Holly Haselip was the rude employee to answer my call today regarding my policy. When I asked for an address change due to cancellation of my policy she refused to call the company on my behalf, argued that the money I pay for my insurance doesn’t obligate her to do her job, and that I should just forward my address if I expect to receive any refund in the “next few weeks”. Holly needs a serious lesson in customer management. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused and told me she’s the manager. Upon finally transferring me to sweet Emily, I was able to get everything done with a yes ma’am, no problem can do attitude. HOLLY, CHECK YOURSELF AND YOUR ATTITUDE LADY!

Have been with the agency several years. I have questions annually when new coverage info is received. I want to be certain I have the coverage needed on my homeowners , auto and flood policies. I usually speak with Emily Hicks or Emily Gregory. they are both responsive and answer my questions until I have a clear understanding of all policies coverage. They quickly return calls.Ive been working with Emily Gregory re the auto accident over past few days, had lot of questions because this was not something Id dealt with previously. She patiently answered the same questions until I understood. When you dont feel well its hard to stay focused on anything but your pain. I left an agency I had been with for many years after it was sold. My decision was due to the incompetence and rudeness of the staff. I moved my insurance business to Piedmont Triad at that time. Have been happy with them. I reported accident to Daniel with Erie from ER late at night. He was concerned about my injuries, understood I was upset and in pain. He was personable, caring and professional as we went thru all accident details, etc. I knew Daniel would file my claim and I wouldnt have to call repeatedly to follow-up. Erie has been great since my first contact many years ago. I have had exceptional service when Ive contacted Piedmont Triad and Erie over the years. I received a call at 8:30 am the next day from Alex Auman in the Raleigh claims office. Alex treated me the very same way as Daniel had done. I had a few different questions for Alex who took time to explain my questions. I had canceled collision coverage years ago because the car was more than 8 yrs old andwas aware of this. Due to my injuries I asked some unnecessary questions. I knew the answers but couldnt think straight..exhausted from ER visit of 6 hours!! Alex welcomed my questions and was understanding about my confusion after the accident. I am beyond pleased with Alex and with Daniel. A frightening car accident led me to the best service experience I have had in years.. When calling most companies you rarely get help at the initial contact. Again, Erie is the best at offering outstanding, flawless assistance. Thats abnormal with most companies..they dont know the meaning of service. Erie is that exception ! Alex told me Id be contacted by Melissa who manages the health claims department and she called the following day. Smooth transition from the call to Daniel to Alex to Melissa. Again...Erie is wonderful and took care of the claim asap. Their work ethics are exemplary.
