Somar wellness is amazing! The place is super cozy and the ladies are very attentive. I bought myself a package for my birthday and they worked with me to find the perfect schedule, even coming in on a Sunday when they are usually closed. Amazing mother-daughter experience! This is exactly what we needed after a long school year coming off the pandemic. It was my daughters first spa experience and it couldnt have been more perfect. The spa is so cute with a cottage theme. Its really welcoming. Both BB and Anabel were amazing therapists to work with. I loved how personable and real they were and how everything used was natural from the green tea scrub, to use of essential oils, and natural coconut massage oil. I also love how health and safety conscious they are. We did the Diamond and Gold spa packages and Im so glad we did. Every detail was seen to (from a charcuterie board to a bag of fresh made cookies to ultra soft robes and slippers to use) and the combination of services in the packages made us feel like super stars. My daughter loved the body scrub and facial and kept looking in mirror all the way home saying, My skin is so sparkly and smooth. Shes been plagued with problematic skin since she turned 11 so that was a big deal. It was a great bonding experience, confidence booster, and stress reducer. We will definitely be back to try other services. We had so much fun!

This place is the real deal. Ms. BeBe is a true expert. My wife and I committed to a couple massage for our anniversary weekend get-away. BeBe not only helped make arrangements to get me into an acupuncture appointment, she also discovered an area that was sore that I hadn’t even mentioned. She could “feel” my tension and told me she need to fix it. She did! Amazing work here; try it out—highly recommended and I will be back. I should mention the other staff was awesome too, but for me BeBe stole the show!

Booked an appointment while on vacation. I asked the morning of my 2 oclock appointment to cancel because I developed covid symptoms. They only offered to reschedule due to website policy. Shouldnt there be an exception for covid symptoms instead of exposing the whole spa and staff???? So instead they get to keep my $140. So disappointed in how this turned out. Next time Ill be sure to not pay in advance.

We have visited Somar for the past 4 years and we have now integrated them into every big event in our lives. Bebe is always so communicative with everything and each visit helps alleviate any muscle issues we were experiencing. We are so lucky/thankful to have found Somar!

I was in town to drop my daughter off at the airport and decided to schedule a massage while there for the day. Bebe went above and beyond to work me into the schedule. In doing so, she and Faith made sure I was taken very good care of. I had interactions with both Faith and Bebe. Both were very professional and paid close attention to my individual needs. When I return to Grapevine, I will definitely return to this spa for services.

Made an appointment or reservation for a couples massage a week prior to the date for services. The girl who took my call told me I could pay cash the day of and that a covid questionnaire would be sent to me the day prior. Since I didn’t receive the questionnaire, I called to inquire, the owner answered and tried to explain her process and that i didn’t have a reservation only an appointment. It went round and round and I still wasn’t sure if I was to show up for a massage. She then started to blame me and said the information about their reservation system was on the door and website, well I had called an spoke with an employee so I wasn’t looking at the website or the door of the establishment. The owner then proceeded to get into an argument with me. I would not go here if it was free.

I highly recommend Somar! My husband and I traveled all the way from Lawton, Oklahoma to get a couple’s massage. Our massage therapist were great! I received a prenatal massage and great work on my back to help lessen the back pain and it was the best massage ever. We will be back.

Went in for a prenatal massage to relieve some pain in my hips and lower back. Bebe did a wonderful job! She communicated with me through the entire experience to make sure she was addressing my most problematic areas and that I was getting what I needed from the service.I had some soreness after - which I expected from this type of massage - but it was gone within 24 hours and my hips and back felt much better than when I went in!

I came for a prenatal massage at 35 weeks after my husband got me a gift certificate and just got my second at 36 weeks. Listen....I thought I was coming in for a relaxing massage but Bebe immediately recognized what I NEEDED and trust me it was 100x better than a soft rubdown. I was feeling so heavy and my entire body was inflamed and with this being my first pregnancy I just honestly didn’t know that I didn’t have to feel that way. My poor feet and ankles were someone else’s!Bebe helped talk me through what might have been causing my body to flare up and once we identified some causes I spent the next week paying attention to self care and diet. Today when I arrived for my massage she didn’t even recognize me! Lol I look and feel more like myself even though I’m more pregnant. Get your pregnant butt in here, you won’t regret it.

Great massage with nice pressure. Wife especially liked the salt scrub. Scheduling and arrangements were a little tricky because of covid. We were traveling through DFW and she opened just for us despite the ice and cold.

Went for a massage, nice facility and good massage!

My fiancée and I had scheduled a massage 1 week in advance for yesterday at 12:30. We had text confirmation of it too. We arrived at 12:25 to find the door locked. Over the next 20 minutes we called she texted them to no response. I knocked on the door and no answer. This was supposed to be our Valentine’s Day massage and we were so upset. Over 30 minutes later the owner texted us saying their therapists were sick and we had to reschedule. We got no advance warning of this. We had planned our whole day around this. And we found out the owner was in the building but refused to let us in which is unbelievably rude.She refused to call us until hours later and blamed it on her employees calling late. Very unprofessional. I can’t believe all the 5 star reviews here. They have to be paid and fake. She should have called us and let us know she couldn’t do the massage instead of us driving over there. She offered a bio mat and that’s it. No offer of anything else which is baffling with how great this clinic is supposed to be.

So this review is long overdue. I will be covering two of my experiences. First time I went to Somar wellness Spa was pregnant with my second baby after the first one being a c-section. I wanted to go the natural path and Bebe DID NOT DISAPPOINT. At week 39 I got my prenatal massage and two days later I went for an induce massage. I have videos of the baby moving and all the contractions I was having while she was working on me. I felt so relax and it gave me the energy that I needed to keep going. I got a great referral to see Dr. Farrah which Bebe took of her time and took me to the appointment. She waited for me to be done and after that she even walked a couple of times in the parking lot with me since I was having lots of contractions. Needless to say I was able to have my VBAC and it was all thanks to this amazing ladies. ( Recently had my third baby, thought I could do it on my own and did not go to see Bebe, the whole process was and felt different and I ended up in a c-section) I only wish I would of have follow my gut and saw her for this last pregnancy too.Third time here on January 9,2021 for a couples massages and with the COVID-19 caos we were a little scared on how everything was going to be. Well when we got there a very nice lady came up to our car and made us fill out the forms in our car. Then she came back to get us and before entering the building she checked out our temperature and sanitize our hands. Quickly she put us in a room and handed us some ropes. This time I did a massage and a microdermabrasion as a mother of three ( this was such a relaxing and great time to focus on myself) While Bebe was working on me my husband was in the biomat and he says he felt like his soul disconnected from his body after that Bebe worked on his massage and up to this date my husband speaks about his massage and how great he felt after that. Oh, forgot to mention that we even won a gift card and we were able to go and have a dinner date after all that. Bebe is great, her place has an awesome atmosphere, great staff and most importantly they are taking all precautions to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. We will keep coming to Somar Wellness Spa and recommending it to our friends and family. God bless!

Ive gotten massages for many years to help with recovery from various physical training pursuits, but my experience with Bebe was quite unique.In 80 minutes Bebe managed to quickly find and greatly improve a few long-term mobility issues which Ive only been able to slowly make progress on after several months.As a result, Bebe has given me a new reference standard for what the results of excellent massage therapy should be. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Bebe, my massage therapist, was so passionate about getting my massage experience just right that I will have to make this visit more often. Yes that good!!! I’ve been here three times now and each time Was amazing. My first visit was with Bebe for a prenatal massage. Every pregnant woman needs To go here for a prenatal massage. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. They have a special pillow that allows you to lay on your belly!Next I visited for a post natal massage with Jill! It was amazing!!! She is so calm and sweet she transfers that energy to you to allow you to relax.Next I visited with Candace who was also great!! She specializes in Swedish massage. This was my first time having a Swedish massage and it was great. She is very knowledgeable on the body and she was able identify my problem areas and the sources of my problems!! She suggest stretches for me to do at work and ways for me to rearrange my work desk!After seeing three different Massuses here I’m sure all of them are great! You must check this place out

My 83 year-old Mom was in intractable pain from a spinal compression fracture and other problems. She was taking strong prescription pain meds which weren’t fully effective but were causing troublesome side effects. Also of course, medications didn’t directly address the cause of pain. Physical therapy wasn’t prescribed. Mom’s condition was poor and getting worse.Bebe Ramos saw Mom one time and gave her a thorough massage as well as other unconventional therapies. All of her pain was immediately relieved and has not recurred. This was several months ago. Mom resumed and continues an active, pain-free lifestyle appropriate for someone about to turn 84.I’m a clinical professional trained in conventional “western” medicine. We have no knowledge base or frame of reference to understand or explain therapies like what Bebe provides. I didn’t witness what Bebe did, but I have witnessed the results. Conventional medicine has a lot to learn!No one can predict or guarantee whether Bebe’s services will help others with problematic pain. If I had such problems, I would see her without hesitation. I recommend her as highly as possible and without reservation.

I had the 80 minute deep tissue with Sam on my first visit. He targeted my primary pain zones that resulted in much needed improvement. Thank you Sam! I’m looking forward to my next 80 minute deep tissue maintenance.

Very accommodating. I got some cupping done to help with arm and hand numbness along with severe knots in my back. I took it easy 2-4 days after and I have a tremendous feeling of relief in my back and neck. The pain that would radiate from my shoulder blade to my arm is gone. I will definitely try again and if in the area, will return to Somar. Bebe was great.

Called this morning to see if there was any availability today as I would be staying in Dallas tonight to fly out tomorrow morning. After seeing all the 5* reviews, I figured there was no chance for a same day massage. Bebe texted me back and had a cancellation at 630p. I received a therapeutic massage. I only get a massage 1-2x per year but she did a very deep tissue massage and targeted multiple areas and used techniques that no other masseuse has ever used. Bebe was fantastic and I felt the massage was very personalized. Next time I’m in the area, I will be sure to visit again!

I received a Swedish massage and scalp treatment from Bebe as an anniversary gift from my husband. I have had lots of massages and this was by far the best and most relaxing. She made me feel very comfortable and the massage itself was heaven!! You can tell Bebe loves what she does and is extremely skilled. I highly recommend her.

I really enjoyed my massage from Bebe- She was very professional and comfortable to be with. She is very educated and talked to me about different muscles in my body that were tight causing pain and tightness in other areas and how to work that out. She reminded me to take deep breathes throughout my massage- and to let go and relax. Awesome deep tissue massage and just what I needed!! My husband and I were visiting family in Dallas for a few days and towards the end of our trip, my back, arms and shoulders were aching terribly. Im also well into my 2nd trimester and was in dire need of a prenatal massage. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Bebe that day and Im so thankful for that. She is professional, knowledgeable and gave probably one of the best massages Ive had. Shes changed my level of expectations for what a massage/pre natal massage should be. I hesitate to write a review because I dont want to share my massage therapist with anyone. I have been receiving professional massages for over ten years and Bebe is the best. She has a natural instinct for finding what areas to work on and takes her time on those areas. I received a therapeutic massage and was not disappointed! Severely disappointed with how unorganized and unprofessional this establishment is. I had chose this location based on the glowing reviews. My fiancé and I had a couples massage booked for yesterday early in the afternoon, which was confirmed by Bebe. We had arrived a few minutes early to the appointment only for the door to be locked and a be right back sign on the door. I had been in direct contact with Bebe, and once our reserved time had come and gone, I texted and called her to see what was going on. She texts me 10 minutes after our reserved time stating she was in the establishment (she had locked the door even though there were other clients) and that two of the staff members called in sick that day, and that she was doing all the massages and running very behind. She stated she had forgot to mention anything to us about this. I understand that she may have been in a bind, but this is information I am sure she had well in advance despite the short notice from the staff. Her remedy for the situation was for us to come much later in the day and have each of us done one at a time, alternating with a 50 minute biomat/ sauna treatment. We had scheduled the earlier time because that was the only availability for us, and the whole point of the couples massage was to do it together. I had also ordered the 80 minute couples massage (which she kept on saying was just an hour). She tried to call me to confirm what I wanted to do and left a voicemail saying that she had 15 minutes to talk before the next client was coming in, and once I tried to call within that 15 minutes, it went straight to voicemail. This establishment needs to be better ran, and there is absolutely no excuse with how poor her response was regarding this situation.***Update***:I have never experience this amount of unprofessionalism in my life. Immediately upon writing the review, the owner contacts me trying to find a loophole to get the review deleted. She states that since she forgot to send the invoice to me even though there is text proof that she gave me a date and time and that she would email the invoice shortly, that I in fact did not have an appointment (which did not come up in our interaction at all until this review was written). This appointment was booked over a week in advance, and she told me over the phone that she would give the time slots available so being put on the waiting list she claims we were on for our reservation makes no sense. When we talked on the phone, she said multiple people had booked appointments for Valentines week and that she was sending their invoices first and I was next on the wait list to get my invoice after she sent theirs. I made sure to book the appointment when there was availability over a week later and gave all the information needed for her to send the invoice. If she had that time booked like she said, I would expect her to try to reach out to reschedule at some point, but that never happened. Why would we be on a wait list up until the day of the appointment without any attempt on the business to reschedule or reach out? Instead of owning up to her mistake, she is now trying to put the blame on us to save face. Absolutely appalled at the response, and she definitely needs to reflect on how she approaches mishaps in the future

Bebe is exceptional! I was in town a few weeks ago visiting my family and my mother and I wanted to get massages. Bebe got us in the same day I called since that was the last day of my trip. She was quick to respond and wonderful to work with. I got a personalized massage that incorporated multiple techniques (deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, etc) all which Bebe is an expert at. She told me it would be unlike any other massage I have ever had and she was right. I have issues sleeping and on this trip they had gotten really bad but I am so thankful to say that I have slept so much better ever since seeing Bebe. She is also full of knowledge and advice and I took away more than just an hour of relaxation from my time with her. I visit the area often and I will be making this a part of my visits from now on!

Throughout the massage, she regularly checks with you to ensure you are doing well. Bottom line, I had multiple focus areas, but walked out feeling great and refreshed. Wow! I went to see Bebe yesterday for a prenatal massage. Ive always carried my tension in my neck and shoulders, and its been worse since getting pregnant. Ive been battling tension headaches since Christmas, up to 2-3 a week sometimes. Bebe made sure to focus on my neck, shoulders and upper back - lots of massaging and stretching. I slept better than I have in a long time, without neck pain, and I feel sooooo much better even this morning! I never shouldve waited so long for a truly professional massage, and Bebe is the best! Bebe has been my massage therapist for several years. She has helped me through TMJ issues, neck and lower back issues and recently with a knee issue. She is amazing. Somar is a joy! Bee and Sadeeriyah are personable, friendly, wonderful. They arranged for a personal session for four of us. They led us through guided meditation, gentle yoga, and relaxation, as well as arranged a delicious organic meal. We left feeling rejuvenated and grounded. They are gifts to the world. I have had many massages in my lifetime and I have to say this was the best massage I have ever had! I went to somar to see Bebe upon a friends recommendation. My back had gone out due to improperly form (I was doing new exercises) and Bebe was my saving grace. She is amazing at what she does and she believes in customer service like no one I have ever met. If you need a massage you will not be disappointed. My back has gone out twice and Bebe came to the rescue each time.

This was my second trip to Somar. I have had both Bebe and Kourtnii work on me. I have lower back pain and overall stress tightness. They are fantastic. Both times I had a therapeutic massage that included stretching. Made a world of difference. Highly recommend going.

After my back went out, I was looking for a good massage therapist who could really help me get relief. I read Bebes reviews and decided to try her. She was awesome! With her suggestion of cryo and then massaageI was feeling much better the next day and able to get back to normal activities in a couple of weeks. She is a great massage therapist.

I went in to see Bebe for my shoulder pain. By the time she finished therapeutic massage and cupping I didn’t have near as much pain. Headed back for more treatment I’m excited to see how much better my shoulder gets after multiple times.UPDATE:It’s been almost 3 years and I still love Bebe. She really helps me with all my discomfort in my shoulder and neck. Since having my daughter I started having psoas issues and she’s jumped in helped tons even through covid. She’s a pleasure to work with and always has been.

BeBe released a ton of tension and restored proper blood flow to my arms and shoulders. It was the best massage Ive ever had! BeBe intuitively discovered tension in my jaw muscles and really opened up my sinuses in the process. So much of my chronic pain melted away after that and I really feel like Im on the right path to healing now!
