Went here compared to my regular barber because of a time issue.Walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member. As soon as I was checked in I was in the chair and my haircut was underway.D-Jay did an excellent job and within a short time I was out the door and pleased with the cut I received.Thanks D-Jay, you now have a new customer.Good cut, fair prices, and pleasant staff. Nikki is amazing! She does a great cut every time . 5 of my grandchildren had been there and shes always done a great cut on them. Theyve always loved their hair! She cut my hair for the 1st time yesterday did not havencut for a year and a 1/2 and I love it!

So let me just say I don’t write reviews very often but i have to in this case. Let me start by saying I have had back to back some of the worst customer service issues at this Greece location which is disappointing cause they are right by my apartment. When they first opened up again from covid I waited 3 hours and 45 minutes but was never called. It got to be 540 so I went up there but no one came out and I understand they were busy. The problem was at 605 someone from the location calls me to tell me they couldn’t get to my appointment. I said that’s fine no problem. Can I be the first appointment in the morning? They told me no I have to recheck in online the next day and wait again. Instead of letting me come in the next day when they opened even though I waited almost 4 hours to get my haircut. Then Today was the last straw. They have a sign on the door that clearly states you must wait for a stylist to come out and greet you and not go inside. So I did that. Now I have already checked in online and can see my name first on the computer. The 2 girls that were working were both with someone so I understood that and was waiting for them to finish. I was outside about ten minutes and another gentleman just walks into the location. Once one of them finishes with their person. They start talking to the guy inside and then just seat him and start cutting his hair. So I walked in and said I’ve been waiting outside for over 10 minutes for someone to talk to me. She says oh sorry we are taking walk ins. Did you check in online? I said yea I’ve been checked in. The sign on your door says to wait outside so that’s what I was doing. She says oh sorry I’ll make sure we get to you next. There is no way they didn’t see me waiting outside the store because it’s all glass. The fact that they didn’t even follow the sign on the door and made me wait for no reason is inexcusable. Not to mention that the other guy wasn’t even a online check in so they just let him skip me as well. This place has some of the worst customer service. Good luck with your business continuing to just treat people like garbage and you won’t be open very long

Good price nice staff great cut

I stopped in here because all I wanted was a straight cut along the bottom and I figured they couldnt goof it up. I was wrong. I walked out with a 3 inch angle in the back. When I felt this being done, I asked if she was cutting it straight and I was assured that she was. When I saw my hair in the mirror, I was so disappointed. I just paid and walked out, vowing to never get my hair cut at a walk in cheap salon again!

My first visit at any Great Clips. I was impressed that my boyfriend and I were able to walk in at 11:30 a.m. and we were both well received and the 2 stylists were able to give us excellent haircuts in a timely manner. Holly was my stylist and after 3 visits to local salons over 3 years I was finally able to achieve the haircut I wanted. My previous stylist went onto become a regional manager kudos!....but, I missed her expert haircut. Holly, gave me this cut. Thank you. Both Jeff and I appreciated your extra attention to trim and cut.Looking forward to my Birthday hair color!Note: we walked in at 11:30 a.m. on a Thursday. Previous customers finishing up....while our haircuts 5 people walked in. We got lucky! I’m lucky! Again, thank you Holly.

Perhaps one of the worse cuts I’ve received. Way to fast to do a decent job, I’m guessing less than 10 minutes total. I evened up my hair when I got home, never will I return.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff - tried something new and was pleasantly surprised.

Most places you have to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment at least a week or 2 in advance. But I decided last minute I wanted to get my hair cut. I just showed up and this really kind woman took me in immediately. She was very thorough to get an understanding of what I wanted and got straight to work. She was absolutely fantastic and the other staff were very sweet to me. I havent felt this good about getting my haircut in years. Definitely will be returning to Great Clips from now on.

This place is hit or miss as far as whether you will get a good haircut, sometimes its fine and sometimes its as if they are still in training. The employee turnover rate also seems to be very high, there are different ladies working every time that I have gone, so good luck if you do happen to find someone who can do a decent haircut. My last visit there they screwed up my haircut before they even asked what I wanted done so I will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Been getting my hair cut at the Ridgemont plaza location for about 3 years now. Emily is my favorite stylist, but all are warm, and welcoming. I also appreciate the coupons, but even without them, Great Clips is very reasonably priced.

Great Clips as a company seems to have a good business plan because I almost never wait more than a few minutes to get in and get a consistent haircut every time. Emily at the Ridgemont location has earned my business for years and Ill keep coming here because of her

The sign says “ walk right in” but if you didn’t make an appt online, be prepared to wait.. granted it was a Sunday, kids going back to school, etc, but I was told it would be a few minutes.. 30 minutes later, still waiting.. another woman walks in without an appt, was told it would be a considerable amount of time before she’s able to get a haircut.. she left.. I guess I’m just old school when I look around a waiting room and see one other person there, see two more people walk in and be taken before me because they made an appt online... I wasn’t even acknowledged after the first initial checkin.One of the stylists said she needed a break and walked out the door...I’ve always been treated very well at great clips and have gone there since they opened.. but I will not be back.

I love this place! They send you regular coupons, they take notes on your hair style preferences and how they cut it, and you can even check in to a store on their website to be served first when you arrive. I will continue to go here for all my haircut needs.

My fiancé is from Endicott and hes only ever had his hair cut at this one place since he was little. When he moved up here we tried a few places and were extremely disappointed. Then we decided to go here on a whim since he desperately needed to get a hair cut. We were hesitant but the young woman, Brianna I think her name was? I dont know her hair was blue, took the time to really understand what he wanted and his hair came out great!!! Coming here again today.

They are very good at cutting my 2 year old sons hair. He is quite a mover at time but they seem to het it right each time.

My hair cut was fine! However, My husband came out bald! I just so loved his silver locks that I will not see for at least 6 weeks. I think I COULD have done better with a FLOWBEEE! He now has a very short mowhawk sticking up in the middle of his head! You Can not miss it! We have tried EVERYTHING to disguise it! If you want Proof just ask for his AL Bundy PiC! On HiS NEW PaSS PORT! This wee keep for the next 10 years!
