I have been meaning to write a review. My experience with the office staff specifically the receptionist, and Dr. Williams are separate yet conflicting. I rarely ever had any erradic tooth pain so my previous visits were strictly routine cleaning and some small fillings, which were all a pleasant experience. However during one incident, I experienced pain on a daily basis, and I needed to schedule an emergecy appointment, of which I was then told I had to wait 2-3 weeks before I could be seen. The day of my appointment, I got turned away(very rudely and unprofessionally) by the receptionist for being late (I had to wait over 5 min in the waiting room before I was turned away). Once I left and was on woodruff rd, I got a call from the rude receptionist, and was asked to turn around and come in so Dr.Williams can see me for a few min to diagnose the location of the pain. Because the problem was unclear, I was referred to a specialist. The specialists office called and informed Dr. Williams receptionist of the specialists assessement of the issue. The rude receptionist informed us that she would call me the same week to schedule the follow-up appointment with Dr. Williams, but that the appointments were booked all the way out until 2015! That was over 2 months of waiting with pain everyday. The receptionist NEVER called me back to schedule that appointment! Very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. My time is just as valuable as yours. I dont know if the staff (specifically that receptionist) is rude because Doctor Williams instructs so or if he isnt aware its occurring. I know of others who have had similar experiences. So sad because I believe Dr. Brian Williams performs a great job.
