Awesome staff, Ive been with Kristine for almost 10 years now before she opened up diabetes care solutions. Every one there is caring and I never feel scared to go to my appointments like I did with previous doctors for my t1d. Ever since Ive been with Kristine Ive brought my A1C down, and have recommended other patients who also love her. Definitely the place to go for diabetics!

The staff is awesome, and courteous. Dr. Batty is very knowledgeable, and she takes the time to listen and to explain things to about your diabetes, they took such good care of me that I recommended them to my sister.

The staff is amazing. Doc Kristine is knowledgeable, sweet and in this office there is no judmental atmosphere. I also took my husband there. He loves the way Kristine treats him. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO EVERBODY👌👌👌👌

I was overweight and diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol when I was admitted to RI Hospital with an autoimmune disease called Vascularitis Iga in February 2014. My primary care physician began trying to manage my diabetes upon discharge from hospital. It was out of control and so was everything else. A few years later she sent me to a specialist who also tried to manage my diabetes by placing me on a sliding scale insulin. Not much changed. Two months later the specialist retired and his nurse gave me the name + number of new group of Diabetes Specialist coming to South County Kristen Batty. I was desperate. I made Appt and she spent time with me. She had a plan of action. Explained everything. Put me on Victoza. She monitored me closely. Listened to any of my concerns. Everything started to change my blood sugar numbers were great for 1st time. I began to loose weight each month without even trying. (Something I seemed to not be able to do previously) I started feeling better and eventually my short of breath with exertion or climbing stairs went away. I can not say enough Good things about Kristen Batty. Really she saved my life because I was headed for a heart attack or stroke or worse. I have 2 daughters and six grandchildren, that I would like to be around to see them grow. Now Thanks to Kristen Batty that may be possible.

Dont know about the care they provide but I do know they received my cellphone number in error and continue to call no matter how many times I ask them to stop calling.

Office staff is not good. No follow through on anything. Followup appointments s not scheduled properly. Blood test paperwork never followed up.
