The hair and lace from this company is great , I give it 5 stars. I also love the guy who colors hair! Unfortunately, I personally don’t recommend going here for an install, because I personally didn’t feel welcomed after I finally got into the chair after almost 2 hours. She didn’t have a braider so I tried to be considerate because there were 3 people ahead of me. It’s been 2 days since I got the install and lace is already lifting. I asked for the wig to be plucked and it was an extra $50 for bleaching the knots and plucking. On top, the curls were $35 extra. This install wasn’t worth $185. I felt like my install was rushed, & it doesn’t give a “natural” effect.

Only place I go to purchase wigs and install always very satisfied . Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I love this place. Yes, you may have to wait a little as like all salons, but they are very helpful with helping you choose a wig, they’re very good quality, and trust me you will look amazing after! A must!

I will never go back I bought a wig and set an appointment. I arrived to my appointment on time but I was in there 4 hours watching her touch everyone’s head but mine. Once she finally did it , it took 20 minutes. My hair was one solid color but started to fade into ombré and bleach spots a week and a half after I bought it . Then when I took it out today there was glue all in the top of my hair not just my skin MY HAIR I used lace remover and still my edges were ripped off and I’m watching my hair fall out in giant clumps all in the shower when I washed it and I only had it on for 3 weeks! Waste of $300 .

I had got a curly wig from them and I love it the hair is very light weight which I love about it and the curls are beautiful they hold nice

Owner was nice n did a great job putting my hair on. Girl who braided my hair was complaining about my hair for no reason saying it felt funny. She was unprffesional whole time braiding my hair saying she was hungry and that she was leaving. Then she kept asking wats wrong with my hair because its fine and curly

I have purchased wigs aleast 3 times from here but this time i come in and the owner was being rude and inconsiderate. Rushing me to pick and rolling her eyes bc i was unsure of what i wanted. Very upsetting consdering i was just about to buy as i DO EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE and to mention i always get the 400-500 dollars wigs with no layaway. Heres a hint dont rush or have a snooty attuitude with customers when they spend their hard enared money. I drive all the way from charlotte so im not there to waste your time and you breathe down my back like how the Chinese ppl do us!
