Ive had lots of massages before but have never experienced something as in-depth and therapeutic as this.I knew I had some tight spots but Abbi found many I didnt realize I had. She slowly, carefully worked them out and when I left, I felt limber and comfortable, with effortless movement. Abbi also referred me to some helpful yoga videos, which I will try.This felt amazing and I will definitely be back to see Abbi again!

I went in today to see Abby with a pinched nerve. She worked on the trouble spots in my shoulder and I left feeling so much better. She is totally amazing at what she does with the massages and I would recommend seeing her if you need a massage.
