I am being treated for ovarian cancer at the St. Francis Cancer Center. All of the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and addressed my needs completely, often going above and beyond what they needed to. The building is state of the art and clean, and also beautiful. I feel very safe and cared for by every single doctor or nurse that I encounter. I had a choice to go somewhere else, and I chose St. Francis as my base of care during this time. Im not haphazard about where I choose care, since my life is precious, and I thoroughly felt this place out from all perspectives. I hope the staff at the center know how truly valuable their service is, and how grateful I am to be able to choose them to fight cancer with me.

This place is so disorganized. I’ve coming here 6 years and it’s a constant screw up! While some people here are nice the fact that every time I come here :there is an we forgot or the orders are wrong ;or they gave you a medication you are allergic to, or we forgot your pre meds! This place is poorly managed period!

My provider ordered a Covid test because Im almost 38 weeks pregnant and we just want to be sure the baby will be safe. Its not because Im sick. The office manager cancelled my infusion that Ive waited 2 months for meaning I wont get iron and take the chance or bleeding out or having a blood transfusion during labor.

5 stars for the infusion center and their nurses. They are incredible and very knowledgeable. The office side is a disaster. They always make me late for my infusion appointment and nothing is ever done when they say it will be. I go purely for the infusion staff.

What an amazing doctor, staff and facility ! From the very beginning I always knew they were there, right along side of me through every step of this journey. I can not imagine using anyone else for my Chemo, Surgery and Radiation. I can not thank them enough for the love and support I was shown. Their knowledge made a very difficult course of treatment so much easier to endure.

I made a great decision to move to Bon Secours. It may sound crazy, but I always look forward to coming in for Chemo as the nurses there really care about you and just make you feel at home. My doctor is very knowledgeable and has put a great plan together for my treatment. The nurse practitioners are just amazing and get back to me immediately when I have any questions. The facilities are first class! I am very lucky to have these wonderful people to care for me!

While everyone is VERY nice; the staff, nurses, lab workers, the wait time is ridiculous. Every time my mother in law is scheduled to see the doctor, it is at least an hour wait from the scheduled appointment time. Last time it was an hour and a half wait! Never apologies or explanations when the doctor enters the room. He is in and out within 5 minutes. We spend twice as much time with the nurse. It feels to us that there is a distinct lack of compassion in the care of a cancer patient, due to poor time management. If we had to start over again looking for cancer treatment, we would definitely look at other options.
