I do not use this pharmacy. My doctor called in a prescription because GoodRx showed this was a cheaper price (Not the cheapest). My doctor called in the prescription Friday morning. I forgot about it and while shopping in here Sunday afternoon my wife reminded me. Nobody in line and I walked right up. Wow. It wasnt ready. You had over 48 hours and its not ready. I can hardly wait to start riding this disaster. Looks like no difference between the pharmacy and the store.

They have all the right stuff for my sensitive area and I can pick up some cuckoo juice at the same time!

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they have been rude on more than 3 occasions. Don’t know if they just hate their job or what....

Coming from someone that works with this pharmacy every day due to my occupation. I was highly offended when the pharmacist, Brittany, was rude to a patient, a well-respected provider in my office, and myself. I understand patients can over react when not told what they want to hear; however, when the pharmacist is rude to a provider and staff. That speaks volumes on the type of pharmacist that she is. Maybe she was having a bad day, as we all have those, but the unprofessional is indescribable.

Lousy service! Incompetent employes who can not give you a reason why they can not get your script ready on time after two visits and a phone call. Then they make you wait even longer after you come to pick it up.

I have lived in several different cities in Indiana, and have been using a Kroger Pharmacy for over 15 years. This pharmacy here in Greenfield, IN is one of the worst managed group of people I have ever dealt with, and that goes for any retail department store period. Repeatedly have gotten 4 to 5 hour wait times when calling in refills compared to less than an hour everywhere else. Very rude staff that seems to have better things to do than taking care of their customers at the counter. I mean, they dont even hang their prescription pickup bags in alphabetical order, what kind of system is that? Its always something, I cant deal with them anymore. Transferring to Walmart Pharmacy immediately.

We’ve been going to this pharmacy for over three years because this is where our insurance makes us go. If that was not the case I would take my business elsewhere and even pay more if needs be just to be treated like a valued customer let alone someone with a health need. The staff is rude and very condescending. Filling prescriptions takes forever compared to other pharmacies in the area and they are not helpful at all usually being dismissive or actually not being forthright about why something is not filled because it’s an inconvenience they don’t want to deal with. It’s a shame people have to deal with sub par service when getting medicine, dealing with insurance companies while dealing with health issues. That’s hard enough. Having to deal with non sympathetic, no real sense of how to deal with people employees who are just there to pass the time and get paid, makes you feel worse.
