Time came for a new set of compression fitted socks and with that a new fitting specialist. Christina was very informative and helpful, she did a great job with the new sizing and when the new socks arrived Christina was helpful making sure I had the proper fit. Christina had big shoes to fill in from Caroline, and did an awesome job.

Earl was Fantastic!!!Took great care of us. Knowledgeable professional. Explain the difference in sizes in bottles and look at the placement where we had our large oxygen machine and found it to be in a place where it was in a fire hazard thank goodness he checked he gets five stars for that thank you Earl. We had no idea.

Staff is always amazing and they are all super sweet! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that you receive the care you deserve! Have felt with them four times now, and they make sure to cover every question you have and leave nothing boring or monotone! Thanks guys!

I was very comfortable while waiting in the Lobby area to see someone about my walker and was very pleasantly surprised when I was told there was no charge for the repair. I was told by the person at the retail store where I purchased it that I would probably have to pay a $25 dollar service fee. So when the young man who repairs it brought it back to me and told me no charge I was very happy. Everyone was very polite and helpful

Its quite an intimidating thing going in for the first time to get fitted for a Cpap machine. Jeff was calm, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Product sold was also surprisingly modern and easy to use.

These 5 stars are going out to Earl the delivery guy. He always friendly and courteous. I wish Homecare medical/Areo care give him a raise. You dont find to many people that care for us customers the way that he do. Earl if you are reading this......you are the real M.V.P. at what you do. Thanks for delivering my oxygen concentrator when customer service said I had to wait until Wednesday of next week to get a new one. You came through for me and with that being said I am grateful. Jeff was great in describing the use of my CPAP. He made me go through each step in handling the machine and dials instead of just talking about it. The only suggestion I have is for the company to have better signage. ..nothing identified the building as being part of Aerocare. I had no idea it was part of Home Care Medical. Building signage non-existant. Otherwise, the experience was great.

It was our first visit to Home care medical. The staff were polite and informative. Especially Mr Jeff was quite friendly and explained all the details of the CPAP device and answered all our doubts/questions. Hope they continue to be as good in the future too .Keep it up 🙂

I only gave 5 stars because the delivery driver was very nice, Since this place took over for oxygen one I have to wait on hold for a long time. Then when they answer they are rude and unhelpful. never had any problems with oxygen one for several years.

Today I went to Home Care Medical (AeroCare) for the first time, and everyone I encountered there was very pleasant. Im a breast cancer survivor, so I have to be fitted for prostheses and bras. The person who took care of me did exactly that; I was very well taken care of. I wasnt rushed through the appointment - she was very precise about making sure my fittings were perfect - it was very evident that she took pride in what she was doing and enjoyed her job, as well. So happy that I chose Home Care Medical. (I was a Knueppel customer for 18 years, however, very unfortunately, they went out of business.)

Jeff is very patient and does a great job explaining everything so you walk out knowing your devise!

Cindy was very helpful and professional. She took her time and went over things with me carefully and made sure the fit was right and that I was comfortable. This was the 2nd time I have been helped by Cindy and each time she made the visit a pleasant experience.

Everyone has been very helpful as I am new to the wonderful world of Oxygen and have no idea what I was doing. They answered all my questions, showed us how to change out the tanks with the regulators, etc.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

People there are wonderful and know what theyre doing! It would be nice if they open on Saturdays also. But Ill still keep coming!!
