Shortly after moving to East Tennessee, I pulled some muscles in my lower back pretty severely. I was in a lot of pain for a week. Dr. Hamilton was recommended to me by two people and when I looked at his website I was encouraged to learn that he offers spinal rehabilitation and personalized exercise protocols -- just what I felt I needed to strengthen my weak back and core muscles. I was pleased that I was able to be seen for an evaluation the very next day after my initial telephone inquiry. Dr. Hamilton listened patiently to my litany of woes that day, examined my flexibility to determine the extent of my injury, and by my 2nd visit he had mapped out a treatment plan designed to get me back on the right track again! I first came to Dr. Hamilton 19 years ago suffering with sciatica. The pain extended from my lower back to my toes! I had tried physical therapy for months, but received no relief! Dr. Hamilton worked on and with me for three months, making each visit affordable. Thru prayer and his training, Ive been sciatica free since that time. I still visit one a month for maintenance. I have had pain for years in my back and neck and just thought it was from aging and doing a lot of stupid stuff when I was younger but I decided to check out a chiropractor and give it try. I have to admit from the very beginning that I always had to keep silent when other people talked about chiropractic care. You see, I always thought of them as mere knuckle poppers, using peoples pain to bring them back on an ongoing basis. I had even tried two other chiropractors before, and those visits only confirmed what I believed.I was wrong. Im glad to admit it.Dr Hamilton is not only a very kind and welcoming person, but he also knows his stuff. When doctors did not take the time to explain what was going on with my spine, Dr Hamilton did. When doctors could give me no treatment or hope, but suggested only pills, shots and disability, Dr Hamilton gave me pain relief and gave me motion again.From the outset, if necessary, he lays out a specific time length of treatment that gradually cuts back to just occasional visits when desired - if problems begin to reappear. He does not pursue perpetual treatment for life.I highly recommend him to all now! The office staff is really wonderful and the atmosphere is friendly, even amongst the people in the waiting room. If you enter during a busy time, most people look up at you and smile. How often does that happen? I think it is the atmosphere that Dr Hamilton and the staff provide and the fact that people genuinely are happy to come here for treatment and relief.

I have been seeing Dr. Hamilton as needed for the past 3 years. He has helped me every time get rid of the pain and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was almost in disbelief after my first visit that the pain wasnt there any more. Granted, every person responds differently, but my treatment made an immediate difference. He cares about his patients and explains the procedures and why you are feeling better.

After initially telling the receptionist my insurance information and spending approximately 30 minutes filling out overwhelming amounts of pre-admittance paper work, waiting another 45 minutes in the waiting room then finally seeing the doctor who discussed with me my problem in detail then informed me they didn’t take my insurance so me initial exam would be 120. You would think they would have told me that at the beginning of the process. Very sneaky. Patient beware, my time is valuable., I️ wasted much time because of non disclosure by Dr Hamilton and his staff. Don’t know if he’s a good chiropractor or not.

My husband and I had a baby girl in December of 2013. Soon after her birth she began showing signs of colic. She was always uncomfortable and plagued by digestive issues from gas to constipation. We followed all advice given by her doctor, but nothing helped. We spent 3-4 hours every evening the same. We helplessly tried to soothe a screaming baby. Our doctor mentioned that some of his patients had tried chiropractic services. We were very skeptical at first, but through lots of prayer, we decided to try it. My mother-in-law had been a patient of Dr. Hamilton, and suggested we go talk with him. Dr. Hamilton was Great! He did not promise a miracle. He answered all of our questions, and did not push us into treatment. He was very gentle with our sweet little baby. After 3 weeks of treatment, our baby was a lot less fussy. She is sleeping 5-6 hours a night, and she is waking up happy in the morning instead of screaming & uncomfortable. She is a different baby! It really is a remarkable difference, Thank you Dr. Hamilton for restoring peace at our house.

I have been under chiropratic care for over a decade with several doctors from the tri-cites area. When I had trouble just dressing myself due to the pain in my back, I found Dr. Hamilton after reading and hearing other reviews. Immediately he created a stop hurting, start healing, stay healthy plan that was unique for my issues upon my first evaluation. This plan included adjustments, STEM therapy, and teaching me stretches that I could do at home. While my results may not be typical, I found pain relief after just a few treatments but continued the treatment plan he prescribed. The stretches were wonderful (do them if he prescribes them to you!!). While I was hopeful that Dr. Hamilton could help, I did think I would have to continue a long term treatment plan (as has been the case at other offices), but after my 2nd evaluation a few weeks later, he revised my plan to less treatments. Dr. Hamilton is truly devoted to helping his patients get out of pain, and return to a normal lifestyle, not just wanting you to return week after week. He documents your progress heavily though-out your treatment, and always gets feedback from you about how your progress is going. His staff are also absolutely wonderful!! I have dealt mostly with Jody (front desk) and Trish (certified chiropratic assistant), both are phenomenal, friendly, and professional. This is the best office I have ever experienced on all levels. Try his office, follow the treatment plan, and you will get out of pain and back to just living again! My quality of life improved drastically, yours will too!
