Started going here needing an extraction. Now I follow all their recommendations. Never felt better about my oral hygiene since becoming a regular here. My teeth look and feel great now.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dean and his staff for your dental needs. They always go above and beyond to accommodate our schedules. My son has had bad experiences with other dentists in the past. Love going to Western Ohio Dental Medicine! They are very thorough and do an amazing job with my teeth. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel as if you are their only patient. I never have an issue scheduling an appointment, they are very accommodating. They are also amazing with children. My daughter had an oral aversion early in life and they made her first dental experience so pleasant, she can’t wait to go back each time. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone!

I have been a patient of Western Ohio Dental since my original teeth were still in and I would never look back. For over 30 years Dr. Dean and his professional staff have always set the standard for what I believe a Dental Office should be. As a Father I was very comfortable to bring in my young daughter as well. She was very apprehensive at the entire idea of what a dentist was. Within a few moments with Heather and Nicky my daughter was right at home and looks forward to her visits.Pricing and flexibility is also greatly appreciated. Whenever billing or pricing was discussed, again the staff could clearly explain my options that made sense and could be arranged.I could go on and on with examples but simply put, going to the dentist is far down on my list of worst things.

Its always a great experience at this office! Nicki always is there to great me by name. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My cleaning experience is comfortable and if I have any questions, my hygienist is knowledgeable and has an answer for me. Dr. Dean is very friendly and gentle, as well. I first experience was for an emergency tooth removal about 10 years ago and I was so happy with the service that I haven’t left. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The one thing I like the most is that they communicate well with reminding you of appointments or anything else that happens to be going on with the office.

I spent the first 27 years of my life with crooked teeth, during my first visit this staff put together a plan for my dental care and for the last 10 years I have enjoyed a wonderful smile and confidence.

I have been to see Dr Dean for my sleep apnea appliances for 2 different devices. I was initially referred by a sleep doctor and it was a great experience and all went well with the device. 5-6 years later I returned to see Dr Dean for a new device because of my prior experience. I do not live near Greenville, but it was worth the drive for the quality specialty care he offers. Nothing but good things to say about my interactions with Dr Dean. Highly recommend!

I took my 3 year old son here for his first ever dental check-up and we both loved it!! Dr. Dean and his staff are all super nice and caring. They did a great job with my son who actually seemed to have fun. Based on 20 plus years in the military and 20 plus more years after dealing with dentist, I feel privileged to write a review for this office n its staff. I was referred to this office by a fellow employee while working in Greenville and once there I was amazed. Not only during my initial visit but every visit since I have felt and seen that this staff honestly cares about each patient as a person and not just a number or source of income. From being greeted on entering to finishing with Dr Dean, you are treated with great respect and in an extremely friendly and caring manner. I have been so amazed by the staff and Dr Dean, I have referred my daughter and granddaughter there and also my Brother in law and Sister. I am proud to refer people to this facility because I know for a fact that whom ever they see they are going to be cared for in a most professional and friendly manner that I never worry about anyone feeling they were treated in any way but like they mattered as a person not just a patient. This is the best I have witnessed in over 50 years.

They have flavor options when polishing which is especially great for kids. They bill my dental insurance and I have never had an issue. And of course I always leave with a toothbrush, small toothpaste, and floss.

Ive gone here since it Dr Bob worked there back when I was little! Now that Dr Ron (his son) has taken over nothing has changed. A professional and courteous staff are always there to greet you as soon as you walk in. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, as a dental chair can be! Western Ohio Dental has a wonderful set of staff members. They were very accommodating when it came to my busy schedule. I needed my wisdom teeth removed, and when we were discussing the procedure they mentioned they only do wisdom tooth extractions on certain days. The set extraction day did not work with me due to my class schedule, and without skipping a beat they offered to come in on a day they didnt normally do the surgeries, for me. Aside from this the staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I dont go to the dentist as often as I perhaps should, but over the last several years this office has taken care of my needs in best way possible . I have an odd work schedule, truck driver, and they have worked me in several times lately and had a partial made and fitted in a short period of time. When necessary they do extraditions.
