Carts are sterilized and waiting. Masks are available, along with a very nice man welcoming us.Today sister and I went together. It was fun to see vintage and not recognizable things because time is marching on 😂 but Sister found a beautiful piece of art. I bought a canvas for oil paint for my neighbor. For me, new pair of sunglasses 🕶️ and 14 large Japanese lanterns. Ask for Senior discount or tell them youre a Veteran and a discount. Look for what color of tag to get the 50% discount. What a great place to find great deals! I found a Catherine Holm Norwegian casserole, in mint condition for $5.99 ! Its sells for over $200.00 online!

For starters, the employees here are SO grouchy. No one seems happy to be working there. The ladies at the front are super intense and FOUL mouthed. Secondly, for everything being donated to them you’d think the prices would be better. You’re better off walking next door to Ross and getting stuff brand new for the SAME price!! I will never be support this business and I suggest you do the same.

Super clean store, especially compared to other Goodwill stores Ive been in.

Having shopped in several other Goodwill stores in other states, my first visit to the GP Goodwill was not disappointment. The store was neater an more organized than others Ive been to, and the staff was very friendly and willing to help, if needed. There was a fairly decent selection of inventory to choose from. The only thing I found to be a little frustrating was that the majority of the electric/ electronic items are on the back wall and the aisle isnt wide enough to accommodate several shoppers at once. It seemed that as soon as you find an item that interests you, it becomes obvious you have created a traffic jam and are being bumped by other shopping carts or blocking other shoppers also looking at similar items. Other than that, I had a very positive experience for my first time in this store. 👍👍 TWO THUMBS UP

And the grants Pass Goodwill is by far one of the most organized sections for clothing that Ive ever seen All the clothes are easy to find locate sizes where theyre supposed to be even went so far as to arrange the pants in a way that makes it easy to see what youre looking at Great job grants Pass Goodwill

Although the prices are a little over the top, the customer service makes up for it. Some of the most helpful sincere genuine individuals. Ive walked in several times with the intention of looking for one item and end up tugging an armful around and the employees run and fetch me a cart without me even asking. Now thats true customer service!

We have the most stocked Goodwill in Southern Oregon...BEST selection of dresses...SUGGESTION:Would be nice to have the dresses divided into short and long...Would be nice to have the restrooms open...Thank you for being here for us...

For a place that resales used stuff there prices are outrageous.... Clearly a 3 pot cooking set being sold separately..just the small pot is 7 dollars more then the entire set at walmart...a kids shirt is almost twice as much as the same exact shirt at ross!! Will never shop here again

3 day return policy!! I bought a few items last week. After trying then on at home, I found that they didnt fit. No big deal. I figured I could just return/exchange them for something else. It took me a few days (4 days, to be exact) before I had time to do so. But come to find out, goodwill now has a 3 DAY RETURN POLICY! Not 10 days, or even 7! Nope! They give u 3 measly days! Thats absolutely absurd... Not to mention unreasonable And practically impossible for those that work. Come on now.As if their ridiculously high prices werent enough!

Im very disappointed in Goodwill the prices are very high the clothes are 7 dollars and higher even the smallest items are 2 dollars and up walmart has cheaper prices does anyone regulate Goodwill cuz if not I think someone should at least train them how to price these items we shop there because we cant afford to shop at the other places Ive bought a key board with the mouse and the software all in one bag paid 20.00 I get it home and couldnt use it because it needed the receiver to make the keyboard and the mouse work so I took it back and told them and they told me that they couldnt help me that I couldnt return it because it is bought as is I was so disappointed I started crying because that $20 could have went for a brand new one at Walmart they even charged me $2 just to plug something in to see if it worked before I left the building whats up with that someone please go in there and regulate these people because theyre beginning to get a bad name in my point of view youre sad customer in grants pass Oregon

I got stopped from trying on a jacket. It is disallowed due to covid. What! do they do launder all this stuff before it gets put on the rack? The employee said he had to take it in the back to quarantine it. What are they going to do to it in the back, launder it? This is all used stuff. It is a thrift store and we are down with that. Has the entire world gone insane?

Goodwill will never get my donations or my patronage again. They are too picky about what you can donate and their prices are more expensive on some items that I can buy brand new.

Wow a person would think that since this company gets its inventory for free, it would at least give a little break to us consumers. Especially when you can get the same item at a department store new for only a couple of bucks more. I tell ya I want in on this racket.

Found a very nice new suitcase and an old school, large slow cooker/food warmer. Lexi Dawn was very professional. She was so very helpful and nice to my teen girls. I really enjoyed my shopping trip. We all left with a great deal on something we loved. If you are strapped for cash and want to have a laid back, stress free shopping spree for $20, Goodwill has something special waiting for you too! I handed each girl $20 and they both got two full outfits, belts and bags!

Need more non clothes selection. Compared to other GW stores the selection is not very good.

Im going to give this to all stores of Goodwill. Your stores are clean. But you are way overpriced. I will not pay $8 for a shirt that is given to you you can tell me that it benefits people with special needs but that is ridiculous you are getting all profit. I am the mother of a special-needs man and I will not support that. Not only that knowing what the social economics all of this area is you have a lot of homeless low income people that cannot afford what youre charging $30 $40 $50 for coats boots 25 $30 for some get back to what the purpose is about.

After hearing that Grants Pass Goodwill does NOT recognize medical exemptions that prevent a person from wearing a mask, and in fact would not even take the customers medical card number to check, but called the police instead, I will NEVER shop there again.

I visit at least 5 days a week & have fore at least 30 yrs. The changes that have been made in the last few weeks have been amazing. Like shoping at a big department store. I buy very little at any other store. Love it, love it, love it.

The people here are wonderful, I love Rosa, Lisa and now Margie the dressing room ladies so very kind to me and my granddaughters. I miss Wanda at cashier I looked forward to seeing her would have given you 5 stars if she wasnt fired. Shame on you after almost 15 years of service. But keep up the good work we wouldnt shop anywhere else for GOOD clothes. Im on a tight budget raising my two granddaughters and couldnt make it without youre a Godsend. I always round up because I know how important your programs are to southern Oregon. Thanks

So much fun. The kids get to pick out toys that they can afford. The bathrooms are handicapped accessible thank you. And staff are amicable.

Fun! Bring your list of needs no matter how small, you will want a basket while you shop and make sure you give yourself some time. The friendly fellow who rang up our finds made it an even better experience. We will be back.

Cashier friendly, mens selection shoes always low. Tools/Sporting Goods aisle with Office. Aisle to narrow, too hard to look.prices for clothing fair. Announces of 1/2 price color would be helpful.Last 4yr you have an employee who dumps clothing in wrong areas.Bathroom check more often.

Huge space. Lots of room for lots of awesome finds! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They have clothing for all,furniture, craft stuff,candles and holders,picrures,mirrors, and so much more.

Some of the pricing is a bit off. They overvalue things. There are clearing two different pricing teams because there are also very reasonable prices depending on the day the items were processed and put out. On the whole, I like the new store, and go there at least once a week.

My 8 yr old granddaughter has decided that this is the best store ever. She just cant understand why people would to give away all these treasures.😊

This clean and well laid out store had a wide variety of items at great prices. I always find something new at the Goodwill Store.

I went shopping at their new location and found a few things that I was looking for but every single item was so dirty that I didnt buy anything.On their donation end I called first to make sure they were accepting donations and was told they were but when I got there was turned away. I understand that they get overwhelmed with incoming stuff but I dont understand why they cant simply inform the people who answer the phone.

They did a San up and reorganize which made it easier to navigate the store. It seems prices went up :(

Vincent De Paul has a better selection and prices. This facility is okay but you need to be agressive to get something worth buying ( fitting clothes, reliable appliances, working equipment,...ect)

I love thrift shopping to save money and help a good cause but when I walked into the grants pass store I almost fainted at the prices! $40 for some nikes that I saw at the Ross next door brand new for $50 or $8 for a used hurly t shirt! I cant believe I drove all the way to grants pass from Medford for nothing :(

People are fine, prices are atrocious.

Rather picky about what they accept, compared to other goodwills Im used to. If you bring a bin that looks too miscellaneous theyll turn it away. Makes not throwing good things in the garbage that much harder!

I found a McDonalds beanie baby still in its package for $0.79 that is worth $60.00. The treasures you can find are great and so is the staff.

Remodeled the store to mirror other goodwills. Not as many toys as other stores. Lots of clothes and glassware.

Its your typical Goodwill. I mainly go for electronics, things arent as organized as they used to be, they dont always include cables with electronics even if they have them; I recently bought an Xbox, there were no cables or controllers with it, after some searching I found the power and AV cables bundled with other, unrelated cables and they were charging $3 for each bundle.
