Looking for a practice where youll be treated like a number and not a human? Look no further than this office! My husband had to wait almost 3 months to get in for an appointment. There was a prescription that was missed- so we called in thinking that given wed just spent over $100 for a 5 minute office visit that theyd be willing to take care of it. (Heartburn medication by the way, very routine for a diabetic- wasnt asking for narcotics or anything of that nature) Three weeks and three phone calls later after we were told weve receive a callback from a nurse, never happened. Called back for a fourth time, only to be told by an extremely curt receptionist that nurses dont handle that (why wasnt that said in the first 3 calls?!) and wed need to pay another co-pay and schedule yet another appointment or see a PCP. This lack of compassion and clear motive to do nothing but make a dollar is exactly what is wrong with this healthcare system.
