Worst billing department ever. Jessie does not know what he is doing. They have been lying to me about submitting a bill to my insurance for months. My insurance company has no record of them ever submitting a claim. Jessie has said hell be available for a three way call with insurance a couple of times and then wont answer. The best answer they can give me is that it isnt their problem and I need to submit the claim myself or call their corporate number because its not their job. Its almost like they think I work in the billing department for them! Reading through other reviews I can see there is a clear pattern of billing issues. I wish I had read them before I came here, but in the mean time maybe the company should consider a change of personnel. I have seen better billing and professionalism from a self checkout.

Dr. Castle himself is great but the office seems to be poorly ran & disorganized, billing got messed up, etc.

Dr. Castle is a very personal doctor. He doesnt rush you through an exam. His staff was great.

Dr Castles technique of Laser and gel for my plantar warts on my foot is the best! I attempted to have these removed 10 years ago with just the acid an was not successful and couldnt walk for 10 days after each of 4 treatments. I just had my second treatment with Dr Castle yesterday and took the dog for a half mile walk, no problem. We both believe all 5 warts will be completely gone before the next visit in 3 weeks. Two of the 5 warts came off after the first visit. Better yet, Dr Castle has great compassion for all his patients and his staff is top notch too!

Dr Castle was so great. I was scared and he shot it to me straight. He was clear about what he was doing and what I was dealing with and got right back to me with answers to my questions after the fact. He’s very kind and gentle and sweet and I just love him and totally trust him.

Very thorough, great first visit. Made the time get my full history so as to provide a different and affordable first treatment. Follow-up in a month, hoping this works, although he does have a secondary treatment plan if this doesnt get it.

Dr Castle took very good care of my son. He was very thorough & because of his caring demeanor, my son felt comfortable answering all of his questions. Dr Castle took the time to figure out the cause of the issue & helped resolve it.

Dr. Castle was able to diagnose and treat a skin infection that I had for about a year. I saw other doctors and tried all kinds of medications, until Dr. Castle ran some tests to find out exactly what was going on. His staff is very nice and professional. Would recommend him.

Dr Castle was very nice and professional. His office staff is absolutely the worst Ive ever dealt with. My son had a $10 balance due which they managed in less than a month to turn into $16 and now theyre calling several times a week leaving cryptic messages for him that they need to discuss his account. I told them Id send the payment by end of month and that doesnt seem to be good enough. And theyre really good at debating when what I know my insurance covers and clearly they think they know more. Wont be going back to this office EVER.

Dr. Castles office was awesome, I didnt have an insurance card just a copy on my phone so the girls printed it off and made me my own card!! Very personable as well as professional. Dr. Castle is always a joy as well!

Contrary to other reviews, Ive had a great experience here. Dr. Castle himself was professional and knowledgeable, and all the logistics with the office were so simple that I hardly noticed them. I strongly recommend!

Dr. Castle is a great doctor with an excellent support staff, he obviously cares about his patients. Unlike many doctors I didnt feel rushed or get the feeling I was being pushed out of the office so he could get onto the next billable patient.

Wouldn’t be bad if the wait time wasn’t over an hour every time you go. Also please clean your blinds as there is dried blood all over them. That’s kinda nasty.

Office decided to cancel my appointment just days before the scheduled date. It had been scheduled far out in advance and left me with no other option for appointments and no time to find another office to go to.
