The only complaint I maybe have is the wait time (sometimes) but I usually get there a good 15 mins before my appointment. Other than that... I like coming here, everyone is super nice and understanding.
My experiences at this clinic have always been positive. Dr. Volk is wonderful! Couldnt ask for a better doctor. His staff is always friendly and helpful.
Clinic was terrific, but I havent been here in a long time, and Im receiving texts from ten, or fifteen different phone numbers all claiming to be from Sunrise, and no way to opt out!Theres no way to block the sheer quantity of numbers theyre enjoying for this harassment. Theres no way to opt out (Ive sent STOP to then all but nothing works). Theres no way to tell how many of the automated phone calls I get in a day that are local numbers are probably from this service. Yes, Id love to have updates, but this is beyond insane, and might require legal help.
Sorry I am late to writing this review but about a month ago I visited the Sunrise Adelante clinic as I was dealing with kidney stones. The staff and team that took care of me were absolutely amazing! Very compassionate folks. They were able to get me in quickly and the care was amazing. Thank you Dr. Volk, Dr. Davis, Ashlee and rest of the team. . . I am grateful for you all.
I’ve waited to leave a review in hopes they would somehow redeem more than this 1 star but the only star they deserve is for Misty the NP and her scheduling crew. Otherwise I would rather have a home birth and midwife than ever have to go through my experiences Sunrise again. I have bills popping up from 6 months ago that I have to call and dispute from miscommunication on their end. I was supposed to be waiting for my CHP card in the mail and instead was denied months before without any communication from anyone while continuing to go to the absurd amount of appts they require. I’m low risk young and healthy and had every test under the sun done. I was prescribed meds I didn’t need. I showed up to an ultrasound waited 40 minutes and got a call while in the waiting room saying the doctor left bc I was late when I was 10 minutes early. Save your time energy and resources and call around to see what doc offices offer payment plans or just apply for the assistance on your own and cut out this office as the middle man.
Im calling to make a payment and they just have me on hold or end the call.
Awful place half of themDon’t know what there doing they have no clue how fax machines work you will be offYour meds for a couple weeks before they figure it out ... why is this place still being run like that
I love that it doesnt take us long to go back to see the doctor as well as the office is always clean and quiet. The only problem that we have there is always the receptionist they always have an attitude and they never want to help unlike the doctors. I think the doctors need to find receptionist that actually like their job and actually want to help patients so that they dont lose patients.
Been going here for years. Love the staff and appreciate the hard work those in charge put forth to present kind, helpful, and caring environment. I always felt everyone really cared about my situation no matter how small it might be.
My friend is new to this clinic. Went in for severe pain. Been over a week and doctor doesnt seem to be concerned that her pain levels are inhibiting her ability to perform daily functions. Will update my one star review if the service improves.
Great place. Dr. Davis is one of the best doctors Ive ever worked with. Im a Tetraplegic and hes the first doctor outside of Craig Hospital that actually knows whats going on with my body and how to help. I literally had to teach my other doctors before him about autonomic dysreflexia and other tetra problems. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because sometimes it can be really difficult to get an appointment scheduled.
The front staff was very polite and helpful when trying to find a time to fit my son in while having an asthma flare up. They got him in right away and even called a few days later to check on his progress. The entire staff here was professional and you can tell that they genuinely care about their patients.
Awful place they put u on meds just to take u off your an experiment to them no one has a clue what’s going on there filing is awful they never have answers 😭
I have been a patient of Krista Jones for about 3 months and it started off fairly well, then she started changing everything to satisfy her strive for control. Its providers like Krista Jones and others, that give Colorado the reputation of having some of the worst if not the worst mental Health in the Country. Because of the regime I was I on for 20 yrs, the Drs in Oregon who listened and did what was best for the patients and of one of the Drs not only was fantastic but was highly recommended do to his qualifications, and it was working great and i was the best Ive been in my entire life, until she took control. Putting me in VERY DARK places, mentally and physically, so severely that once again Im terrified to leave the house, to fall asleep, and barely functioning compared to what I was. Now that I have had Surgery, she is still not willing to help or compromise, leaving me to suffer. Also in the 3 months, she hasnt even bothered taking care of my sons needs mentally or physically even less, then mine. So I highly recommend that you seek care elsewhere if you want to attempt to better yourself, because it took 3 days and many calls just to get an answer. When they say they are going to call you back! They not-so thanks for nothing KRISTA JONES and SUNRISE ADALANTE.
Most of my experiences here have been terrific. Having to drop off a sample for the lab was incredibly frustrating (they kept me waiting a *very* long time with a poop sample), but other than that Ive been very pleased.
I been a patient since 2002. I have seen their customer service and compassion to people in need, it is noticeable from the moment you enter to the clinic. There is nothing better than coming to a place where you feel welcome. Thank Sunrise Adelante Team for everything you do.
This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to . I’m unsure if it’s the receptionist or the doctors. It took 5 attempts to get them to send an MRI order which was supposed to be sent same day of my appointment once it was sent and completed my mri tech said 24-48 hours . It’s now been 6 days and 1 attempt to reach them and the receptionist said she’d mark me as urgent since I want to know what is going on and still over 24 hours since that phone call and no one has contacted me! I came to your office for help & and have been treated as if I’m no importance ! Every person that walks through your doors is important! Each one should feel that way ! Just want my results so I can go elsewhere !
They made me re-schedule my ultrasound twice! The second time they asked me to call them back that same day to make another appointment. How can you tell a patient to call back to re-schedule an appointment that same exact same day and nobody answers the phone, when you literally called me that same day!
Based solely on experience with Dr. Spitze, if I could rate zero stars, I would. Not a single appointment with him has ever been less than an hour wait in the EXAM room, not just waiting in the lobby. On one occasion, after a 2.5 hour wait, he came in five minutes before closing, and had no idea what was going on with his patient...a very high-risk pregnant woman. He is intimidating and rude, with no concept of bedside mannerisms and compassion.
Showed up to do a physical and get some test results. The doctor said it would take 1 day to receive the results and he would call me back as soon as possible. Two weeks later, still nothing. I wouldnt reccomend anyone going here if you have any serious issues or concerns.
How are the Patients going to make an appointment if no one picks up the call?? 🤨
They never have appointments .... everytime i call to schedule one it’s till the next month..
