This office is consistently late, has on more than one occasion has not follow up on testing. They were really good. Some good doctors left the practice too. My advice is look elsewhere unless you have Medicaid

The best medical center i have EVER been to.All staff was friendly, and efficient.The service myself, and my daughter received was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this medical center. 5 stars hands down. Ill never forget how kind, and informative everyone i came into contact with was. My daughters recovery/discharge nurse CADY is a superstar at what she does, and franklin county medical center should be tremendously proud to have such admiral employees. Fantastic job!

The Conceige staff is really nice and they are also helpful. Dr. Liew is really nice, but she is leaving in a few months. And overall the receptionists and doctors are amazing.

Dental dept is fantastic! I have extreme dental anxiety Dr.Baskar and his assistant were so kind and understanding. Eased my anxiety and I was in and out in no time. Two thumbs up 👍👍

The dental team here is phenomenal. So nice and friendly. They explained everything they were about to do, and talked with us through the entire process. Such a great visit to put my daughters apprehension of the dentist to rest.

I have been seeing Rachel Bensen in the Greenfield office for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience. She is so friendly and truly takes the time to help me in any way she can. Ive probably had 13+ appts there and they have always been super nice and on time. There is also a very kind front desk woman who has the best customer service skills ever. Linda may be her name, not sure, (she has long blonde hair), but she is always so incredibly helpful and sweet. The nurses also have always been very kind!

I followed Rachel Katz here from another practice and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. From staff to the people who answer the phones to those who greet you at the door to the phlebotomists, nurses and doctors...all are exceptional at making you feel well cared for. They work together as a true team and make your healthcare their priority. All your needs are addressed and they go out of their way to make sure you’re ok physically, mentally and emotionally.I recently had surgery and that surgeon failed to do something correctly. One call to Rachel Katz and the problem was solved. And it was her day off. Her concern was that I was properly cared for and my needs were being met. I’ve seen others at Community Health do this for patients time and time again. They have heart, compassion and a real desire to make a difference in people’s lives. They are a true blessing to those around them. They are changing lives in the community for the better and I’m incredibly grateful to have them as a support system.

Surprised to see a negative review of Candace Coleman, she is extremely competent, thoughtful, patient Nurse Practitioner. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and in fact have.

I see many negative comments about the urgent care team at the dental clinic. Its hard at first to understand the first come first served. Once you get beyond that and are established as a patient, you will come to find Dr. Szahl to be informative and caring in his treatment of his patients. I also am treated by the dentist Dr. Elibudhi and her assistant Eddie. Im off on the dentists name spelling wise but this is a fantast duo. I was treated prior to them by two other dentists. One was awful and terrified me the other was good. I never fear going to the dentist anymore. Dr. E is kind, gentle, compassionate and funny. The two together Dr E and Eddie are the best team Ive had since high school and they take all the fear out of going to the dentist.

Post date: 12/ 21/ 2019The Physician assistants here are sketchy and not that knolagegable and lack in caring for the patient.if you have a serious medical issues see the medical doctor and not a physician assistantI have seen Dr Rebecca Jackson and she is very caring and knowledgeable and willing to spend that extra time to talk about your issueThe Community Health Center of Franklin countys dental department has worst possible care you can get bottom of the bucket doctors and hygienists. Fillings fall out often requiring you to go two or three times for a filling. With My experience with various community health centers dental departments I would suggest you to go elsewhere if you want to get good care for your teeth. ( 2 stars for medical 1 star for dental )

This place is amazing! especially since the moved to the fantastic new offices downtown, the facilities rock! all of the nurses and doctors are so friendly and the front desk staff is to die for. full disclosure: i am a manager at this place and there really is an opportunity to have a great experience.

Up until the last 5 months I would have given 4-5 stars. This is now the THIRD time I have shown up for a physical appointment and was told that I wouldnt be seen! Appointment card in hand and no record of the appointment. Absolutely NOT satisfied.

This place is supposed to be for the community?? The dental department SUCKS!!!

Dont work with nurse practitioner Candice Coleman. She is completely incompetent and doesnt treat concerns seriously. She also told me to come in weekly for check ups on my condition but the practice didnt give me a bill UNTIL I reached their $800 limit. Went in for my appt and thats when they pulled me aside, gave me my bill and told me I cant be seen again until I pay it; absolutely no notice before that.

I can’t thank this place ENOUGH!! For getting me in and caring for me on a dangerous situation I had occur & they did a FANTASTIC JOB took care of me and beyond GENTLE & I have massive anxiety. Great full for the surgeon and team players !! Ox

I have been going three years. I have multiple health problems that are challenging to manage. My nurse practitioner is so supportive. I never have to wait. I can get in quickly if I have an urgent problem.They have moved to 102 Main St.

Horrible and fraudulent! Urgent care dental is scamming insurance through xrays. I was all set day before for 730am dental extractions. Couldnt sleep our eat. Checked in at their Baystate Medical Center location. They assured me day before and morning of they could do the simple extractions. I get onto dental chair and the Dentist was not interested in providing and urgent care. He did series of xrays (I have cancer so this always gets my attention.) to see under my gums. Even though he had me open my mouth and saw the 2 needing to come out. He said I need to premedicate for appointment and I assured him I NEVER have. He refused to call my Dr within his practice to confirm. He asked my firm of payment and as soon as he heard what I said and confirmed by my intake firms the day before he then abruptly ended the urgent care appointment telling me to come back in 4 to 6 weeks! WTF?! HE KNEW HE WERE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE ME CARE BEFORE HE EVEN CANE IN ROOM! Upset I asked why he will not provide me care but radiated me?! HE ACTUALLY IN THE RUDEST AND CONDESCENDING WAY ANSWERED Because I have other patients today. Shocked I looked at the first come first serve sign and agreement I signed and he made a comment about it taking too long to extract the 2 teeth. Then he asked questions I had answered several times. I have been in the hair 8 minutes thus far. He then proceeds to tell his assistant the WRONG teeth that needed to come out! OH MY GOD! HORRIFYING! HE left the room to get a Rc for mouth rinse and I heard him ask which if any urgent care people waiting out of the 4 of us-whete cash? Hmmmm.. so I get the impression if I were passing cash he would have provide the services that I were promised the day before and morning of. THIS DENTIST IS A FRAUD! THIS PRACTICE HAS BEEN DISCREDITED DUE TO THEIR unethical and highly unqualified staff. Horrified! Called my normal dentist who ended up coming into her Springfield office on her day off to provide services under clear urgent need. She felt horrible about the traumatizing and fraudulent treatment imposed upon me at CHC by DENTIST ...... oh yeah hes not listed on any sites associated with the practice. If first come first serve.. I was first and was refused anything but radiation. Im consulting a attorney and may be getting together with other dental care patients who have been scammed and rejected for a 10 to 15 extraction. Doing research tonight showed me their are plenty to meet up with.

This place seemed great at first but I wouldn’t not recommend going here AT ALL. I am fairly new to the area. Thursday I had a dental emergency. After calling every dentist in the Greenfield area, this place was the only one who actually had an available appointment for me that day. I was very impressed. But, I get there and they take some X-rays, look at the problem and told me they can’t do anything for me that day but I need to come back Saturday when they have a walk in clinic. They put me on some antibiotics and told me to take Alieve. I’m, ok so I get that they don’t want to just hand out narcotics anymore because of the heroin epidemic but, seriously...come on...I have a huge hole in my mouth. 2 Alieve a day isn’t going to do a damn thing. So regardless of that unfortunate situation I think, ok well I’m willing to do anything that I need to do to get rid of this pain. They did tell me that the walk in clinic was first come first server (as usual), and that they open at 7. The dentist even went as far to inform me that spots fill up quickly (conveniently forgetting to tell me how many spots) so I shouldn’t wait till 8 or 9 to come in because I most likely won’t be able to be seen. Ok easy enough. So I get there at 7:12 this morning, and much to my surprise, there weren’t that many cars in the parking lot or people inside. Ok things are looking great! I get up to the window and they lady tells me that they are all booked up!!! WHAT?!?! I couldn’t believe that within 15 minutes of opening they were completely booked. The reason is because apparently they only have 4 slots available on Saturday’s!!!!!!! I’m not even sure what the point of being open is but ok then. So I asked her what else I can do because I’m not familiar with the area and don’t know where to go or how everything works. She told me I could book and appointment...awesome!!! Ok so she looks up the next available appointment to schedule me for...are you ready for this....their next available appointment isnt until June!!!! 6 months away!!! So here I am, in excruciating pain with no possible way to get any relief. So yeah, if you can avoid this place...please DO! This is just absolutely ridiculous. What does a person need to do to get some help around here???

We have been going here for years since dr. Chipperfield was here. The doctors since have been a rotating cast of characters and the nurses kick ass

The first time I brought my son here he was four days old, I was scared to bring him out being a new mother. They did not inform me they had switched his appointment to an hour later, so I was stuck waiting for an extra hour with a very new born baby. Three months later I recieve a call from the desk about over due bills I had no clue existed. This woman left me in tears about bills I had not recieved, would not work with me, and was just mean. I had been to the office three times prior, witn absolutely no warning about these bills. Personally, I want nothing to do with people in the health field who cant manage to be kind. The last thing I needed was someone yelling at me and making me cry over something so easily fixed. Someone could have given me a heads up before being an absolute jerk.

They scheduled me for 1:30, when I arrived at 1:20 they said I was late & treated me like I was in the wrong until another pt. Came up & said the same thing. Unprofessional.

The man who works here and does the care/surgery on teeth is a very rude has a bad attitude talk to me very like if I was below him I was surpise on how unprofessional he was to me n my children I will rather have this bad tooth then to EVER COME BACK to this place...its sad because greenfield has nothing to offer as it is so why treat people so bad.......
