Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and a beautiful office setting conveniently located near One City Plaza and Main Street in Downtown Greenville. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even at the early hours in the morning, the staff are friendly and happy to help.

Ive never met a PCP like Dr. Taylor. She was extremely compassionate, personable and accepting. Dr. Taylor was very resourceful and answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly. No doubt youll appreciate her if you choose her! The nurses and staff were also amazing.

Brio decided they didnt want my dad as a patient cause he missed his 3rd appointment,even after they were told he was in the hospital,after loosing my dad they then refused to see my mom.

Everyone I spoke with was courteous and personable. Paired with excellent doctors, I feel welcomed and cared for every time I go. I think the difference I see in Brio comes down to the fact that caring for people is who they are not just something they do.

Disappointed in Simpsonville office. Lack of communication and follow up. Had to seek other medical professionals on our own for help with serious unknown condition my husband was dealing with. No Lyme test was done after we asked for one. I myself had a separate appointment with Dr. M. and was told an ultrasound of my thyroid would be ordered. Apparently, it was forgotten. Might as well hang a sign that says, “We really don’t care all that much.”

This place is really great. Everyone you speak with are polite and professional. Ive seen 4 different doctors because Ive had a few emergency visits. Everyone of them our very nice, they listen to everything you need to say and they explain everything for you so when you leave you understand whats going on. Dr. Shanbhag is my primary and she is wonderful. The other doctors were Witt, McFadden, and Dr. Renfrow. All amazing doctors who helped me many times. All the staff is great too, calling you always speak with someone and they are all very pleasant. The N. Main street office is beautiful too. I would recommend them!!!! Very happy patient.

We have had nothing but good experiences with Brio. I had to go here recently for some blood work. We were in and out. Painless and friendly. What more can you ask for?

The doctors are prompt and give a good amount of time for consult, the space is very bright and open and clean, and the support staff are super friendly. Recommended!

I have been going to Brio for years and super disappointed in how my last visits and bills were handled. Unfortunately, after years of being a patient I will have to look for a new doctor.
