The first time seeing this dentist and did a good job checking after the nurse. The nurse was her first time seeing me has well. She cleaned my teeth and afterwards my mouth felt good.

It was a great visit. I cracked a filling that lead to an abscess. I thought it was just the cracked filling getting worse. Dr. Sadler gave me options of attempting to save the tooth or remove it. The tooth is gone and Im on antibiotics to do away with the abscess. The visit was quick and removing the tooth was so fast I didnt feel any pain. Dr Sadler is my dentist and a friend to my family.

Everyone is a 5 star plus 10. From the staff to doctor.

Today was my first time in a very long time going to the dentist due to a very bad experience but when I tell you today was something totally different wow it was great. The amount of knowledge I received the care plan and the nice dentist and dental assistance. I have a new dental home and thank you guys for everything.

I cant say enough great things about this office. I havent been to a dentist in over 11 years. I have severe anxiety with dentists and the hygienist noticed it right away and assured me I was okay. She told me step by step what she was going to do and eased my anxiety. The dentist was great as well and very informative. They worked with me on a plan to fix my teeth and I felt very much at ease with their plans. I found my new dental office and I look forward to seeing them regularly now.

Dr. Sadler is a very good Dentist. He is friendly, and has a great personality. He always makes me laugh.I had Dr. McMasters ,until He retired. He had a great personality, as well.I had already met Dr. Sadler before Dr. McMasters retired. They fixed me up when I moved to Greensboro, NC, from Virginia. They are a very good Dental Office, to go to in Greensboro, North Carolina. My Daughter has been there a few times, also even though her regular Dentist is Smile Starters, She went there for a root canal.

Dr Sadler provides excellent care, very knowledgeable and patient with my issues. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful also. It means a lot for me to be at ease because the dentist office is usually make me very stressed. Highly recommend

The front office of whom ever may be in charge of processing insurance information should be doing it 24 hours prior to the visit especially if there’s a follow up call that the patient will be attending in the morning, so if anything goes wrong prior arrangements get done. Not wasting people’s time and then every time it’s a reschedule it’s 3-4 months out. Ridiculous.

The office staff are knowledgeable, kind, considerate and do an excellent job of following Covid precautions. Staff take time talking to you, making sure that you have the information that you need and that you understand whatvyou need to do to take care of yourself. I never have a long wait to be seen, but if I do the environment is peaceful 😌. I always higher recommend this practice to others!

DO NOT GO HERE!! MONEY HUNGRY!! I went in because i was having a toothache and the dentist told me that I would need to see TWO DIFFERENT DENTIST OFF SITE to get it fixed. She said they would have to send me to a periodontist to have minor surgery, another dentist to do the root canal and then they would put a crown on top (over 4 grand). LUCKILY I had an appointment with a different practice a few days later and they fixed my tooth with just a filling and it only cost me $150.THIS PLACE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF AND SAY I HAD TO SEE THREE DIFFERENT DENTISTS (for one tooth) TO POCKET AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY COULD!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE who needed dental care, all they care about is money.

I enjoy the experience every time I visit Dr. Saddler and Associates. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly with the clients. Dr. Saddler explains every process, and he’s gonna go above and beyond to make sure you have an award winning smile.

One of the best dentist experiences I have ever had. My teeth feel super clean after the water scale pick was used. It was weird at first because I have never had that kind of cleaning before, But the end result was Awesomeness!!! Also the the receptionist she was sweet and fun. Dr. Eric Sadler is an excellent dentist, whom I have now seen twice, each time for a broken tooth. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone needing dental care or surgery. Both times, I was given an appointment within 1-2 days of going to the office, immediately following breaking each tooth. His staff were polite and friendly and displayed concern for my well-being. Dr. Sadler was extremely personable and likewise concerned not only about the teeth but also my state of mind. Both teeth were extracted after he explained all the options available to me. In both cases, the extraction went well and I felt no pain at all during the procedure or following it. His follow up advice was thorough and he took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to do. In both cases, I did not feel any pain following the procedure or even days later. Dr. Sadler was very pleasant to talk with and made me feel at ease the whole time. I have never had a better dentist and if I need to, I have no concerns about revisiting him, in fact I almost look forward to it.

I wished I could give it negative star. They will keep on sending you back over and over again for a bad tooth. As they know that if they extract the tooth, they cannot make any more money, terrible!!!This is how they will get rich, and leave a dent both in your pocket and the tooth.

I was seen for ONE cavity and somehow by the next week the dentist I saw said that I had gotten new ones that the first dentist didnt see across my premolars. As a medicaid patient, I soon discovered that they had ended up filling my teeth for extra money. Not only did they leave my teeth a mess but my bite was off and Ive been in pain for four months now thanks to this practice. PLEASE. AVOID. At. All. Costs. (The place smells like a bathroom too.)
