Dr Hollis and Amanda were amazing! The other ladies who helped were awesome as well I just don’t remember their names. In fact from the moment we entered the door from front desk to making our return visits everything was wonderful. It also felt genuine. Thank you all for being so great with kiddos. Our last dentist was not great and my kids had anxiety but you all relieved that and made it such a pleasurable experience. My kids are looking forward to returning! This was my 2 year old first time visiting and the office and staff were very welcoming. The dental assistant was very playful and patient with my son. She made his visit exciting and entertaining versus traumatizing. The dentist was also a big help and made sure my two year old was as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this dental office.

Dr. Hoina and his Assistant Alexis was Amazing with my daughter today! They answered every Question we had and every concern my daughter had.They were very gentle and concerned with the well being of my daughter. I would Highly recommend anyone to come to these Guys!

My son came in today to see if he needed to get braces. He was super nervous and didnt know what to expect. The treatment coordinator Alexis was very helpful answering all of his questions and calming his nerves, letting him know its not gonna be as bad as he thinks. Dr. Hoina was helpful with all of mommas questions and quick and precise with my sons exam! We love these employees here!!

The team at the Nicholas Rd. Triad Kids Dental was incredibly patient and sweet with my very nervous 4 year old daughter. They didn’t rush her or push her to do anything she wasn’t ready for. It took her an hour to get through what would have been a very short visit. They rewarded her with a sticker, balloon, prize, and a new toothbrush! I can’t thank them enough for their grace and patience. I’ll be bringing my 2 year old in next!

They’re really nice and understanding if you need a small break. They explain everything simply so you can understand what’s going on. It’s a comfortable environment and they always have a movie playing (even on the ceiling above the chairs!). It’s a great place, would recommend 10/10

This was the first time either of my kids (4 and 1) had been to the dentist. Everyone here helped them to feel comfortable and welcomed. The technician and the dentist were gentle and friendly. Both kids ended up having a great time!

I came in today! WOW let me tell you!Dalila was the most sweetest person EVER!! She is the absolute best!! Not only she kept her professionalism to the extreme best! Five stars across the board!! I went to Facebook to get any suggestions on a pediatric dentist and when I say so many people recommended this place I was like WOW ok I’ve found the spot! So glad I went here for my 3 children they loved it and are excited to go back! This place is great. Alexis and Dr Frank did a AMAZING job, they were professional, made my daughter feel comfortable and office was really clean. It’s always a plus to have a tv screen on the ceiling to get the kids minds of getting dental work: would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The staff is so wonderful with the kids. They always make them feel comfortable and talk to them about what is happening in a way that is understandable, fun, and reassuring to them. This is so important for young kids of any age that can often be scared in a dental chair or X-ray exam. My 4 year old had his x-rays done at this visit for the first time and I was blown away at how at ease the dental assistant made my typically sensitive guy I was so impressed and thankful.

Came here for the first time yesterday and was very happy I chose this location based on reviews. The staff is amazing, very patient and understanding and they explained every step of the way to my 2 year old, who loves being explained to and wants to understand everything that is happening. She really enjoyed her visit and left there with a big smile on her face!

We recently transferred dental service to Triad on Nichols. Very friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Both girls were in and out in a very reasonable time and enjoyed their dental cleaning experience.

I have been so happy with my experience bringing my kids to this practice. My daughter is 5 and extremely hesitant about dental appointments. She is not always the most cooperative but our hygienist, Maria M., and dentist, Dr. Ghattan, were absolutely wonderful with her! They showed her the tools, explained clearly exactly what they are going to do and were beyond patient when she was still resistant. I have had experiences at other practices where the dental staff just kind of forced her mouth open to get it done but that was not the case here at all. Everyone we interacted with was kind, respectful and truly made my daughter’s comfort a priority. I cannot speak highly enough of Maria M. and Dr. Ghattan!

We came to Triad Kids Dental after a traumatic experience at another children’s dental practice a few years ago. Since then they have exceeded any and all expectations. Both doctor Harris and doctor Hollis are amazing!! The staff makes you feel at ease and explains everything step by step. Our favorite is Yoli, She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand all of the terminology.

This office is awesome! My son, whos 7, went in terrified, from a bad experience in the past and when we were done he said he loved it there. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor. They were all very nice. We were blessed to have Katina and she was soo good with him! Will definitely be our regular dentist from now on.

These girls are awesome. They showed some great patience. They even got my stubborn kid to hold still long enough for a x-ray. Highly recommend them for getting your kids taken care of.

This facility is is the best I have ever encountered. From the beautiful lady at the front desk all the way to the lady at check out we were greeted with smiles and positive attitudes and vibes. I am most grateful and thankful for the entire staff, but Dr. KaSheena Hollis is a rock star with children. Her bed side manner, as well as the entire staff, was on point! I went to remind my 6 year old son that these ladies were at work, and we couldnt talk them to death! Dr. Hollis put her hand up as if to say, its okay, just let him be;) Once that social pressure was off of the table, we laughed until we cried! She afforded us an opportunity to just be in that moment with one another and truly just engage in what it is all about....commradery. We became a team for my son who used to be terrified of the dentist until we had the pleasure of meeting her;) As a single mother of two boys, this kind of relationship and support is beyond important to me. They, in one encounter, became part of our village and I am grateful for this facility and the people who make it;)

We had the best experience! The staff all the way from check-in to nursing to surgical were simply amazing! The nursing staff in particular was so great at putting my granddaughter at ease! My granddaughter dubbed our nurse, King of Nurses! :) I highly recommend!

Their great with kids. Staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. Establishment is very inviting for kids. Quick appointments never waited more than 10 mins if that. Definitely one of my favorites.

The facility was somewhat socially distanced but could have been better. All in all it was a pleasurable experience for my son, who hates going to the dentist.

Great first experience with Triad Kids Dental! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone wore masks, temperatures were taken upon entry, hand sanitizer was used, and everyone in the waiting area was social distanced. The staff was so friendly to my two year old , she was comfortable enough to sit in the chair all by herself and let them brush her teeth. At the end she received many prizes for doing a great job! Definitely excited to go back for our next appointment in the future!

This location is very kid friendly. All the employees make both parents and children feel comfortable. My son has been going to this location since he was 1 years old and I cant imagine him going anywhere else.

Did not enjoy our visit here at all. Wait time was very long. The office was incredibly crowded. A family was even waiting outside bc there was nowhere to sit. Once they finally took us to the back, they still didnt have a spot for us. We were just awkwardly standing in the middle of the treatment area with other families sitting in chairs side by side all around the room. They had people sitting right next to the xray stations and it was hit or miss if they closed the doors while taking xrays or not.They had the wrong information on what our appointment was for. The nurse was very kind and proactive to figure things out. She got a dentist to come back for the consultation, but it was very rushed and unclear if they understood and could do what we were referred for. And then we had to wait in a long line to check out. It was very chaotic... assembly line dentistry. Wont be going back.

Not satisfied with my daughters braces. The top row is up way too high, close to her gum line and there is a wire sticking directly into her cheek in the back of her mouth. I dont appreciate you guys letting someone INEXPERIENCED do my daughters braces. As expensive as these braces are Id expect you guys to do a better job. I am very dissatisfied

Due to Covid everything is fast and clean as soon as you sign in I’ll bring it to the back. They obtain x-rays are you go straight to the state to get clean. I absolutely love the fast paced environment.

I love Triad Kids Dental in Greensboro on Nicholas Rd.. My kids have been going there for some years now. But we went on Thursday March the 4th and a Dr.Lind had seen one of my kids that day and he’s bedside manners weren’t the best. Because he was talking down to me like I didn’t know what was going on and I did. I just think that Dr.Lind needs to take people’s feelings and concerns into consideration before approaching them about their child. Dr.Hollis and Dr.Ghana were very good with my other children.

Dr. Hollis and her assistant Ashley was truly amazing with my son! They were so friendly and informative! My son was terrified to go in that day but the ladies made it such an enjoyable moment. Thank you ladies! Keep up the amazing job!

Yesterday I took my 5year old daughter to this dental office and she was a little nervous because she hadnt been to the dentist office in a while due to Covid. Im so glad I chose this place because I felt like they took great care of my daughter. Checking into this place was easy because they had forms to fill out online before your appointment. Her nurse was Ms. Britney and she was Amazing! Ms. Britney made my daughter and myself feel comfortable because she explained everything that she was going to do and let my daughter hold some of the equipment. She was also very gentle and patient with my daughter. Then Dr. Hollis came in and explained to me the progress of my daughters teeth and calmed my nerves about certain issues that I had. When it was time to leave, my daughter received a balloon, a prize from the prize box, and new dental supplies. Overall, I am very pleased with this place and have already set up my next appointment.

We love triad kids dental and the orthodontist as well. The people there are so bright, kind and cheerful. They socialize well with the kids. When procedures are taking place they stop along the way asking the kids is everything ok and let’s not get started with how much the kids love getting the stickers, prizes, and balloons at the end of the visit. They make you feel at home and safe and secure with your kids being there. They are angels on this earth taking care of my babies smiles.

What can I say? This place is absolutely amazing! Previously my daughter was getting dental care from a different dentist In Greensboro and the experience was horrifying. The dentist kept throwing his credentials in my face as a way to prove his point regarding what dental care needed to be done with my daughter. Now since we’ve been here at Triad family Dental Greensboro it has been nothing but a great experience with both my daughters. The nurses are extremely patient and personable with the kids. The receptionist are so warm and friendly. My daughters received excellent care from the dentist. The dentist here explains everything in detail and do not judge you or belittle you in anyway. So happy that my daughters are able to receive great treatment from wonderful dentists!

I took my youngest twice and she done so good. The staff helps each other and with a smile every time. We just went to valleygate dental surgery center and they were awesome also.

My son has been a patient here for over 5 years and I have never experienced any issues during a visit. The dentist and staff are always professional and friendly. They office staff is also very personable and ensures there is a nice family atmosphere.

This was our 1st visit with four children. Appointments went smoothly over the phone, the wait was not long, and the care our children received was exceptional! My kid absolutely loves it here, they are very quick to get her in and everyone is super nice. We’ve been coming for about a year and have had nothing but great experiences with all the providers.

Saturday my sons jaw was swollen from an infected tooth. I called the on call number and within 20 minutes my child had antibiotics called into his pharmacy. Monday morning he had an appointment at 10:00 and got the treatment that he needed. My child does not do well at the dentist office but because of the wonderful doctors and staff he did great and will not need general anesthesia for the remaining dental work! I am so thankful for this wonderful office !

So far I will give a 5 out of 5. We’ve only had one visit so far but it’s heaven compared to the last dentist we used. All of the employees are very understanding and helpful. My son has dentist anxiety to the extreme and yet he only cried once and it was because he gagged not because the dentist was mean or in a rush.

Triad Kids Dental is above all I’ve ever imagined or experienced in a dentist office. The ENTIRE STAFF is very professional & extremely knowledgeable. They definitely put the kids & their dental experience first to insure that your child will have a pleasant outlook on visiting the dentist. My son was very afraid and each person that he saw explained what they were doing, why they were doing it & involved him in the process which helped in making him comfortable and allowing them to complete his procedure. This is the best dental place for children. The entire staff including the receptionists are so kind. Dentists are very gentle and explain everything as they proceed. Parents are allowed in the back, and even better... there are TV’s on the ceiling for your children to watch while they are getting their teeth checked! Dr. Harris is amazing! She is so kind and thorough. She explains everything and checks that you are not in pain. She stops working immediately when you feel pain, and fixes the problem. I had severe anxiety at a previous dental place, but after moving to this place, it is truly wonderful.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. DR. HSU IS SO GOOD WITH THE KIDS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE CALM. THE STAFF IS AWESOME TOO.

Not only do my children love this dental office but I appreciate the staff we have interacted with. The dental assistants were fabulous. I missed the name of one of the two that assisted with my children but they were both fabulous and that will definitely keep my family coming back.It was busier than it has been for us, but we were still seen in a timely manner and all of our questions were answered easily.

The office overall was nice. The staff was kind and friendly and my kids had a positive experience. I did have a couple of issues. For one thing, it took over two hours for my 3 kids cleaning and exam appointments. We waited in the waiting room for almost an hour, which wasnt a huge deal but definitely inconvenient. It was pretty busy so that was probably why; they were heavily booked.The other issue I had was scheduling my young daughter to get several cavities taken care of. They only gave me one option - do conscious sedation and get them all done at once. The earliest appointment they had was 2 months out. They ended up postponing it another 2 months, postponing THAT one another week, and then canceling it altogether. They were finally available to do her work in February, 6 months after the initial appointment, but she got a cold and then WE had to cancel, because they couldnt do it if she was congested. Their next available appointment wasnt till the end of March, and in the afternoon. Keep in mind this is a 4 year old, and they are saying she cannot eat anything 12 hours before being sedated. I really wanted an early morning appointment for her comfort, and they basically told me, too bad. All we have is afternoon 1.5 months from now, and put me on the waiting list in case anything else came available.I ended up finding a new dentist once insurance allowed it. This new one was able to get all my kids in within the week, and scheduled my daughter for her bad cavity the next morning. She was not sedated, she did wonderfully, and the other two cavities will be done the same way in a couple of weeks.Everyone Ive talked to has been friendly, but this was such a frustrating and stressful situation for me. My older kids have never had any cavities, so it was all new for me. I would have appreciated other options, such as not doing the sedation, and spacing out the fillings. I would have also liked it if they had referred me to a new dentist right away when they were obviously unable to care for my daughters teeth.Edit: I was contacted by Triad Kids Dental regarding my review and they talked through all of my concerns. I appreciate their response.

This office is amazing! I didnt want to leave! They treated my daughter like a royal princess. They have state of the art equipment and the assistant, doctor, front desk staff are all excellent. The doctor, I give special KUDOS to because she was able to get our procedure done in 25 mins which is a miracle because my daughter is not the easiest patient! KUDOS to TRIAD! I loved Dr. Hollis! She was very thorough and the staff was polite and great. The only thing I wasnt too thrilled about and the reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that my daughter needs some dental work and I wasnt able to schedule it until a little over 2 months later (late April) and Im not sure if one of the procedures can wait that long. That made me remember thats why I ended up taking my daughter to my adult dentist because they could get us in much faster. I am happy with the doctor and this place but I can see that this could become a problem in the future. I definitely know you are busy and I dont know what can be done but I just wanted to state my concern since you asked. Thanks.

Weve been patients here for 4 years. My kids love going to the dentist here! I looove that they allow you to escort them. A lot of offices in the area dont. I also love that they accommodate with scheduling. Even if I have to cancel same day Im not penalized, and can usually get another appointment for the next day! The staff is always so nice. Dont have one bad thing to say!

I love this place! My kids says they like it, clean and well organized. They always get a toy or cute stickers going home. Doctors and Dental Assistant are making sure you understand what is going on, in every visit and you can actually sit besides them and see the procedure.

Staff is always friendly. We are usually taken to the back within a few minutes of arriving. With that being said, they have orthodontics there Thursday and Friday. When we first had a consultation about getting braces i asked about emergencies. They say they can fit us in at a different location depending on the day of the emergency. Well today was my third separate time calling to be seen. We have to wait almost a week and a half for our appointment. They cant fit us in. Dont get me wrong they are nice. Ive had braces twice (not wearing retainers) and other offices have stations for you to brush before they see you. Then send you again to brush and floss before putting in the new wire. They give you a print out on what teeth to use your band on just incase you forget. They give you two bags of bands just incase they break. The whole experience is just different. The Dr. Would actually turn and talk to you and tell you how your teeth are doing, and not just dismiss you because you are a kid. The most important thing is that they were able to see me on the same day of my emergency. I decided to go with Triad kids just bcause it was the same dentist office, i will definitely no go with them for my other children.
