I havent been with Humana long but they have been very helpful. If I have a question it gets answered, the last Member Service person I spoke with went above and beyond my expectations. I hesitantly let a nurse come by for a wellness check or something similar and she did a test my doctor has never done.The robot calling me about I need to get a refill annoys me a bit but robots dont know that yet do they?
