My 6 month old puppy was very well groomed and was quite relaxed for her first experience. Very gentle, caring staff, well be back!

Just picked up my pup from here and the service is OUTSTANDING! My pup loved her visit and was treated very well. I am not one to leave my dog with just any boarding facility, call it trust issues but this place is amazing and I will be bringing her back here if i need to board her again. She loved it.

My dogs got Kennel Cough here and they had all the appropriate vaccines. I tried to inform the owners and see if they could help me or make it right; considering my entire pack pf 6 was contaminated from my 2 dogs visiting the groomer. The owner Jo never returned my call. This goes to show what happens when people have too any dogs and dont care and clean the facilities appropriately. I would not take your dogs here unless you want a $40 grooming to turn in $500+ dollars in vet bills.

I am very disappointed in how my dog was treated at this facility. They have lost a customer.I was excited to try their daycare as it is much closer to my house. I called the facility and the lady on the phone was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, this is not what I encountered upon actually going there. It was off to a bad start first thing when I went to give the shot record and do paperwork. The young man there was on speaker phone with a friend and did not bother to hang up as he was helping me. Not only that, but his friend kept spouting off profanity (“you called me you mother f-er”) until the worker finally hung up on him. He apologized so I still decided to leave my dog for daycare. I dropped my dog off the next day (with the same worker) and he was the only dog there. When I went to pick him up, my dog was totally alone in the front room. I had to wait about 5 min for a worker to even notice I was there. I literally could have walked out with him and they would not have noticed. I felt like anyone could have walked in and stolen him. When a worker finally noticed me, he barely spoke to me and didn’t have much to say when I asked how my dog did. There was also no water in the daycare room- My dog was so thirsty when he came home and had to use the bathroom so badly. I am extremely disappointed. I do not expect them to stay in business long if this is how they handle customers as well as the dogs.

We brought our 1 yr old cane corso, Cersei, in for the 21 day basic obedience training, we couldn’t be more impressed with their service! The staff was professional and enthusiastic, their whole philosophy about positivity is just on point and crucial to helping dogs reach their highest potential. Since having Cersei back home its obvious that she has received the best possible care, and has been worked with dedication and respect. We are planning on bringing our 9mo old frenchie in for the basic obedience training soon.

Was driving from shady cove to grants pass on 7/6/19 when somebody driving a jacked up dodge with this companys insignia on it. I watched whoever the clown that was driving it pass people very dangerously and continue to honk his illegal train horn in road rage instances. He was driving extremely unsafe and very rudely. Also saw a couple of pedestrians legally cross a Street that traffic coming the other direction had already prudently stopped to allow. This clown driving your company truck slammed on his breaks and when they finally made it across the street, he proceeded to floor his diesel truck and throw black smoke all over the pedestrians. Not sure who the asshat driving the truck was (perhaps the owner). What a terrible way to represent your company. If I didnt know any better, i would say he was drunk driving. I wouldnt do business with a road raging assclown like this guy in my life
