Have taken my brother to the clinic twice in the last two weeks unable to see the doctor or get a prescription for his pain that they said it was being putting in. Went to CVS and they said that the doctor had not sent in a prescription went back to the facility and then the receptionist said oh they can’t put inPrescriptions that quick it’ll be a day or two well it’s been two weeks and today they had the lights off doors locked it is just terrible.

The front desk staff is AMAZING. They have a wonderful staff and amazing nurses and medical assistants..Dr Pavlock took time to find and treat my conditions. I am so impressed and satisfied with excellent service.I would recommend this practice to everyone. The providers take time and listen to your concerns and gets you and the track of being better. Love this office.

Now that the clinic is under new management it is a great place to come! The doctor that I see is amazing and has helped me so much! They also have a pharmacy person on site that is so kind and helped me save a ton of money on my medicine!!! If you need a doctor please try Evans Blount!!!

The FNP there is so amazing! This place is growing and it has a lot of potential. Staff is nice as well

Great staff not a bad place to go usually doesnt take long to be seen. Longest time I was in there may have been 1&1/2 hrs.

Wonderful doctors, externs and staff who listen to patient concerns and treat according to individual needs.

This facility came up as a free medical health clinic. However when calling, I was told that it was $125, plus additional for other services performed.

I was quite impressed with most of the staff there, especially when i consider all of the healthcare Ive had in my life. Friendly, competent staff who listen and provide very good feedback with my questions and concerns. As with most healthcare i did not do a lot of waiting, my appointment was @ 10:30 am, and i was first seen by a medic @ 10:45 am...not bad :) Ive been with them for a year now, and wait times have increased e.g. I have a 1030am appt and im not seen until 1130am , not so good. I like Dr. Pavelock , but his staff do not carry out what he tells me during my visit with proper efficiency :( I was suppose to be referred to a specialist months ago and the staff still has not contacted that office with my referral info and Ive made 3 more phone calls to his staff who tell me ill take care of it today is 12/27/17 and its still not done !

They charge out ragous prices an changed billin person so as of july 2016 b prepare to b gettin new bills

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was knowledgeable about my condition and prompt about getting me the care I needed. I dont have insurance and theyre prices were very reasonable and they found me big discounts on my prescriptions that saved me a lot of money.
