Timber Kids has a very friendly and professional staff who made my daughter feel comfortable. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my daughters comfort. The nurses and doctor had a fun little story to make my daughter feel like she was helping catch the sugar bugs while they took care of cavities. Thank you Timber Kids! 5/5 Would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The front office staff was kind and courteous. Once we went back into the exam area, my daughter wasn’t thrilled but the dental assistant and dentist were incredibly kind and patient with her to make her feel more comfortable. As we were leaving my daughter said to me, “the dentist isn’t scary mommy” (3yrs) Thank you Timber Kids Dentistry!

I am beyond frustrated. Timber kids cancelled my sons appt without telling me. After I requested time off of work. I also work in a dental office, and there is no way we would ever do something like that. I love the experiences my daughter has had in the past with timber kids but I cant believe that has happened.

5 stars to Dr. Goyne and Krystal. My daughter had to have 6 teeth removed yesterday and she was very scared and wasn’t particularly cooperative. I appreciate their patience so much and for allowing my daughter to hug me while she got her teeth out. I don’t have much experience with pediatric dentists, so not sure if that was a common thing, but it means a lot to me and my daughter that they were ok with it.

I loved the dentist and assistance they have treated me an my son amazing. But for the front desk Ive never been treated worse anywhere! Just trying to make an appointment and the lady was completely rude an treated me like I was dumb when she isnt a dentist and if I want to see a dentist about my sons teeth its my business not of theres to tell me Im wrong Im very upset and I never complain. Unless I feel its really needed.this has happened both times Ive had to make appointments and they seem to never be friendly up front what so ever in person b or phone.

Today was our first visit at Timber Kids, My son is 10 years old and we absolutely LOVED our time spent this morning in their office. Everyone is so friendly, COMFORTABLE and welcoming. The girls in the back were super nice and the DOC especially, very informative, makes the kids laugh and I am so amazed by the fact that my son needed to have 2 cavities capped and they got us in for the procedure the very next day! Hands down the best care my boys have ever received! First getting there the front office reassured me that everything was going to be alright. Then going back Dr was super sweet, informative and understanding ( I was in tears because I felt like I was spinning my wheels trying to get my boys teeth fixed). He explained everything in plain terms and made sure the boys needs were met. He The assistants were AMAZING!!!! Super gentle handed with the boys and explained everything to the boys before doing it. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful for my boys and myself. 😊

They cancel appointments, reschedule, cancel again. When you reschedule they dont put you on the list like they say. Your kids go months with pain and dont get the care they need.

It has been such a great experience for us! They work so well, and quickly with my fidgety boys who are 4 and 1. Its a great place for kids who have a hard time sitting still, and need a bit of patience and creativity.

My daughter had to have 4 teeth wiggled out before she got her braces. Everyone was absolutely amazing! They were short staffed, but still managed to give her the best care a parent could ask for! The staff and doctor made her feel so comfortable and made the process absolutely painless in every way!

It was our first time here at Timber Kids Dentistry and my daughters very first time going to the denstist. The whole staff from start to finish was very welcoming! They had a cute set up for the kids waiting area. A section to watch mickey mouse club house, a section for the kids to play with toys and had a cute little tent inside with books all around. Just took 4 of my 7 children here for the first time. It is a beautiful building with an amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Great place to wait with kids and we loved how mom and dad and siblings all got to be together during cleanings, x-rays, etc. highly recommended.

I dont usually write reviews, unless I feel it necessary to help others, so I will do my very best to review in detail, my experience with Timber Kids. Very disappointed in the doctors philosophy on how he does dentistry. My son had some cavities that we got taken care of, including three steel crowns that were snuck in. While we had all that work done, the doctor knew of another cavity my son had but he didnt tell me about it, instead he decided to give my child the benefit of the doubt, in other words basically it was too small for the doctor to worry about, thinking that the cavity wouldnt progress beyond the enamel, which it did. I even told him my concerns over my sons brushing and eating habits (I brush for him now, I was disappointed the doctor didnt tell me I needed to oversee my sons brushing at seven years old, some kids need extra help for as long as they need). The doctor told me another steel crown was needed, when we went back 6 months later for his cleaning/check up. I got a second opinion and a steel crown was not needed. In fact, the other doctor had not done steel crowns since dentistry school (that was a shocker, since this one seems to hand them out like candy). This place is great if your kids dont need any significant dental work done, if their teeth are completely cavity free. I would suggest seeing a different dentist if you are seeking help with cavities. I will not go back to Timber Kids.

Dr.Westphal and his team are amazing. I have a 16 yr child that has never been able to handle the dentists office. Today my child was able to get all his dental procedures done in one same day appointment, which is just shy of a miracle to me. Thank you Timber kids Dentistry for an amazing visit and now my child can relax knowing your team is there.

Love Timer Kids Dental! They are wonderful with children. My oldest has ADHD and its not always easy to get him to relax for a dentist but they really work with him and he enjoys going to the dentist!

We saw Dr. Wesphal for the first time today. He saw all 3 of my boys, ages 6, 10 and 11. He took the time to explain all of our options for treatment plans and allowed us to take part in those plans. He took our concerns into consideration and we came up with plans for all 3 of my sons. Also the staff was amazing. I have been to too many offices where the front staff are cold or irritated with my family which is always so hard for me. We all felt comfortable and welcomed. Both my kids went to Dr. Westphal. My daughter would be considered easy breezy. My son on the other hand is a completely different ball-game. He is reluctant and not as trusting. Dr. Westphal took his time and made the process effortless. Every single child and person should be treated in the gentle and thorough way he treated my children. My kids hated their previous dentist. So much they asked to never go there again. Upon searching pediatric dentists, i stumbled upon Timber Kids, looked at their reviews(before the grants pass office opened), and knew right away this was the one. When we arrived, my kids were jazzed to see their name on the board. They felt welcomed. When they went in the room to get examed and their cleanings, they were nervous, wasnt liking it at first, but in the end they really enjoyed it. Timber kids is a Fantastic place to take your kiddos! It is set up just for kids, its a very Clean, Super kid friendly place to get Amazing gentle care! Their focus is keeping your child comfortable in a sometimes stressful place. Each station has its own flat screen on the ceiling so your child gets to watch a movie the whole time. My daughter has had some unfortunate issues with her teeth and Dr.Westfall has been just awesome with her teaching her how to care for her teeth and explaining what he was going to do before he did it and why. In one visit my brave girl got two teeth pulled and 3 crowns. Dr. Westfall did everything in record time, keeping my daughters spirits up the whole time, I think the laughing gas helped a liitle too. Do yourself and kiddos a favor and make them an appointment today!

We first heard of Timber Kids Dentistry thru my Sister Crystal, as well her having two children with Autism was hard to find a Dentistry Facility that will take Autism children in Grants Pass. Sister told me about her experience with Timber Kids Dentistry. We signed up our children immediately. Signing up our children was easy, staff helps you step by step. When entering to Timber Kids Dentistry is a childrens cave with toys and TV for entertainment while filling out paperwork. Front Desk is very polite and helpful to answer any questions. Theres coffee and water if needed. Once inside staff is very greeting, happy, funny and always smiling making sure everyone is having a great time at Timber Kids Dentistry. Staff tool great care of my children, especially my son Poseidon also diagnosed with Autism, love the staff and Dr. Westphal while they bush his teeth along with getting a Goodie Bag with (Toothpaste, Toothbrush, stickers, etc). My other son Zealand love Dr. Westphal and staff while brushing his teeth, taking X-Ray pictures, receiving goodie bag as well as picking one you for being good. Dr Westphal is a great person to meet and talk to about anything regarding your childs teeth, he is very great with kids especially kids with Autism. Timber Kids Dentistry is my number one choice for children with or without Autism in Grants Pass. Dr. Westphal is really great with kids, he takes his time and he is very patient with them. My son (Jaevn) really likes Dr. Westphal and he really likes going to his dentist appointment to have his teeth cleaning with Dr. Westphal meaning sitting in the patient chair without being told. DR. WESTPHAL IS AWESOME!!!! I’ve had the privilege of working with Dr.Westphal At VCU school of Dentistry as his assistant and as a experienced assistant that’s worked with many different doctors I could clearly tell right away he was way ahead of his class. Not only was he thorough with his patients but but effectively efficient aswell! Everyone seemed to like him especially the patients and patients parents because of how genuine and caring he is. I would strongly recommend having him as your, or your family members dentist, or boss! Lol.
