I have been receiving treatment for the past 7 years from Dr. Servais and Dr. Cox for neck issues I acquired that cause severe migraine headaches. My migraines literally start to fade an hour after an adjustment. Dr. Servais and Dr. Cox really listen to you when you describe symptoms you are experiencing before they adjust you, are very compassionate and suggest post care exercises you can do at home after your adjustment. I tweaked my back while staying at the local truck stop. Despite being fully booked with only one Dr on for the day, they were able to get me in on a moments notice and work with my insurance. The Dr was excellent in his explanations and treatment, I felt immediate relief.

I had terrible pregnancy sciatica pain that I saw a couple different chiropractors and a massage therapist for. Nothing was helping. It was so bad I could hardly walk, dress myself, or even lie in bed at times. I had immediate results after seeing Dr. Cox, and now I hardly have any pain at all with regular visits. Hes definitely the person to go to for pregnancy pain!

I made an appointment that the session only lasted 15 min. I barley got anything done just got hooked up to this machine and a little bio freeze. They charged over $150 for that. I also have really good insurance, and it still cost me over $125 for it. Never coming here again. You Can go get an adjustment for well under $60 anywhere els.

I recently slept funny one night and woke up to excruciating pain in my neck. This, combined with a nagging lower back soreness, caused me to look at going to a chiropractor for the first time in my life. I wanted a place that wasnt going to try to sell me on any kind of quackery like vitamin cleanses or quick-21-day-health fix things or anything like that. I wanted sound, accurate, honest advice, and Servais Chiropractic provided just that. I saw Dr. Ed Cox for my visits, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough when it came to helping me out. He asked me questions and made sure he understood exactly what my issues were before starting me on a course for recovery.During my visits, I never felt like I was being pushed to visit more than I had to, they never tried to sell me anything, and they didnt recommend additional treatments I didnt need. They worked with me to first get my neck loose and then told me what to do to treat it if it flared up, and then did the same for my back. As things improved, they didnt keep trying to get me to show up for more-than-needed visits; they gave me exercises and stretches and told me to only come back as necessary, and I couldnt be happier with the results of my treatment.This was exactly the kind of experience I was looking for. Very honest, very open, very knowledgeable, and no pressure. The rest of the staff is VERY friendly as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

I was in need of a chiropractor. I was referred to a place in Bellevue. I went there. They took x-rays, told me all about their philosophy and wanted me to come back to a group meeting where we could discuss their plan for me. They asked me for referrals of all ages. This made me very uncomfortable. My wife called some colleagues for referrals and a was told by one of them that their entire family goes to Dr. Servais. She said he was not high pressure and wouldnt try to sell you a lifelong membership. I thought I needed to give him a try. When I made the appointment, I asked if they should have the x-rays sent over and I was told that they would call if they needed them. When I met Dr. Servais, I explained to him all if my symptoms. He listened! He had me take my shirt off. I asked if he was going to take x- rays. His response was, why would I subject you to radiation when we arent sure whats wrong yet. He had me lay down and he examined my chest and back. He touched a few areas that he felt were out of alignment. Those places were exactly where my intense pain was. He adjusted me!. Remember the first place I went to? They didnt adjust me, wanted me to come back the following week for a group meeting with other clients, then come back for treatment. Dr. Servais then gave me comfort by explaining why I was having pain, where it came from, and how he could help me. It has been 5 months since I started to see Dr. Servais. Several years ago I had a very painful backache, and he was able to correct it within days!! This year my shoulder and neck were so painful I couldnt do anything, so on my very first visit for this problem, Dr. Servais corrected it right away!! They are the go-to place for my family. In the past I have been to two chiropractors but now I have found one I want to stay with. His name is Dr. Edward Cox. I called his office on a Saturday morning - its open longer on Saturdays than any Green Bay area chiropractor office - and he had me come right in. He even stayed later than normal hours because he saw others like myself who called in.In that first appointment I shared my history of injuries from two car accidents and history of chiropractic care. He informed me that an icing of my back that my previous chiropractor prescribed me was an old school method that scientific research has proved false. He did his manual adjustment of my back and instructed me to use heat on my lower back as well as a massage technique that would loosen the back muscle of concern.This was a month ago after I came in after experiencing sharp lower back and pain in my right hip while swimming. Now after going to Dr. Cox I swam one mile last night without any pain!!! I was ecstatic and was telling everyone at the gym about what seemed like a miracle. I was really not wanting to go to the gym and swim but Dr. Cox wanted to test the back to see if there had been any progress made. Im glad I did follow through because I feel like there is hope not only for me but anyone who reads this testimonial.I went to the previous chiropractors for months without any real relief. It seemed like it would get through a day or two and then I would experience pain again. This led to me getting a spinal block which I did experience immediate relief but Ive notice since the block I feel a numbness in my toes. Went in with a sore lower back and a possible nerve pinch. Dr. Cox explained what he will be doing in an easy matter and always assured I was in good hands. After my first day I immediately felt better. As the sessions continue improvement on my back started to grow. He gave me stretches I can do at home and by the time we had gotten to my last appointment I was 100% again. No one at my age of 22 should be experiencing back problems and thanks to Dr. Cox I felt like a young adult again. Everyone was friendly there and answered all of my questions. I recommend anyone who is seeking a chiropractor to come here.

Ive been seeing Dr. Cox at Servais Chiropractic for several years now and theyve always been incredibly helpful and professional. Their entire staff is always friendly, and theyve been great at assessing whatever pain Im having at the time (typically lower back, with some neck and upper back things in the past), and developing a treatment plan to work it out with some at-home exercises, stretches, and suggestions that have greatly helped.

My entire family has been seeing Dr. Servais for over 12 years now and we will continue to see him for our adjustment needs. As a veteran, I have had chronic back pain for many years. After receiving treatment from Dr. Cox, I have received the relief necessary to return to everyday activities and sleep without the pain. Dr. Cox also took the time to reinforce the treatment with home exercises that have increased the benefits of the chiropractic services.

We loved going to se Dr. Cox, and Dr. Servais for our needs. While we were active patients here, the staff was more than courteous, and flexible. However, that ended the minute our treatment was finished. My partner received a bill in early june, with a threat that it would be sent to collections if not paid. When I contacted the office, they stated that they were never provided insurance information. My partner started going to the office in January, where my insurance records show that his information was registered. After we requested a complete read out of our billing history to review with our insurance company, we received that about 2 weeks after I called. A week after receiving that, we receive a final warning that our bill will be moved to collection. Upon contacting the receptionist, Julie, she became very rude, combative, and refused to assist us with this matter, pinning the blame on us, for their business not following proper billing procedures. We initially were so happy with this service, and as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we are very picky about who we choose for our healthcare needs. It saddens me to say that we will no longer be patient of Dr. Cox, or Dr. Servais, after the treatment by their receptionist, Julie.

I have a bulged disk in my lower back, in the past I would go to the doctor, get put on Prednisone to fix the problem and within a week I would feel better.
