Tracy, who answers phones is completely RUDE! The rest of the staff is great, but your receptionist should be FIRED! Get out of customer service, especially at a Doctors office, if you are going to hang up and be extremely short with patience! Maybe she should find different work, not interacting with people!

I have endless trouble with this place. The woman up front is always rude.Communication is always a problem.Getting them to fill out and send a single form that they are required to fill out is a nightmare.

It took me nearly 30 years and three states to find a pain doctor who could help me.Dr. Jan Gillespie in Greeley, CO. is worth the years it took to find her.Chronic pain is so unique to every individual and requires a wide array of alternative pain treatment options. Dr. Gillespie listens, cares, and understands before determining the appropriate and customized course of treatment for each patient. She and her AMAZING professionably trained staff can accomodate every imaginable pain condition and provide positive results for her patients.

Ive got a soap box and freedom of speech allowing me to express my critical opinion of one Dr Gillipsie. And I intend to take full advantage of my opportunity. This could take a moment. I do apologise.Every now and then I need to remind myself of the care offered in the year 2011-2019 in Colorado,One would think and expect above average care, as colo has grown and so has this once one woman pain mgt care practice of whos office Im speaking of.One would think over that a Dr would humble with age, find compassion for those whove crossed through the doors seeking a better quality of life, some relief from what can for many non malignant chronic pain patients become a living hell.If your that patient, please, take the advice of a patient whos suffered over 30 years, multiple doctors world wide, not nation wide, world wide... and I found that this dr is still working against the common good. No advancements, or progress in nearly 15 years. Thats just sad.As I see it dr gillipsie spelling wrong, idk, and I dont care... would rather not focus on real humanity as the Dr oath would require, more a focus on money. I cant imagine any other reason to denie ppl care before rejected them or believing herself to be above every other doctor whod be her competition. What dr would put a seriously injured person through a cruel act of drilling a 9 inch needle sideways into a tailbone wile wide awake after shes been told the typical drugs used to sedate me are rendered worthless? Youd think no one would go so far, oh but she did. Without batting an eye.Another Dr was arrested and lost his license for similar tatics, I was a patien of that jackass as well. Still with hardware loose, multiple failed surgerys of the lower spine with countless other invasive procedures, that almost killed me, Im subject to be asked to repeat such procedures, I believe thats called Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on meOpposed to actually treating me as an educated adult, well aware of my battles I face since being butchered by the colleges of these pain Drs. Im annoyed being treated like a child by a Dr whos getting substantial compensation from implant Medical providers, such as medtronics, DePuy, so on.If a Dr makes a choice to ignore their oath, or your quality of life thats the Drs choice. We dont need to accept those choices or stoop to the low level nonsense which comes from her egomaniacal mouth.Perhaps my current Dr doesnt want her advice, after all, shes not the only person who paid to go through medical school.Perhaps those professional Drs in the EU have ongoing training that includes compassion and actually reaching a improved quality of life for their Patients, these Drs are not getting large bonus to implement anything, yet ppl Ive seen actually do improve with their care.I could write much more, but my back is killing me, so I must stop.Sum this up, Id rather have a life than end up taking my life if I thought this Dr was serious treating ppl such as myself. There are other options, please seek them out.And before anyone tells you your meds are not ok, that same Dr shouldnt be handing the SAME mixture of meds to her patients who havent yet been through one surgery.Im pretty sure the Dr arrested wasnt expecting it, dont think neglect care is care, expect proper care, and avoid these Drs whos primacy is $$$$$$$$.

Everyone I met with before the actual doctor was amazining. Being a multi trauma patient, I’m disappointed that they only chose to focus on 1 area of my multiple fractures, and they told me to reschedule if they’re unable to get reports from 7 years ago..?
