This was an overnight stay on our way across country. We stopped for gas a mile before we got here and when we stepped out we discovered that a large window in our fifth wheel was blown out!! So when we got to this park we were greeted by the owner who asked what happened. We told him that we didnt have a clue, that we had just seen it! Now we have 3 dogs and glass was EVERYWHERE in our unit. So while I kept the dogs occupied outside my husband started attempting to clean up all that glass. Not fun. And did I mention that it was cold? We arrived at dusk and it dropped to 22 degrees that night. Then the RV guy walks back over with a huge Amazon box for us! It was almost an exact fit for the window!! It was so appreciated!!! My husband got it all taped up using RV underbelly tape and he wedged a pool noodle behind each valance to hold it in place. So I want to shout out to the nice man that brought us that box! Thank you! A nice overnight spot with a thoughtful owner.

Great for an over night pass through. Friendly staff. If youre passing through and need to pull off for the night with full hook ups, this place is perfect! If youre expecting a spacious rv resort keep trucking!Contractors / seasonal construction workers, this is a cheap place to park your trailer, go to work, come home and sleep... rince repeat. Its right off hwy 40 with almost zero foot traffic.

Older park with functional services. Free cable and the most wonderful people you could ask for. The only drawback is the noise which is no fault of their own. We slept very well even with the noise. For 25 dollars you can ask for more. Thank you for the great visit

This was a very good find while passing through. It is super affordable, has all the hookups. Includes bathrooms with showers and they are always clean. Everyone including staff are very friendly. The whole place has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. You will not find better in this area.

Would not recommend at all.First and foremost...they DO NOT have full hookups at their sites. They use false advertising to get you there. There are partial hookups with electric and water and you have to drive your rig to their dump station to empty black and grey water.Secondly, we really needed to do laundry and they claimed they had laundry facilities, it was one of the reasons we chose them. Well the laundry was in the main office area and the people wanted to go home early so we couldnt do it that day. They told us the office would be open for us to do laundry starting at 7 am the next day. We went over there around 9am and, guess what, all locked up! We had to leave wearing dirty clothes and go find a laundromat. This place is also VERY loud being by I 40 and another major road. Lots of highway noise and the worst is all the semis driving right by your rv using their loud engine brakes. We hoped our AC would drown out the noise but, no, the road traffic was so loud we didnt get much sleep. The wifi was nonexistent at our site, it only showed up a couple of times and the signal was so weak it wouldnt work. Luckily I had an ok signal on my phone (AT&T).There were also dogs off leash in the park. There were other issues but those were the main things. These people also run Bar S RV Park. I recommend avoiding both. The 22 dollar price is tempting, I know, but we regretted giving these people a single penny. To the owners, Im sorry, but you guys need to get things running better and STOP using false advertising. A dump station is not the same thing as full hookups.

So glad we found this park. We broke down a few miles away and had to get towed back to town. Mac and Richard went above and beyond to help me get my truck fixed. Bathrooms are clean and shower was hot. Will be stopping here again on our way back from up north.

All campgrounds in Grant are near hwy 40. Blue Spruce is small and friendly. It is very good for a one night stop, since sites are pull the and level. The showers are the best you will ever experience. Its a real private bathroom with a normal shower. Water pressure stayed the same the whole time, no surprise hot or cold when someone else turns on another shower or flushes the toilet. It is all gravel, but very clean and some nice trees. We stayed in 2015 for $19, full hookups. We would stay there again.

Basic place to stop, hookup, and sleep. the park is right on the road, not even a fence for half the property, so dont expect an outdoor experience. staff was very nice and helpful. bathrooms are single person use so there could be a line. bathroom well maintained and clean. for the rate, $19+taxes, this is a good park if you just need a place to stop for the night

Very pleased with our stay. We were on a cross country trek and the temps were going to go down to 21° this particular night. We didnt want to boondock because we wanted to run our oil-filled radiator to save on propane. We pulled in late at night into Blue Spruce RV Park so the office was closed. First things first, we used the dump station straight away. =) Then we picked a spot, hooked up, ate dinner and went to sleep. We were up before day break and on the road again, so we didnt get any pics. It was very easy to pull in and get situated. Lot is gravel and mostly level. Other reviewers mentioned the train noise and I have to say, it was either off in the distance or the wind was blowing the right way, but it was not loud at all. We barely noticed the sound. The site was very quiet considering its proximity to the interstate. We would definitely stay here again.

Owners were very friendly, however, they advertise Cable and we only got one channel. They advertise Free WiFi when we ask for the code they said it probably won’t work on that site and it didn’t. When we went to bed we noticed our lights were dim. When my husband checked on it he discovered we had no power. We had been running on our converter and battlers since we got there at 4:00. Our batteries were almost dead. The 30amp wasn’t working at all so he plugged us into 50amp. We had almost no amenities at this park. We would have been better off to go to the KOA even tho it costs more.

Easy to get to from IH-40 in Grants, NM. A quiet park; however, spaces are tight if parking a larger RV ( I pull a 38 fifth wheel). The park is convenient to shopping and restaurants in town. Good, strong Wi-Fi and cable TV. Nice park for a short stay over.
