent to the place that our insurance covers better, that set him off on fire and went off talking to me in very unprofessional tone of voice and then left the office without telling us if he is coming back. My son got upset the way Dr spoke to us and he decided go leave the office. In the hallway there was a doctor on his way back to the office and asking sarcastically if my son is going to use a bathroom. My son told him that he is leaving and he is not appreciative his tone of voice talking to us especially the way Dr spoke to me. The doctor again said sarcastically :Ok have a good day. Then I told him that he is very rude. He waved again and said mam you are dismissed. We requested to see a manager so we can make a complaint and we did. Dr Phillips is some of those people that gives bad names to the hospitals and people that are in such an honorable field. But I hope all patients are familiar with their rights and that they always have someone to go to and report inappropriate behavior and bad bed side manners of personnel like Dr Phillips is.

I have never written a review before, good or bad, however, I felt compelled to write this review. My primary physician made a referral to Dr Phillips at my request. I have been plagued with sinus and vertigo issues for a period of time and have never gotten a true understanding of the possible problem. After much research, I decided Dr Phillips was the ENT I would like to see. Yesterday, I received a call from my primary physician telling me my request had been denied. The explanation I received was they didn’t think they could help me and it would take a long time to get an appointment, however, they suggested I try another ENT group in Greenville. Obviously, this very active, healthy 70 year old with good insurance was not worthy of their services.
