I felt that they gave us sufficient time to address all questions and concerns and appreciated their approach to treatment. Everyone here was very very nice. They all made me feel safe and relaxed. I was very afraid to get new braces, but Treasa made me feel so much better. They go step by step and tell you everything they are doing so that you feel comfortable. Its a great place to go if you need help with your teeth. My kids went here also. Yesterday, 04/14/2021 was my first time visiting Get it Straight. I went in for a consultation for braces. A hour later they were able to get me in the same day to put them on. I worked with Heather and she was so sweet and fun. She made my experience 1000% GREAT! I requested her for all my visits lol overall the place is wonderful, clean and staff are super friendly.

Ive had bad orthodontic care in the past so I was really hesitant about trying again, but its been such a great experience at Get it Straight! The process is great and the people are so awesome! I love how quick and easy I saw change in my teeth! They have many colors and they also have colorful bands and it’s super exciting because you get a T-shirt and a card to collect points! So much fun :)

Overall experience is well. The people are extremely friendly. Wait time seems to be a little longer than expected at times, but once you’re in the back it is very fast and straight to the point. I really enjoy my visits here!

Getting my treatment done here was a great experience. The people here are very friendly and professional. They definitely know what they are doing. Even with everything that was going on during the pandemic, they made sure that my treatment was on schedule. Everyone here is so nice. I was surprised to learn that traditional braces were actually going to cost more and take longer! They got my appointment rescheduled quickly after they reopened from the first round of covid, and the office is always very clean. Dr. C is super energetic and has been very thorough in making the detailed adjustments I’ve needed to get my teeth as straight as possible.

My son had a small problem with the wire in his braces. When I called the office I got voicemail so I called my friend Lindsey Wright that works there. She advised me that the Greece location was closed this particular day. Then asked me why I needed to reach the office and explained my situation. She woke up early on her day off to open the office for us to fix my sons wire from cutting his cheek. It feels like a family here, youre warmly welcomed and the workers really talk to you and actually make you feel like youre important. They keep you calm when they help you with your teeth, they make you feel safe and I adore that. Really one of the best places

Also, I had initially went to Braces of Greece for a consultation but Dr. Q told me I needed to get 5 teeth take out which seemed absurd. I went here and they said I only needed to get my three baby teeth removed. It was a no-brainer for me.

Under the excellent care of Dr. Cassata and her team, I have straight teeth for the first time in my life! And the best part is, the day my aligners came off permanently they congratulated me by presenting me with a beautifully wrapped bottle of wine!

We’ve always had a great experience at Get-It-Straight! The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and the atmosphere is always inviting — I often found myself hoping that my daughters’ appointments would last a bit longer so I could sit by the fire and read! My youngest daughter is quite shy, but she always loves going to G-I-S because the techs are so very gentle and friendly. It gives her the opportunity to interact independently with adults in an environment that feels safe to her. We appreciate that so very much! And of course, we are so pleased with Dr. Cassata and her expert care of our daughters’ orthodontic needs. Each time we visit the dentist for cleanings, he comments on how “textbook-perfect” the alignment of their teeth is now. He is so impressed with the work G-I-S has done, as are we! We drive a ways to come here because our dentist strongly recommended them, saying that they worked well with kids who have sensory issues. So far, two kids have received and graduated from braces.
