I had a wonderful experience from the prescreening tech, to Dr Nielsen, to the ladies who helped me with getting my glasses. 👍

Unprofessional, unprepared. Exam equipment kept moving, and they didnt even take my pupil distance, even after I asked, specifically, if my prescription included it when it was handed to me, and they outright lied to my face.Will not go back.
