I called this location around 11am on July 12, 2021 to ask ONE question, and it turned into a 20 minute waste of time with an employee that seemed to have no listening skills. She spent the entire time trying to figure out our insurance, which wasnt even necessary for the question I was asking, and consistently made spelling mistakes that were completely nonsensical. I finally gave up and called a small clinic nearby, but I called this clinic because I had high standards for Banner Health, which were clearly misplaced.

From the first person you talk to at the desk to the doctors and nurses, you get such a wonderful experience here. You are treated like an actual human and not just someone they want in and out the door. My dr here explains everything to me and makes sure I understand what everything is. He seems to care for my own health than I even do.
