As a new move-in to Montana, we were referred to Dr. Marshall. We are SO very glad we were! Their protocol with Covid was impressive as well as their BEAUTIFUL office. We had our own private consultation room where we could see my son’s x-rays front and center. Dr. Marshall and his staff were so pleasant and gave us options on which path we could take. They answered all my questions and even shared a video with my son to help ease his mind. We are looking forward to working with them!

This was my second time in braces. My orthodontist as a child/teen was able to get my teeth looking straight, but my bite was still off, and my bottom teeth were hitting my top teeth. At 35 I didnt want to have to go back into then again. But I also didnt want to end up with crowns on my bottom teeth because of constant wear. Dr. Marshall was so helpful in making my smile just perfect! He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the outcome. The staff is so friendly and kind. I moved to Great Falls with the Damon system braces. There are no providers here. Dr Marshall was willing and capable to take me on as a patient. My braces are off and he and his staff did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Dr. Marshall!

I really really like Dr. Marshall. Hes very thorough in his work. However, it has become very difficult to get in for quick fixes (5 minutes or less) for brackets that have come loose or wires that have come undone. Im paying thousands of dollars to have work done on my kids teeth and this is the second round of braces that hes had to have and the length of time with them because we have to wait weeks for quick fixes. Its ridiculous. For the amount of money we have to pay out, patients shouldnt have to wait weeks for quick fixes.

This office is such an inviting space--full of happy and helpful staff and an Orthodontist who truly loves people. We have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone there. I frequently recommend friends to this office for orthodontic care and have always heard positive experiences in return. They have a wonderful reputation in the community and we are lucky to have such great service and care in Great Falls!

Wow! We came in to Dr. Marshalls as out-of-towners with a broken wire and Dr. Marshall and his team were amazing. They were professional, accommodating and kind. What a joy to have a doctor smile at you and call you by name. I am almost finished with my Invisalign session and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Marshall is extremely patient and open to any and every question that I have to ask, and believe me I like to ask questions. I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with him and enjoying every bit of it. He was very clear about the advantages and disadvantages of each type of treatment that he offers to help me make the perfect decision. I brought some concerns about my treatment to him and he was able to explain to me what each step entailed so that my mind would be put at ease. We were visiting on a 2 week long trip from Idaho and my son had a tie on his front tooth that had come undone. We called Marshall Ortho and asked if they might be able to help us out. They got us in right away that morning and fixed the problem (there was apparently some residual glue next to the band on his front tooth that was preventing it from seating properly) Dr. Marshall fixed him right up and didnt charge us! We really appreciated him and his office staff for being so accommodating to us even though we are from Idaho and werent his regular patients! Thank you!

I highly recommend going here! I had transferred from another Orthdontist to Dr Marshall and have really appreciated how easy his staff has it made for me to switch over. Dr Marshall even noticed a few adjustments in my braces, that my previous orthdontist didnt, to give me better results. Wish I could have transferred sooner. With the transfer and adjustments hes still kept me at the two year mark for completing my treatment. Thank you!!

I have approx. 1 year and a half of treatment with Dr. Marshall and he has been characterized by being very professional, very punctual, and very concerned, he takes the time to ask about my day to day. He also speaks in Spanish and very well! Whenever I need help with my braces they have been able to make a quota to see me. All the staff is very professional and willing to help. I recommend it 100%!
