I give the people at the administrative office 5 stars. I went in after a Dr appointment to speak to them regarding some issues I had from a doctors appointment and spoke with the front desk lady. She listened to my concerns and called the practice manager to see if she would speak with me. I also talked to Cheryl in may of last year after a review I had left on a clinic. After our discussion I noticed some changes . Some changes were short lived and some stuck. Now in regards to the clinics I give 3 stars and feel there are some changes that need to be made to assure patients are getting the quality of care they deserve and need for a proper diagnosis. For me, the quality has lacked due to the minimal time doctors can spend and recently if I hadnt complained a issue would have been missed all from a simple lab.... advocating for myself paid off.
