Always a quick and efficient experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in resolving any questions or problems with the orders sent from your doctors office so you get the proper labs drawn and dont have to come back. You can even drop in and occasionally wait for a cancellation appointment but I dont recommend it.

Had to do an infant blood draw. Randa was so sweet and by the end he was even smiling for her!

Great, miles better than other locations

I did a walk-in appointment on a Tuesday and the wait was less than 5 minutes. The phlebotomist Jenny was friendly and very good at her job. I am usually a hard stick and she had no issues getting me on the first try. The facility was clean and properly maintained.

Yesterday, my wife and I arrived at 8am. Since we didn’t have an appointment, we were prepared to wait. However, there was only one person ahead of us, so our wait time was about 5 minutes. The lab technician was a very personable young lady with a lovely smile. I am not someone who is an easy patient when it comes to drawing blood. However, we both commented that this young lady made the process simple and definitely painless. She was very efficient and caring with her work, and my wife and I were back in the car within about 15 minutes. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t remember the technicians name because she deserved to be remembered.

A much better experience than I had in Keller. Shetina(sp) was pleasant, easy going and technically excellent. I will go back.

My experience with Quest was exceptional. Jenny, the phlebotomist is great because she is so helpful, caring and pleasant which makes for an exacting and comfortable blood drawing procedure. You can set up appointments online and there will be a minimum of wait time for your convenience. Test results will be posted on the web site for your review. It doesnt get any better than this for convenience and patient trust and confidence. I have been treated very well by Jenny over the years and always request that my doctors use Quest Grapevine located in the Tom Thumb grocery store for their testing requirements. After my appointment I stop at the instore Starbucks for a latte and maybe pick up some grocery items as well. This all totally works to my advantage. Great Stuff.

Getting blood drawn always sucks and I am prone to lightheadedness during blood draws. They made it quick and painless. So thrilled with the staff here.

Never a wait. Very professional! She does a great job. Gets it painlesslyon the first try and Im a hard stick! I have gone to her for years!

The worst place ever. Opened at 7:30am, with a line already. No one showed up for the 20 minutes I waited. I called Corporate and their only answer was, sorry we cant get ahold of a manager either. That was it. If I didnt have to drop something off, I would never use this place.

I arrived at my appointment time, checked in and within 5 minutes I was taken back. Near painless blood draw and very little bruising.

Lab tech was personable and quick. Her blood draw didn’t hurt at all.

Every location is closed at the very same time for lunch. Why???? Should have a staggered lunch schedule so at least one location is always open. I

I came in @12:24. It was lunch time . Have to wait until 1310. Wait another twenty minutes to get in. Staff were not friendly
