I thought with such a restricted schedule this place must be where everyone else goes. You know, like a great restaurant, where it’s reservations weeks in advance to get a table. Not the case, I got a background of the individual I met with and then was asked when I could schedule my next appointment...Umm.. 30 minutes at $125 to listen to you?On to my next option.

If I could give 0 I would. Audrey did massive damage to our family. She never provided a treatment plan. She could not articulate her treatment philosophy. My ex wishes to use her anyway. I had asked her to address certain issues such as forgiveness . She frequently failed to respond to my emails. She doesn’t answer phone calls. We were unable to schedule family therapy due to her absurdly restricted part/time schedule. Eventually she began to make wild accusations about me. She never asked about any of the situations where she claimed I was manipulating and gaslighting the kids. I asked her to discuss with me. She refused. My therapist found her evaluation of me bizarre and out of character since I’m blunt and usually I cause issues by sticking my foot in my mouth, never lying. The amount of damage she did is incalculable. Avoid her like the plague!

I love my therapist here! Ive been bounced around for the last five years because my insurance kept changing. I was at another therapist in town and she was ok but her receptionist was rude so I stopped going. You can tell a lot about the quality of an office by how their receptionists act! This receptionist is awesome! I used to go to another place and I always had to explain how my insurance worked, well there are many places where I have had to explain it. Ive never had to explain it to her and you can contact her through email and she responds super quick! So much better than calling back and forth. Oh and she KNOWS HOW TO SCHEDULE! I know that sounds stupid but you would be surprised! I would definitely recommend checking this office out. I dont know all the therapists but a happy receptionist/nurse means good doctors!

Do NOT go with Janet. She’s so judgmental in every way. She will point out your every move. She kept asking me why do I seem so nervous, why do I keep playing with my fingers, why do I keep brushing my hair out of my face... etc.. she kept making me more nervous. Then everything I was discussing about my issues she wouldn’t hide her faces very well (judging me kinda faces). She kept telling me how I was feeling which wasn’t how I was feeling. She would tell me my feelings towards my family were wrong of me... everything about her was so wrong. I didn’t enjoy coming in I only kept going to the scheduled appointments because they were gonna charge anyway whether you go or not. I’m happy now that I no longer see her. She also kept me waiting 15 minutes longer to see her from our appointment time... without an explaination. The most annoying thing about her was she kept asking me to rate her 5 stars and what I would rate her how I’m liking her. She seemed more into herself then my issues. I wish she wouldn’t stare at me like I had 3 heads when I was talking about my feelings and issues... horrible experience.

My fiancé and I went for a pre-marriage counseling session with Madora Howell before our wedding. Though late to both- the first was pleasant enough and felt like an intro where she spoke 50-60% of the time of what she could offer but also heard our backstory. We came to the second one ready to dive in to a full session. Instead, within the first 10 minutes she had a negative aggressive outburst towards me and then proceeded to talk without pausing for the next 45 minutes about herself personally and her techniques. She later apologized for the attack and attributed it to lack of sleep but the session was so bad that neither of us returned and feel annoyed that we paid for such services. Overall I view her as someone struggling, disorganized and possibly damaging to those new to counseling.
