I have been going to Insight Imaging for years and always have pleasant interaction with the staff. However, it has been a very frustrating experience in the last couple of years where I can’t get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment. I left messages or call different times as well. Perhaps they need to hire more staff.

I’ve been a patient for the last 7 years and I love the folks at Insight Imaging. Even with the seamless-change in ownership, the staff and former/new doctors have been great. Results for mammograms continue to be very quick.

Ive been dealing with a lump in breast and neck for many years and out of fear of the mammogram process have avoided it and my severely encapsulated implants have become quite painful.I was just literally manhandled by an awkwardly silent technician who barely spoke a word as she shoved my breast around borderline aggressively. Please encourage your staff to be more mindful of the fact we are human beings not ragdolls and many times we are extremely uncomfortable physically as well as emotionally and dont want to be here as it is....

I really enjoy how efficiently they get you in and out although they lag on getting your images uploaded for your doctor to see. That’s the biggest downside. They’re always very lovely people to work with. It’s an easy, quick and stress free experience and that is a big upside. All in all 4 stars!

When my doctor referred me for a bone density test, Insight Imaging contacted me that same day and I was able to get an appointment shortly thereafter. The staff is always friendly and given this new complication with COVID they are maintaining a safe environment. The testing process was done quickly and the technician was very informative. I usually use Insight Imaging for mammograms. I love getting the instant feedback from the doctor. I highly recommend them.

Every detail of my experience with Insight Imaging was perfect from the ease of making an appointment, to the warm greeting upon my arrival, to the speed at which I was seen (for both a mammogram and bone density scan) and the billing process. Most importantly Dr Wilsons quick follow up to my appointment was the perfect balance of professionalism and knowledge delivered in a warm and personal manner, providing me with a thorough analysis of my test results and taking the time to strategize the best path moving forward. I have bee a patient with Insight Imaging for a number of years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It feels like a very personal experience and you feel as though your a member of a family. I like that the doctor reviews your breast exam explaining the results and answering any questions you may have.

This is such a well-run and efficient imaging office. I have never had a bad experience there and I have been using them for several years now. I highly recommend them for all imaging needs!

Ive been going to Insight Imaging for my mammograms & bone density scans for years. Theyre terrific. The business is female-owned & the staff is all wonderful, warm-hearted women. Their office is small. You feel safe, welcomed & comfortable there. Its great that you get your results from the radiologist the same day. And, if not for COVID, you would sit in the radiologists office with your images on her computer screen while she goes over the results with you right after the test. You are not rushed. You can ask the radiologist all the questions you like. Big thumbs up for Insight Imaging.

The service was great from the first phone call, follow up call, setting appointment, etc. I was able to schedule my mammogram and bone scan back to back which was very convenient. They practiced good Covid-19 safety procedures. Everything was excellent. Ill reschedule ext year with Insight Imaging.

Everyone is warm, friendly, and professional. I xray tech called me in right on time. She was quick, friendly and efficient. The office staff were pleasant and helpful and very professional. And Dr. Wilson called later that afternoon with the good news that all was well.

This office is so well run! My referral from my PCP was on file immediately and Insight contacted me right away for an appointment. Getting results immediately is invaluable. I appreciate their under insured program so much. Thank you II, see you next year!

Mammograms are easy and fast at Insight Imaging. Their 3D machines make the experience pain-free and every technician I’ve ever had there has been awesome.

My husband and I both had x-ray appointments yesterday. We arrived 15 minutes early, we filled out paperwork waited a few minutes and we were in and out within 10 minutes.From what I could see, it looked like they were following all Covid 19 safety protocols.They were Fast, Friendly & Efficient! We recommend Insight Imaging to our local community!

What a delightful staff and the office is beautifully decorated with treats and water to enjoy while you wait. I really appreciate Dr. Agness and her tender heart and the time she takes to patiently explain all the details of my mammogram and you dont have to wait to have an image redone since she reads it soon after while you are still waiting! Most importantly, you dont have to wait over the weekend if you find out the results are unsure. What a relief to know the results so soon! No woman likes to get her breasts squeezed in a machine to take an x-ray. But since its a great diagnostic tool.... we do it. Ive found this place to be such a relief - for one thing, we get the results the sake day. The staff are great. Its quick and easy. Grateful to have found Insight Imaging!

From the beginning of my appointment, checking in with the front office staff, and the Xrays performed the staff was very accomodating and kind.

Im disappointed because I desperately called, needing an ultrasound for a medical procedure and everybody else is closed due to the holiday. Insight is open, but the ultrasound tech said he hasnt done this type of ultrasound in awhile, so hes unable to perform it. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Awesome experience....welcoming from the opening the door to the staff and ambiance of the office you cant really call it an office or medical facility due to the comfortable interior and calm feeling you get! The lighting was so nice not florescent lights, easy check-in....soft music a departure from previous mammogram offices.The best thing is Dr. Agness meets with you immediately after the mammogram discussing the outcome...no leaving worrying about a phone call that we all fear at some point.....I recommend completely I left smiling how often can you say you have done that.Thank You To All...

Mammograms are certainly uncomfortable but, necessary! I am thank for Dr. Agnes’s. She is a very kind intelligent woman.
