I work 10 hour days making it hard for me to visit my regular doctors office. So after feeling under the weather for over a week I decide to get checked out, only to find the little clinic isn’t accepting walk in because they are “short staffed”. What a wonderful service to the community. Super helpful.

Took my daughter here recently. Hannah was very nice. They’ve checked on her twice since the visit, answered the million questions that I had. Great first visit!

I had a very good experience with the nurse practitioner and the front desk nurse. They both were kind and the NP was very thorough and helpful, going above and beyond what I expected. Ill definitely return as needed and recommend this clinic to others.

Made a 10 am appointment to have my daughter get a rapid test. We were there early. Reception wasnt there until after 10, the nurse didnt show up, so reception told us to reschedule for tomorrow or come back in an hour, but they have patients and they could try to fit us in. Go back at 11:30 and then they tell me they dont take Colorado Access (childrens medicaid) and I cant pay out of pocket for it. 🙄

I was super annoyed to drive all the way out to this clinic from Loveland, only to find a sign that said closed...sorry for the inconvenience. I needed my reading for a skin TB test (which is time sensitive) and nobody was there, when the hours say they are open. I called the next day to spare myself the drive for nothing. The lady said she could fit me in, so I drove out. I got there and they tell me that no doctors arrived, so I guess I have to go through this all over again. Learn from my mistake. Save yourself the time and just dont bother.

Not helpful at all refused to give me a COVID test said I wasn’t one of there patients and I didn’t qualify for a COVID test. Even though I know a few people that went in that weren’t patients and the people in front of me also weren’t patients and had no insurance and they let them get tested with no problem poor customer service very disappointed and ashamed

Unbelievable. I tried to get my second shingles shot today (11/8/20) at the Little Clinic in King Soopers, Greeley, CO. I was told on the phone that LC does not provide that vaccination. I told the gal that I had gotten my first shot there 3 months ago and was told to wait for 3 months to come back and receive the next. She told me it was impossible that I had gotten the vaccination there, bc LC has not provided shingles vaccinations for over a year. In addition, she said that there was no record of me ever having gotten any care at all at the Greeley LC. WOW.

The blonde woman I talked to was rude. Told me I had to have an appointment, which on here, says appointments recommended.... Then she said they could probably do it,.... but fifteen minutes before they close, wasnt possible and was actually half hour until closing time. Wouldnt want to be seen there anyway, if this is the attitude they have to begin with!!

Quick and easy

I’m sad to see so many bad reviews. My family has had only positive experiences with the Little Clinic and have been nearly a dozen times for various illnesses. We do have a family Physician, but at times it’s much easier to get right in at the Little Clinic and get our prescriptions in the same facility. I’d highly recommend being seen here as we’ve had nothing but positive, professional experiences.

Front desk is completely unhelpful and useless. Called ahead asking if they did a biometric screening for my husband and I for work which they said yes I just have to fill out forms, we get there and they’re trying to charge me 60 dollars per person when it should be a PREVENTIVE CARE WHICH IS FREE

I’ve taken my daughter and myself here many times and only had an issue with one practitioner who doesn’t work there anymore.

I had a really great experience here. I am not sure why people complain about the wait at urgent cares, you kind of have to expect that. The cool thing is that if you check online or call ahead, you can get an estimated wait time! Dr. Kendrick was really helpful and just seemed to truly care. I will be going no where else! If you want people who actually care about you, go here!

Terrible customer service. My antibiotics were not sent. Called a minimum of 25 times and no response over and over. No voice mail. Finally had to stop in again to get my script...This is supposed to be more convenient then the primary care doctor. IT IS NOT

Fast & very convenient clinic. The Nurse was very kind and cared extremely on my visit. Very recommend clinic, if you need something quick & cheap!

The girl at the front desk is rude and hateful, you can tell she loves her job! The doctor is no better, I’ll never walk in there again!

My son was not feeling well and my wife drove 30 minutes to get him looked at. They arrived over an hour before the posted closing time and were told that they could not be seen. There were no other patients waiting to be seen. If the clinic closes at 615pm instead of 730pm then correct the posted hours. This is completely ridiculous and extremely frustrating. So beware if you head to the clinic to be seen, they run on their own hours.

I have never had a bad experience here. They are friendly and thorough. You may have quite a wait at times. I learned it goes smoother if you call and ask for a estimated wait time. I have not tried their Save my spot option yet but it sounds nice. I would have given them 5 stars but they are located across from the frozen food section. It can be uncomfortably cool in the winter.

Ive been here a few times; I love the care and treatment I have received. They are efficient and caring, and I always feel better after going.I prefer it over the larger practices in the area that require patient intakes and two-week waits.

I went here the Wednesday after Easter with some problems. They tested me and gave me medication. I then had an allergy to a med so they switched it. Well then they wanted a CBC Panel drawn and I went to get it done they missed my vein on my arm and on my hand.... I passed out. so I left and as we speak im in the ER because the meds they put me on I was resistant to AND THEY KNEW THAT and now my problems have worsened and are SEVERE.dont ever come here 🤦

Waited 2 hours to get in and we even called ahead of time. Heather didnt prescribe us anything and made us pay an extra $20 on top of the $89 that we already payed. We think they scammed us... I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE LITTLE CLINIC.

I am disappointed. They turned me away because their lunch break was more important than seeing me. It’s an urgent care not a doctor office where I need to make an appointment to be seen. I’ll never come back. I’m very mad about this. I’m sick and they put their lunch break over health. Yeah forget that place.

Awesome experience. Went in with chronic gout pain and the doctor helped me with not only the pain, but also prevention. She really took the time to make sure I was taken care of and treated as a person, not another random shopper.

Went in after I was told they would and could address minor wound closure. I was told in the waiting room, (wasnt even taken into a room to have the wound looked at) they wouldnt do anything because it had been too long and to leave it wrapped and it would heal from the inside out. It had not even been 24 hours yet since it happened. Went to NextCare Urgent Care and there they actually looked at the wound and sure enough I needed stitches. Dont waste your time. Go to NextCare Urgent Care on 39th Ave. They actually care and are very professional.

Its a pretty good place to go for physicals and such, but if you want a regular checkup, you have to make sure you time it right! Waiting to get your physical until the last minute means you Will wait a while!

Waited 30+ minutes, was asked why I was there, I told the nurse I was having abdominal pain. The next thing she said and I quote we dont prescribe narcotics. My reply, Im not here for narcotics. Why did she assume I was there for that?? I instead went to an urgent care facility which took care of me asap! No narcotics needed!!

I came in the day before for a walk in an hour after opening and got sent away right away. I scheduled an appointment the following day at 11 and had to wait to be seen at 12 even with an appointment.

Came here for a DOT physical checked in and left 4 HOURS later. What a joke. And the bad part is they do not care. I will never go here again

I took my four year old in to get a physical for preschool The DR was very rude to me and she talked down to me so badly , I have never experienced a DR being so rude.
