Appointment was on time. Doctor had time to do a whole body skin check as well, even though that was not the primary purpose of the appointment. Professional staff. Good first experience with the practice.

I haven’t received the bill yet or anything so this review may or may not change, since they didn’t specify to me if what I had done was cosmetic or not, but I had a skin tag removed and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes with no pain and no hassles. The doctor is amazing, he was talking to me about the anime characters on my shirt and about my work, super friendly and both him and the nurse had a great sense of humor too which helped me feel more comfortable. It’s even more great considering I called them yesterday and had an appointment the next day. There really were no hassles! This is definitely my new go-to place for my skincare and skin health needs.

Very pleased within coming in the building. From getting greetings and directions to the right office and floor. Front desk is amazing, friendly. Dr made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. Answered all my questions and coming back for my results he explained very well. Over all 10/10 with my experience.

I wish I could give this office ZERO STARS. They are the worst. Making an appointment takes way longer than needed as every time I call, I am put on hold for 20+ minutes before I am even able to speak to a human. Also it has been OVER A MONTH since I got my testing done and to this day I still have not received my results. What kind of doctors office makes their patients wait to find out if they have serious health problems. It’s ridiculous. I have called 15+ times and left voicemails about my results as well as leaving messages to the doctor on the portal along with speaking to several office members/nurses that had all promised that I would revive a phone call with results from the doctor that same day. This is honestly the WORST experience with a doctor that I have had. They just want your money as they do not hesitate to send you the bill before they even give you any results.

I’m writing another review as a follow up from my review in February. Forefront Dermatology is unprofessional and they do not actually care to listen to a patient’s bad experience. The doctor and doctors office did not call me back. They acted like they want to help me and address my concerns as their response says in my previous Google review. I did talk to a wonderful person named Jean who tried to help me but she was not able to rectify the situation in any capacity. The only solutions I had were to pay my bill, visit again (and be charged again? No thanks!), or call them. I chose to call them and like I said, no response.Absolutely laughable do not go to this practitioner.

My Daughter had appointment this doctor for a first time, Doctor did not have time to listen to her concerns, he wrote prescription on a visiting card, she was in and out in less then 20 minutes and when my daughter asked more question for her issues and the doctor stated they have other patients waiting, really how professional is this? We have been talking to the staff for last 3 months to resolve the issue, they keep sending us bills and no one seems to be listening. I dont understand why am I getting this bill for? My daughter did not get any kind of services that she was looking for. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone unless you have free money to pay him.

I hate needles!!!! However, I needed to have a few things removed and I cannot say enough about Dr. Deliduka and his staff! From the moment you walk in , you are treated with great personalities and kindness!!! I wish more Dr. we’re like Dr. Deliduka, he’s kind, personable and makes you feel comfortable before, during and after a procedure!!! I would have to agree with a prior post. I called several times wanting results for my fathers biopsy and I havent received any information back.... very poor poor poor service and would not recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Deliluka along with all the staff made my visits so easy! They were always helpful and accommodating. I came to Dr Deliluka to get clear skin and that exactly what I got. He listened to any concerns I had and always gave me the information I was looking for. Very pleasant experience :)

Update: No follow up after I emailed twice.Original Review: I scheduled my first visit and explained what my issues were over the phone. The receptionist was very kind.The nurse and doctor were cold, made me feel rushed and unheard. The doctor even said “I have other patients to see” and that I need to schedule another appointment for the other issues/concerns I had. I was not told to bring a list of my current topical treatments and he seemed annoyed/impatient when I looked them up on my phone as if it were my fault. Additionally, I was told that I needed to purchase certain creams. He did write down two but the others he did not. How am I supposed to know which to put on and where? Definitely not going back after such an unpleasant first visit.

Ease of check in. Relatively on time. Kept everyone distanced and safe. Answered my questions. Addressed my concerns. Difficult to do a real skin check with facemasks, but all and all a great experience and I will be going back.

This was my first appointment at Forefront Dermatology and I was very pleased. All the staff was friendly and efficient and I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The office was also pleasant, clean, and Covid protocols were followed.

Visit was quick & prompt with minimal wait time to see Dr. Deliduka. As always entire staff from front desk (Carmen), physician assistant (Bella) to Dr. Delduka - they are awesome and very accommodating. They will patiently answer all your questions & concerns and provide best treatment possible.

Dr Steven Deliduka and his staff are amazing. After a recent appointment with a different dermatologist who spent 7 minutes with me and then ignoring me after several calls as my eczema flare up got worse, I made an appointment with Dr Deliduka. He was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. After 45+ minutes discussing my past history with eczema and treatments we discussed my current situation and several treatment options. Clearly a doctor who has his patients welfare in mind. It’s obvious that Dr Deliduka has an eye on upcoming treatments that are in clinical studies and future medicines that could be on the market in the future. Best experience with a dermatologist ever.

Short wait time in the office. Fixed my skin issue. Made suggestions about skin care and scheduled one year follow up. I thought it was efficient and effective.

This was a first visit and the staff and doctor were very professional. They took care of my initial issues immediately. I will be returning for a second visit in two weeks and feel confident that my follow-up appointment will proceed positively, as well.

When I went to this doctor, I was prescribed minocycline for my acne. I wasn’t told that I had to take probiotics with it and how to use it, and I got so sick by this man. I was in and out of the hospital for 6 months, and missed school, baseball, and basketball throughout that time. I will never forget the mistake I made of coming to this doctor. When we called to explain what happened, he just argued with us. I will say that for your own safety to never ever go to this place. Go to Derick Dermatology! Worth the wait!

Doctor and staff are great HOWEVER, when you call with a billing question beware. Very rude. Unprofessional and unwilling to work out a payment plan. Charge $382 to freeze 1 wart (1-14 warts) and if you need to return in 2-3 weeks to freeze that same wart again, which is very common, its ANOTHER $382 . No matter what its another full charge even if following up and re-freezing............ RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Deliduka was friendly and professional, and was willing to give me options for treatment of a minor condition. Appreciated no waiting time! Good to find a dermatologist who specializes in skin problems rather than the hundreds out there who are mostly interested in doing face lifts and beauty enhancements.

Dr. Deliduka, was curious spent ample time to diagnose my case, gave me reference to another clinic to continue further my treatment. Very quick service not five minutes and I was called to see, thank you and the staff.

My experience here was no good, a few issues that needed to get looked at from dandruf, cyst on my head, and a couple moles. I was first greeted by a grouchy nurse who told me we dont have enough time to look at all your issues, even though I clearly stated over the phone what needed to be looked at. When it came time to talk about removing the cyst I asked how much this would cost and they looked at me like how dare you ask how much it will cost. All i kept getting was a run around and no one had any answers for me. Very unorganized. I will be going some where else where i can get strieght pricing and transparent people.

Dr Deliduka has an open and engaging manner. He is very knowledgeable about all of the latest treatments and provided me with a plan for 2 conditions that was straight forward and effective. I cant thank him enough for answering all my questions and getting me where I wanted to go.

I wont be going back to the Grayslake, the doctor didnt seem very friendly. The visit was extremely rushed. I have never experienced this with any doctor, I went in to have a few issues taken care. I was informed to only pick one issue and make seperate appointments I thought this was absurd! The nurse or whatever she was, she was not friendly, her demeanor seemed awful as if she didnt want to be there. I would say not to go this doctor and office.

I have had a skin problem for over a year. Dr Dedilucka started biopsy procedure and explained what test would be looking for. He and his staff were very kind and professional.
