I was made to feel at ease during my exam. The doctors were very impressive. They were friendly, and extremely professional and had a great sense of humor .

Ive been going to this DentalWorks ever since I moved to GSO in 2018 and I have always been treated with care! I can tell they working for patients health, as they have always offered me helpful advice when it comes to products, techniques and just the science behind your teeth/gums. I havent had one cavity since coming to this office. That may say something about my dental hygiene, but I think it also says a lot about the awareness and tips Ive received from the hygienists in this office.

Called to get help looking for a new dentist, highly recommend. Jamie was the one who answered my questions and was highly knowledgeable. Excellent service!

He kept trying to get me to let him do different treatments and procedures upon me even after no several times. He used medication I was not supposed to use unless my other doctor was consulted. He was not. Dr. Simonic was pushy like a salesman while being somewhat friendly. Will not go back.

The staff was very professional and nice. They explained and followed Covid-19 protocol (such as wearing a mask, calling before entering, taking temps etc) very well too. The dental hygienist and the staff who did the x-ray were very good and kind.

Only after my visit was complete and I had paid $116.00 and was given a treatment plan that was over $4200.00 did they disclose that they had an Advantage plan that would of saved me the $116 for an exam and x-rays. When I inquired as to why I wasnt told prior they responded it would of only saved you $86.00 . Well that is contrary to what the brochure for DentalWorksAdvantage says, it states 100% of exam and xray but nonetheless it would of saved me $ and they seemed to have no interest nor did they seem to care about that aspect. I am a small business owner and although I make money from providing a service to others I always do my best to save my clients money while still providing them quality service. It would behoove them to let their customers ,particularly those with no dental insurance know of their options prior to service and taking their money.

The employees were all VERY kind and professional. They were patient and answered any questions I had and they were VERY careful to follow appropriate procedures for Covid-19.

The dentist and the hygiene team is absolutely wonderful. I have not had a bad experience with the team. The front desk is extremely friendly and never rude. I was seen yesterday and asked to come back soon. However, they do not have any availability until April. They told me they would call me back to schedule and maybe there would be a cancellation. The only downfall is, this location is so busy and sometimes hard to schedule. Not really their faults, they’re in a busy area. However, I wish they could limit new patients in order to meet the needs of their current clients.

The dentist was attentive and knowledgeable to the well being of my teeth. The dental assistants were all kind, helpful, precise and as gentle as they could be. I’m proud to call this my dentistry home.

The assistants were great they did a great job but the dentist is trying to work with so many patients in a day that he is rushing and not being thorough with his patients. The dentist didn’t even want to pull my teeth claiming I may not be ready. It wasn’t me that wasn’t ready it was him. My appointment time was 3:00 pm I didn’t leave til 5:19pm because he was trying to fit in several other people before 4:30. Being that my situation was fixed my experience was ok but could have been better.

Girls working the front desk were not friendly, but robotic. As if being personable was forbidden. A smile, eye contact, an explanation of charges, and what insurance is covering would be helpful and make the customer feel like he is getting customer service. My hygienist was extremely professional, pleasant, friendly, Truly May me feel welcomed. I don’t remember her name but she an African American from the Bronx New York. 4 stars because of her. She should train others! Overall it was a great experience.

Front desk called at 9:16 this morning. Had a busy day at work today so didnt have time to check any voicemails. Called again at 4:45 to confirm appt for tomorrow and I answered. Last reminder on this appointment was six months ago when I set it up. I told them I couldnt make it to a basic cleaning during a pandemic and was informed there would be a 50 dollar late cancellation fee. 7 hours is evidently the window you have to respond to them, so anyone using this dentist be sure to look out for the one chance you have to change an appointment. Wont be going back, and certainly wont be paying their asinine fee.

Overall my experience with Dental Works is a five. They are definitely a five star. Now my last visit was great other than the dentist gave me shots before I was actually Numb. It hurt like everything, but I don’t think that he knew that I wasn’t numb yet, other than that this place is truly awesome. I love the dentist and his assistant. I love the employees everything is great.

Personable staff, little/ no wait time to see the Dr. Hygienist and Dr are attentive and always patiently address all questions.

My mom is a new patient and she has enjoyed the transition but really miss her previous dentist. Her insurance caused her to make the change. She stated the office employees and dental staff members are nice, caring and often times say something positive when entering and leaving the facility.

I have never been to a more professional and thorough dentist office. Everything was explained to me in words I actually understood and everyone was so helpful. Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable about everything from insurance all the way through the procedure I needed done. Oh and have I mentioned how gentle they were. I cant say enough nice things about this office. It had been years since Ive stepped foot into a dentist office because of past bad experiences. They were so nice and welcoming. Every one was friendly and they let my husband come back with me and hold my hand.

Had to have a wisdom tooth pulled which is never fun. But everyone I encountered here was kind and funny. All costs were explained to me in advance of any procedures. In addition, procedures were recommended to me which were included with my insurance that I wouldnt have otherwise known. A very positive experience!

I was very happy they were able to fit me into the schedule the same day I called. The staff was very pleasant and friendly and the doctors assistant was super helpful in explaining things pertaining to my specific questions. The doctor was great too, I was super impressed with how quickly he was able to get me in and out. There was some wait time involved but only because the doctor was working with other patients. Very satisfied and will definitely go back to location.

Dental Works at Wendover is a great dentist. You never have to wait when they give you an appointment time, they are efficient and Dr. Petrov is a great dentist. They made two partials for me, fit perfect never had to take them back for any adjustments. They take most insurance as well.

I made my appointment expecting to come in weeks from the day I called but I was able to come in the next day. Once I got there I was greeted with friendliness. I was taken back and my teeth were cleaned with a quickness. I found out I needed another procedure and when I was scheduling that appointment Dr. A decided she could do the procedure right then instead of going home for the day. Overall, they are caring, friendly, and accommodating.

This is a great dental office! I was dentalphobic for 25 years, so I was definitely nervous coming here. However, Dr. Petrov and the staff made me feel comfortable and accommodated my needs to help me get over that dentalphobia. I am sad I am moving away and will have to find another dentist - he has set the bar high. Thank you Dr. Petrov and the Dentalworks team for all you have done!

Visit was pretty decent, everyone I encountered was pleasant. My only complaint is that I was referred to another dentist for a root canal consult. Yes, another dentist, not an oral surgeon. I felt a consult is been something that Dentalworks could’ve handled without me being referred elsewhere.

Today was the first time I went to DentalWorks. The staff is exceptionally friendly, nice and warm. Chimere Collins was the dental hygienist who did my cleaning. She is very thorough, by far she has given me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, and I’m almost 50 years old. She made sure I was comfortable, and gave me a lot of advice to keep my teeth healthy. She’s very sweet, attentive and great at her job. I would definitely refer DentalWorks to everyone.

After 50 years at a practice since my teen years, I had to find a new practice to accept my new insurance after retirement. The thought of change was difficult but the staff made it very easy and eliminated my anxiety. I had a very pleasant visit for cleaning and checkup. The staff is great. I’m smiling😁

I wasnt extremely pleased with this particular experience. I felt like my cleaning and examination were very rushed. I was in and out too quickly. I hope that everything was done thoroughly but I have a feeling it wasnt. It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment. This location has become very popular and may have taken on more patients then they can handle. Its apparent in their services.

My son goes here and now I do as well! From the front office to the back everyone has been exceptional! X-ray tech is patient and sweet and quick, my hygienist was amazing! She explained everything so well and did a great job! I learned more about my teeth then I ever thought possible! Dentist is great! Lovely professional group!! A++++++++++++

I had an awesome experience at DentalWorks! I went in for just an initial check up and the Dentist was able to go ahead and clean my teeth right away because they needed it. I was also able to setup my future appointments quickly and new exactly what needed to be done next. This was awesome!

They are great with kids. My son asked when he would be able to return after we left. He enjoyed his experience!

Lack of communication. Failed to explain what happened. Did not explain why I have to extract my tooth. Of course if I have to loose it I will. If I can save it I want to. It seems that every one worry money, or something. I knew as well as everyone else.

BEWARE WITH THIS PLACE!!! They marked my credit with a collection agency when I was constantly being told I didnt owe anything!!! I received a statement for dental services provided. I called them and inquired about the statement balance. I was told to ignore the statement since claims were still pending response from my primary/secondary health insurance companies. I went for further services in June 2016. I paid for my services and inquired about the outstanding balance. I was told I did not owe anything. I went again for service in July 2016. Again, I paid for my services. I was told AGAIN I had no outstanding balance. Next thing I know is that I get email notifications that my credit report had been hit by a collection agency for $57 from DentalWorks. I called their office and I was told they did not see anything outstanding for me. They called their counterpart billing office and were told I owed $19 for service rendered in 2015 and another $75 for other services rendered also in 2015. However, they claimed only $19 were sent for collection. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES AND EVERY TIME I ASKED ABOUT MY BALANCE IT WAS IN $0? I got another statement yesterday reading that I have an amount due of $34.10. Now, is it $0 (what they always told me I owed), $19 (what they claimed was sent to my credit), $34.10 (my new statement) or the $57 showing in my credit report??? When I went to their office today to claim about the collection agency, I inquired about this new statement, and again I was told to ignore it since claims were still being processed with my primary/secondary health insurance. Same story all over again!!! Who can trust an office like this??? This offices billing department is messed up. Not even their own office personnel understands it, providing erroneous information to us patients and then we have to pay the unfortunate consequences. Get yourself another dentist and protect your credit!

They were very good with me, and Im a total dental coward. This was my first visit and I have a lot of dental work ahead of me, but they left me feeling confident with their work. I will come back once Ive been a few times and let you know how they are in the long run.I would recommend that they get more cushy chairs, the one I sat on for dental work was a bit hard.

I had my first visit today and I was so relieved to finally not get the run around like my last dentist was a nightmare. Everyone was friendly and professional.They explained the procedures they were going to do for the next visit and the cleaning of my teeth was a real cleaning. I look forward to my next appt. I will definitely be referring them to my family and co-workers!

All I wanted was a cleaning, they told me I needed to get X-rays Bc I needed a deep cleaning. I am pregnant & unable to get X-rays right now. I asked for a regular cleaning & they told me there would be no point.

Staff and services render were great! However the required panoramic film x-ray for $111.00 on top of the single x-ray needed for a simple extraction and that cost is taking advantage of a person 850 miles from home with an emergency requiring a Dentist services.

6 month checkup. Went fast. Front desk was very polite. Hygenist was thorough and very nice. Dr. was great! Thanks.
