Please if you care anything for you child, please to do NOT send them to pinnacle.We work with Matilda and she was bias and did not help the well being of my child.I even contacted the her supervisor Tammy and yet she wasn’t willing to work with me either on my concerns. By doing this , I wasn’t completely closed out of any therapy sessions for my child.She didn’t even think about the child she only thought about how to get back at me, due to my concerns.My child still has issues to this day from the lack of her not putting the child first. I beg you to look for other services if you care for your child.
