Top notch service from the time you walk in to the time you leave!!! Receptions was very friendly and inviting. The stylist did a great job on my hair. Turns out it was the owner that cut my hair. She was very easy to talk to and welcomed me back. Awesome place to do business.

I have never had such issues with trying to schedule a hair appt. as I have here. I called and left a message and was never called back. I actually called again because I liked the cut and left another message. I should not be begging. When I did get an answer it was as if I was annoying them and was told I should have left a message. This story goes on and on. I would not recommend this place as they can not get their act together.

If your husband tells you that your hair looks good even messy, then youve struck gold with your hair stylist. Erin listens to what you would want to achieve with your hair and nails it. My kids and I wil not go anywhere else but Paris Hair Design.

These stylists are not very good. In my opinion they need to go back to school and get further training. The owner had also colored my hair several times and it was not that good. She left a lot of out-growth on my hair showing and no matter how many times I explained what I wanted she could not figure it out. I have not had this issue at any other salon I have been to. The owner then hired a new girl who colored my hair once and the colored turned out yellow, very patchy, and my roots were showing so bad still. I called the owner and told her how bad it was and she told me that I would have to pay to have it redone. Beware before making an appointment here. There are much better salons in Grayslake.

Love this place, used to go regularily until Steve left for family reasons and I had some things change too....so Hi guys, but I tell you what, super friendly, really clean and tidy salon catering for men and kids too. If you want professional and the location suits, give it a go...some parking onsite as well.

Had my hair done for the first time at this salon by Erin Bendler. I moved to the area from out of state and hadnt had any luck finding a new stylist - until now! I had a color only because I am growing out my pixie and the highlights are perfect. I didnt expect my husband to even notice (since only a color) but when I came home he said honey thats the best your hair has looked in a long time YAY

They are booked in one year in advance?!it is unbelievable because service is so bad.If you ask for some thing that the stylist can not do she start convincing you that this choice is not good for your hair>So sad but I am 47 years old and know some things about my hair.Prices are extremely high for this low quality and limited services.

This is THE BEST hair salon in Grayslake! I have been coming to Paris Hair Design for 6 years and have always had a great experience. Amy, the owner, does my hair and is talented beyond her years. Amy always always listens to what I want to do with my hair and never fails to give me exactly what I ask for. She is the only stylist that colors my blonde hair the color I want and she always gives me great tips for styling and tells me which hair products are right for me. My daughter has been to several of the other stylists at Paris Hair Design - Rachel, Brittnee, and Shalina - for haircuts and gorgeous highlights and had gotten beautiful up-dos when she was in high school from Erin. The newly located salon has a really cozy atmosphere, everyone is friendly, and you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door, plus the prices are low compared to where I used to go. If youre thinking of trying a new salon, Id highly recommend Paris Hair Design.
