I went to this office for the first time a few months ago and saw Dr Caleb Parker. He was very nice and seemed to really care about my concerns, I have no issues with my care from Dr Parker. What I am upset about is my bill that I had been paying on was sent to collections without any notice. It was never stated on my bills I was receiving, nothing was sent to my mailbox saying it would be sent to collections if I didn’t set up a payment plan, there wasn’t even a due date on my bill. I called the office to try to resolve it and the woman I spoke to was pretty rude about it and stated that if you don’t set up a payment plan within 120 days of the DOS they will automatically send it to collections and there was nothing to do about it except pay in full. If I was made aware I would have started a payment plan before this and not had to pay the remainder of the bill upfront when I wasn’t expecting to.

Went in and ended up needing a small procedure to get some relief from pain. Dr. Worley and Dr. Wolfe were great and handled it with real caring and a decent dose of bedside humor. Really appreciated their help and glad to have chosen this practice so far.

Lisa Flores was so kind and caring. I would recommend her to my friends. Check in was fast and very friendly.

Unbelievable. My old office was at Lebauer on Willard Dairy. I moved close to this office and wanted to switch. I called to make an appt and was told that my old dr. has to approve me switching. Ok?? Anyway, I spent more than 3 weeks trying to get that done with multiple calls. Finally got that done and now they are telling me the new dr. has to approve me? What, another 3 weeks? Kiss my a$$. I am moving on.

Im normally not comfortable doctors or doctors offices. I had been going to the LeBauer at Summerfield, but the doctor there left a lot to be desired, furthering my dislike of going to the doctor. However, this LeBauer made me feel welcome and treated me right. Dr. Parker is one of the kindest, most understanding doctors I have ever met; the entire staff is friendly and they go out of their way to help patients, such as staying a bit after closing time to take care of a refill request or other business. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and especially Dr. Parker.

What an amazing experience we had with Dr. Wallace this am! She is so sweet, so caring, and took her time with us this am! Not only was she great, but the front office staff, her nurse and the lab staff were awesome too! Thankful for this new office right around the corner from us! Awesome 😊

Amazing experience--I called over 5 other doctors and they all told me they werent accepting new patients or that new patients had to wait several months for an apt. I needed to see someone much sooner, and Allison Wolfe was available to see me the very next day. The staff was super nice and professional, and got back to me immediately regarding blood work results. Dr. Wolfe was very attentive and answered all my questions thoroughly. HIGHLY recommend.

Great appointment today with Dr. Wolfe. She was helpful with several issues I’m having. Will recommend her to my friends!

Very clean facility with polite and professional staff. Check in staff delightful, the nurse was very attentive as was the x-ray tech. Dr. Rigby came recommended by other athletes in the area and I quickly understood why after meeting him. He has outstanding bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or talked down to. I highly recommend this facility based on my experience.

Very nice facility, with a good location. Check in was pleasant, and the lab work was professional. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Hunter, who is friendly and knowledgeable. His nurse Jamie is fantastic as well. Good follow up with patients as well.

What a wonderful office, probably the best medical office my wife and I have ever stepped in! This place is absolutely amazing, I have never seen such a clean medical facility before and both my wife and I have worked in medicine for 15 years apiece. From the front staff checking you in to the nurses that bring you back everyone is extremely nice! Dr. Michael Rigby is one of the best physicians I have ever met. Hes very kind, very patient, wonderful bedside manner and you can tell that he really cares about his patients and making a correct diagnosis without rushing into anything. We are blessed to have find a physician like Dr. Rigby and the new office is just a plus! Absolutely Amazing!

DO NOT GO HERE! my doctor ordered an ultrasound checking for gallstones when I had a stomach ulcer, without fully informing me that the ultrasound had nothing to do with the ulcer, i paid $900 copay for this...his P. A., Samantha Worley, declined a refill of a perception that I needed, and due to this I ended up internally bleeding.

Very professional staff, up to date technology. Erica Wallace is kind, knowledgeable, and in a busy medical world seems to slow down long enough to listen.

Kelly the receptionist not only answered all of my questions but was quick and went above and beyond to get me seen today. Great customer service!

Everyone here Id so nice and welcoming and just hands down the best practice I have ever been with! Caleb Parker, Dr. Rigby, Amber, Lisa, Rigby assistant and the front desk have always been so amazong!

Patients beware...not all locations or staff are worthy of the Lebauer name. My experience here was a misdiagnosis, wrong treatment plan and suffering two weeks longer that necessary. Staff was cold and uncaring and didnt even tell me that the primary care provider had left the practice. I have stayed with the Cone Health system but definitely a different location.

Dr. Rigby is a beast at what He does! My ankle feels so much better than what it did before I went to him
