Had a horrible experience with the doctor’s office. Left messages for medicine refills for my husband, but all calls and messages were ignored. Refills weren’t ordered

Worst DOCTOR EVER. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO DONT CARE AND DONT CALL YOU BACK EVER!!! WHEN SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO, then this is the Dr for you lmao

Horrible place and staff. Just got a major attitude from whoever picked up phone. Been waiting over a week for lab results and scans. Call and they say they don’t have it and they can’t get it. Yet I see it on my portal. Doctor has failed to order many test and prescription I need because she forgot and I am still waiting. I just wanna get my results then I will never be back

By far the worst doctor ever, Dr. Pentlow never returns your call. This was my first visit to the office and I had blood testing done that was very critical and she never called me back I had to retrieve my blood testing my self from the lab. I don’t recommend this doctor at all.

Worst service in the history ever..almost one and half hour waiting time and results of the tests takes forever to come. I walked out of her office today because I couldn’t wait anymore. In this pandemic her office lobby is totally empty and yet the waiting time is forever. In case of emergency I left message and she returned call after two days.
