Well, I hope the doctor is better than his actual place of business. And I hope I dont get treated any less because they see this. So I will rate a 3 as my initial response.AZ Oncology had me call this place as they were sent a referral a couple of weeks ago, and they never called me. So, ok, I called them, or I should say I attempted it only to have the recording tell me that I was the 9th caller, and my wait time was 43 minutes! I waited a bit, but it was still the same...Im number 9, and I still have 43 minutes to wait. There was no option to have them call me back. So, I thought, I can drive over there faster than that.. so I go over there to some building that only says Specialty Suites . It was very cold looking. Now its exactly 4 pm, and I guess they close at 4 pm on Fridays. There is nothing on the window that has the hours or anything...so, I look in the window as the door is locked, and I see lights on. One car drives in probably to pick up whoever is in there. But a really neat thing would have been if that person had come to the door to see if I needed help, especially when it is exactly 4 pm.So, an F in Customer Service, for sure, but I will take into account that the doctor is great, so a 3 it is.Because it is so cold and plain looking, is this place even in business? If not, then I wrote this review in vain, and I apologize.

Dr Eisenberg is the most caring, patient, compassionate, he is the BEST DOCTOR EVER, I totally recommend him to anybody.

Dr. E is amazing. He has a professional and kind bedside manner. He treats you like person and listens to concerns. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody!
