This dental office employs Covid practices that provide patients the utmost safety. My dental hygienist was thorough and efficient; as was my dentist. I was in and out in forty minutes. I was very pleased with my experience.

Usual outstanding service. Never have waited longer than a few minutes. This dental provider has made a huge improvement in my dental health. They corrected some poorly installed crowns and switched me to a higher fluoride toothpaste. My teeth and gums are much improved since switching. I highly recommend either of the two. And they are on top of their appointments with frequent reminders on both e-mail and text.

I went for cleaning after skipping a dental visit for four years! I expected some pain but instead was rewarded with what felt like a gum massage!! Jessica was super! She was gentle and took her time with my gums and teeth that were a mess! I was so hapyy with the results I made another appointment right away for a second cleaning! Thanks, Jessica!

Ive had two visits here the first with Rylie who did an outstanding job with my cleaning. The second visit was for a filling performed by Dr. Armstrong and Paula, both great. Dr. Armstrong discussed with me in depth about another tooth that needed attention. She showed me the x-ray and gave me my options. I was very impressed.

They had my records from my past dentist, I waited only for a few minutes, Stacy the dental hygienist was awesome - friendly, informative and great at cleaning my teeth. Dr. Armstrong was nice - I didnt need care, so I only met her and she looked at my teeth and xrays. Even check out was so good - they told me what my insurance covers and gave me a sheet with the info. Very impressed and will recommend to friends.

Terrible service! Terrible attitudes! Terrible communication! They do terrible work! I give them no stars! I have up kept my teeth my entire life I have seen many dentist and Ive never been to a family dentist that is so unorganized and unsanitary. A clamp fell on the floor and the put it back in my mouth. They didnt open a new one, in a new one in a package or anything. Straight in my mouth. I was disgusted! The dentist I got to in nevada always opens a new package with whatever instrument they use. They dont trick people into getting work done before theyre ready. Ive read other reviews om this place! I should have read before I went in. Im very sad and upset with the treatment I got hear. Never have I got treated this poorly and I cannot express it enough.

They drilled out the tooth and got sent home without filling tooth. The tooth is ruined and they left it open for plaque and risk of infection! I am enraged.

Such a great dental office. This was my first time visiting this office and the experience was fantastic. I had a crown that came off and since my regular dentist is in another state I figured I would contact Greeneville Dental Associates for a consolation. To my surprise they were able to see me the very next day. The professionalism and care of the entire staff was more than I could ask for. The Doctor gave me great advice and was able to resolve my immediate problem of getting my crown re-attached. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I went for my 6 month dental cleaning on 06/21/2017. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone I saw smiled and was very friendly. I was called back right away for my cleaning and the hygienist took her time and gave my teeth and gums a thorough cleaning and exam. Very nice atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they make you feel right at home. There is never a long wait, they get you back almost as soon as you get there. Both Drs Amy and Melissa are extremely nice and care for you as a patient and do a great job.

Really good with scheduling. Unlike a doctors office where you have an appointment time and end up waiting 30-60 minutes, Greeneville Dental Associates gets you in and out promptly. The staff and dentists are all competent, thorough, and congenial. Highly recommended.

So nice to walk through the doors at Greeneville Dental Associates and be welcomed by pleasant staff members. Being on a fixed income these days We need to watch all expenditures closely. two items...1. I believe having frequent xrays, appointments every 4 months and having the dentist further check, after cleaning, is excessive and expensive.2. I found out that my Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tenn, together with Medicare program, is adding coverage for us starting 2017. I was informed yesterday that your dentistry doesnt work with these programs.these are two issues of serious concern for both myself and Donna. Thank you, Phil Hollenbeck
