I have been a patient of Dr Bland for over 20 years and continue to see her because of the Excellent care she has provided over the years.

Dr Bland is an amazing doctor. She knows her stuff and cares about her patients. The wait can be long because she takes time with each patient. I moved from Greensboro 5 years ago and still can’t find a GP I can accept after having Dr Bland for over twenty years. I have waited on hold on the phone for a long time setting up appointments but to me having a great doctor is more important than all that.

The only reason I put 3 stars is because I don’t wish to look for another PCP but honey that Lynn answering the phones was very very very unprofessional. First time I called she put me on hold right away I was on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up called right back she was available to take my call this go around. I asked Lynn could I have a nurse or doctor call me back to talk more about Symptoms I noticed after my visit earlier in the week, she insisted I needed to be seen again which is a no go as I’m a single mom and I can’t keep bringing my kids into a facility where they’re openly exposed to any and everything (babies can’t wear mask and toddlers choose not to), I told her I do not wish to come in but simply would like to speak with a nurse. She asked me my symptoms which I get you have to put it in your notes but I told her in general my symptoms she invasively asked me repeatedly to be more specific she even tried rewording her question like my answer would change. Just let me speak to someone who can help me lady d*mn. Kept asking what results I was waiting on either way Lynn needs better phone training or just overall people training I don’t know, but I felt she was very unprofessional and highly intrusive as she stepped way over her boundaries. She finally transferred me to leave a message after she spent 7 minutes trying to get me to share what I wished to share with a nurse with her. Her professionalism is a joke.

Never again will I ever go back to this place, i was a new patient had to get an early appt so i could get in & out to get pick up my grandson from school appt was @ 10:45, i arrived @ 10:30 to do paper work, i set in the lobby for over an hour they said oh shes still checking your insurance info..Huh???, so now its 1:10, finally i get called to the back, vitals were checked questions were asked, now its 1:40, another reminder gotta get my grandson, ok the doctor will be in shortly..OK, still waiting now its 2:30 no doctor, I politely got my belongings stopped by the front desk got my insurance cards & left, they had the nerve to call & apologize & ask me to reschedule..YEA RIGHT!!!! Worse experience Ive every had @ a Doctors office..😔😣👎

Tried to call the office to ascertain a patient number after I received an automated voice mail to call a 1-800 number. Gave me options to press a number for a returning patient and when I pressed the number I waited and then the phone system hung up on me. I repeated the directions after nine calls and got the same results. Not a very good automation system. Also, check the website to register for the patient portal. You cannot register. It only has a log in. Go figure. Otherwise, Dr. Bland is a very good diagnostician and treats her patients well.

Our visits to the Bland Clinic is always pleasurable. I accompany 6 individuals with intellectual disability to their doctor appointments. The staff is very friendly, patient, and understanding and the physicians are genuinely concerned about their well being. My individuals have been a patient of The Bland Clinic for at least 15 years or more and I couldnt think of any other physicians I would trust with their care.

If I could give less, I would. This doctors office just suprises me with the shear incompetence, as well as unprofessionalism. Arguing with a receptionist about new medication that this office is trying to put me on after taking my current medication for over 5 plus yrs. The pharmacist calls them and says they WONT FILL the new medications because theres a contradiction to the ones I have been on,they ( the receptionist)still tell me that I need to take the newly prescribed drugs. Lmao. How is this office even open, never the less having such incompetence running it. I am definitely calling the medical board today.

Her and her staff are the worst!!! I would highly recommend if anyone could get a better doctor please do! The place is old and smells, the bathroom is very rusty and the door is hard to pull on. You will wait longer than you should to go back to see the doctor. Now as far as the staff members, the front desk lady Lynn is always placing people on hold, the nurses aren’t professional just like Dr. bland. Dr. Bland herself is always in a hurry and out of breathe. She so stuck up and thinks too highly of herself. If you get any form of testing done, it’ll take more than 2/3 days to get your test results back at times. Please find a better doctor guys!!! Or don’t go to this one.

Dr.Bland has professionally and lovingly treated my family for 25+years. She is well respected and even takes the time to be a columnist as well as host an awesome health based radio talk show. She is a true asset to our community.

I have had a great experience with Dr.Bland. She cares about my health when other doctors were treating me for something that I didnt need. Good Job and staff is nice as well!!

Very unhappy with this clinic. I always arrive on time or up to 15 minutes early for appointments, but have to wait 10-15 minutes to be taken to the back and then another 15-30 minutes before the doctor actually comes in. The doctor is usually rushing and only handles one or two issues and tells you to come back in 30 days. I was told I was given many consults for my daughter and myself only to never hear from anyone. Dr. Bland seems like a very nice person, but the clinic needs an overhaul.

This is the most unprofessional and incompetent doctor I have ever been to. She diagnosed me with diabetes without a blood test, she looked at me and told me my neck discolaration mearnt I had diabetes and shes been doing this for a while. I do not have diabetes by the way, a real doctor actually ran ny labs and i am not a diabetic. I went to her for blood pressure problems, she prescribed a medication that I later found out should never be prescribed to women in their child bearing age. They lost my labs twice, and billed me both times even though it was their mistake . Back to the medication , apparently I was 4 weeks pregnant and for some reason they didnt see it in the blood tests and urine tests. I took an at home test and went in to tell her I was pregnant and to adjust my medication. She asked me why i got pregnant because she didnt see a ring on my finger. That was the last straw for me, I could not see her anymore after this. I was 24 years old, educated and take care of myself. It was non of her business and very unprofessional. Funny thing is I actually am married and she judged me without facts. Even if I wasnt , it is not a physicians job to judge patients. Between the wrong medication, lost labs, inaccurate diagnosis and unethical judgement i honestly dont know how she still has a medical license.

Dr. Bland is very judgemental. She tried to call me poor because of my insurance with no information about what I do for a living. I came to take a pregnancy test hoping I was pregnant, in which came out negative and she said Im glad youre not pregnant. She is the most rude doctor Ive ever been to. She doesnt give advice she gives her opinion. This is not the first time she has tried to put her opinion into my business. Ive had her for a couple of years and have ignored her comments but as of today I am discontinuing my services at this practice.

This place is the worse, the doctors are unprofessional and dont care about the patients, they are rude, doctor bland herself got up in my face and loud with me when I just tried to voice my concerns. They are always late, I sat in there today wating over an HR. And even when she came in I had to wait about 10 more mins. Before she even addressed me and then wouldnt service me because she thought she was smarter than another doctor that serviced me and didnt even apologize. Its dirty they dont even have the proper supplies. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

This place is old and outdated, they had me pee in a small dixie cup for my pee sample and when i opened the cubby to put the sample in there was already another pee sample inside with a dirty paper towel wrapped around it.I also just didnt feel like dr.bland cared about my needs at all.

Long time patient. Very busy office but excellent medical care by Dr. Bland.

Dr Bland was arrogant and unprofessional, she informed me that she was the hypertension professional when I voiced my concern about how a medication made me feel. She was not willing to explore other medication options.. Needless to say I will not return to this clinic.
