I come here for the infrared sauna. I love it, I feel so amazing when Im done!

Dawn and her team always provide an excellent experience no matter what service(s) you are there for. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation and everyone does a wonderful job of making you feel welcome. This place is a bit of a hidden gem and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spa experience.

I had a great experience with Rob Tagatz (Hairdoc). I had the microchanneling procedure done on my hair and I had great results within 10 weeks! I had tried so many products for my thinning hair and nothing had worked till I met Rob. Microchanneling works and Rob is very knowledgeable about the procedure.

I have recently experienced the most healing, relaxing, and focused, massage I have ever had; Simply Wonderful!!!! After my massage I enjoyed an Detox session in the Sauna. I left the Spa in the most peaceful, relaxed, and enhanced clarity of the mind. I am so pleased with my visit, and look forward to my next appointment. Not once did I ever feel rushed, or uncomfortable. Tranquility Spas surrounding decor, combined with the charm of the original work work, down to the front door, and ornate door knob, makes a truly delightful, comforting, relaxing, atmosphere, creating a sense of like coming home. I am a happy return client, and it is truly wonderful to see how Tranquility Spa has grown over the years. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience, and how wonderful the staff is. When you walk into tranquility, you feel calm and relaxed. Everyone that works there is incredible at what they do! It’s also great to see them work as a team, and knowing you can trust each one of them to give you an incredible experience ! Also a “one stop shop” they have EVERYTHING to offer at tranquillity! I definitely recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT GO. This place is a classic bait and switch. I can only speak for the massage/spa services, but the way the business is run is not up front. I went onto their website and saw they offered an Athletic Renewal which is advertised as targets specific muscles that need releasing and re-balancing caused from athletic injuries or over-use which was exactly what I needed. I call and ask for an appointment and they set me up for the next day. Great! I get there are wait 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and when I finally get into the room Im told they dont have a licensed massage therapist so they can only offer me the relaxation journey which is basically body scrub and moisturizer (for $80!!!). They ask if I would like that instead of the athletic renewal I had called about. BAIT AND SWITCH. I said no and the manager comes out and says oh, you got into the room and thought this was an athletic renewal? *laughs* No, we dont offer that yet. Sorry. Okay, bye. So rude, so dishonest. I would not recommend.

Kiara was great; my nails looked amazing and my message was very relaxing. I thought it was kind of silly to have your customers get dressed after the massage just to walk one room over and get undressed; kind of messes with the relaxing flow. And then while I was half naked in the sauna trying to relax one of the employees kept standing at the desk right outside the glass door playing on her phone and drinking water.

Love everybody here! They are all very well trained an know what they are doing. Very personable! I don’t even live in the area now but make sure to make appointments whenever I am in town and even considering coming in more often just to see Alyssa!

I got my eye brows mircobladed by Macy, she was beyond amazing prior to me even showing up! I was the person with a million questions and she constantly reassured me the entire time, she always asked my thoughts and gave her best ideas! She was so confident and personally with me. I’ve recommended two people already and will constantly again and again recommend her! The spa is so perfect and welcoming! My EYEBROWS ARE ALWAYS ON FLEEK! thank you so much Macy you did amazing!

I was given a gift certificate for Tranquility Spa for an Anniversary gift this year. I have never really had any spa treatments. My first visit I was really nervous and did not know what to expect. Everyone there is wonderful and accommodating. They greet you as you enter the front door and immediately the offer you a beverage. There are so many services that they provide at this spa I couldnt possible list them all. I have had 4 different special me times. Every time I was perfect.

I had a French manicure on Nov 9 by Keegan Spoerl. Two weeks later, My nails look the same as the day they were done. No chipping, etc. I am so happy!

Got my eyebrows microbladed by Macy. From walking in the front door to walking out, every single employee acknowledged me. From a “Hi” to asking if I needed anything to drink. I was blown away. Very clean, classy, bright atmosphere. Macy was very professional in a way that made me feel like we were friends even before we met. The entire microblading experience was so professional. Macy explained everything in detail, asked for my input, but gave hers as well in a fantastic delivery. We had great conversation the entire time and I barely felt a thing! And most of all, MY EYEBROWS ARE AMAZING!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people are so inconsiderate and rude. They’re thieves in all honesty, and they’re terrible at microblading so they shouldn’t even be allowed to have that service anymore. Perhaps if you’re going for another service, but do NOT go here for that. They request payments for future sessions in advance and regardless of if you end up unhappy or not they refuse to give a refund of the money if you don’t end up wanting to go back, and ladies you know this stuff isn’t cheap!!

Went there for the first time to get the Relaxation Journey massage. It was great! Will be going back for sure for more massages and hair treatments.

Ladies PLEASE do not go to this place, they do a horrible job microblading and the owner asks for down payment for future appointment and wont return it and you will end up not going to follow up due to the fact they RUINED brows !! Cheryl at Tranquility Spa really knows how to give a massage. She took away over half of my back, shoulder, and neck pain in the first session. I have not had a single problem with my hands going numb because of a pinched nerve since she worked on me. I look forward to my next session. Thank you so very much! xoxoxo

Since hearing of them using MONAT products i will not return! I had a spa experience that was good only because of the person who did it(no longer works there)....to charge such high prices for no ambiance was sub standard at best....i heard the owner chatting about her employees in an unprofessional manner that showed lack of class...wont be returning or recommending to anyone
