The doctor was very nice and knowledgable but the hot mess that is happening at the front desk is a problem. I called as a new patient, with new insurance to set up an appointment. OBVIOUSLY, I checked to be sure they were in-network. Now, after my ROUTINE eye exam is being denied they are claiming they told me they were out of network. Of course, the only record of them telling me they were out of network is the rude receptionists note that she told me. How is that ok? What person in their right mind would be PAYING for insurance only to go to a doctor out of network and pay more? Now I have to pay for what would normally be covered by my insurance out of pocket... Just very disappointed in the customer service and the lying.
Have seen Dr. Guiseley for about 20 years. Excellent, and I am very critical.Cannot say enough good about him.
Always polite, friendly doctors, helpful staff, always on time, great prices.
