I stopped in for headache, runny nose, etc. I was extremely pleased with my nurse practitioner, Candace. She was very thorough and explained everything as well as any doctor I’ve ever had.For me, Flonase was the key to solving my allergy problems. Would definitely recommend.

Drive all the way over there for the Heart Health Screening Test available May 9-15. The website said they opened at 8:00, and walk-ins only. We get there, and the pharmacist says they’re closed today because of Covid testing. When I pointed out the website, she said they have no control over the website and that I could call. We did call, and it never stated they were closed today plus all you get is an automated answering service. Ridiculous!

If youre going to close at 5:30 as opposed to the 7:00 closing time thats displayed both on the website and inside the pharmacy, you should communicate that more clearly.

CVS’ MinuteClinic is SO easy and takes away the annoying hoops of healthcare. I just schedule it on my phone and am in the same day.

I really don’t give it 1 star. Went to the minute clinic on today, to get my son’s physical done. The NP who was there saw all of us waiting in their waiting area. There were 3 people ahead of us a guy and his son and a older lady that kept coughing. After, the older lady was seen and came out. We’re thinking we are about to go next in the room to be seen. We had already been waiting for 2 hours....!!! She comes out pulls out the sign saying, “LUNCH”! I’m like, I know she’s not going to lunch after we sat here waiting all this time!!!! She say, I have to take my lunch now, you guys can come back at2:30 P.M. I said, No. I already had my son out of school/missing school to come here and get his physical done. She said, I’ll be here till 7. I said, yet again, No I’m good! Well I’ll be here in the morning, if you want to come back then. I WANTED TO SCREAM NOOOOOOOO!!!!She, seen us sitting out front waiting all that time. She, could have said something way ahead of time about, her having to take a lunch and taking the last patient. Instead, of letting us sit there for almost 2 FREAKING HOURS!! That would have been the professional thing to do! I’m glad I, didn’t have to spend my $69 there! This wasn’t my first visit, but it is my last!THAT’S ONE TOO MANY EXPERIENCE FOR ME.I,WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THE MINUTE CLINIC AGAIN!!!!!

I have been waiting just under five hours for a walk in appointment. This is not a walk in clinic. If you want a spot, sign up the night before and expect to wait an hour or more for your scheduled appointment. The physician I had, however, was amazing, knew her stuff, and worked hard to get me what I NEEDED at the best price. The practitioner was awesome, while the wait was horrendous.

Still sitting waiting an hour and 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment. I arrive for my 2:30 appointment to find a sign saying that they are out to lunch (even though the sign underneath out to lunch say that they take lunch from 1-2) it’s now 3:45 and I have yet to be seen. What’s the point of setting up a scheduled time for convenience if I wait longer than I would at my family dr. And why would you take lunch when you have appointments scheduled during the time you leave??

Dont remember the lady doctors name but she was awesome ! I was there at about 2:45. Kiosk said I had 45 minute wait, but person in line in front of me didnt show. So my wait was about 15 minutes. Nurse practioner was very complete. Friendly, and competent. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Very poor customer service, I had a friend make an appointment at the clinic for a physical and they canceled the appointment without a call back to let us know. When we arrived they made us wait an hour before being seen. Not helpful and very dirty, would not recommend coming back.

I literally just walked into this Minute Clinic, says 0 minute wait, and the one person there is on their phone. I say Excuse me do you work here, and her response is I actually havent taken my break yet, so itll be at least 45 minutes. I think theres another one on Lincolnway. Highly recommend going elsewhere for service.

I was there on 1/18/17. I signed in with 1 person in front of me. The computer said I had a 30 minute wait and the nurse practitioner was scheduled for lunch AFTER he saw me. I sat for 15 minutes. The nurse practitioner came out, called the next patient, then told me that he was taking a lunch after he saw her. I would have to wait or come back. He said it would probably take 18 minutes for the patient and then 1 hour for his lunch. I left work to go to Minute Clinic. Online said closed 1-2 for lunch. I was there just a few minutes after 12:00. I took MY LUNCH HOUR to travel to the clinic. I had a 12 minute walk to my car, drove 15 minutes to the clinic, sat 15 minutes, wasnt seen, drove 15 minutes back, walked 12 minutes back to my office. All this and wasnt seen!!! He told me to tell his boss, because he needs to be able to set his lunch hour. I now have an appointment with my primary doctor at 4pm today - which is what I should have done all long. I just didnt want to pay the small co-pay. Given my gas, and the inconvenience to not be seen - the cost was much more than my co-pay. I will think twice before using CVS Minute Clinic again.

My daughter had an appointment to get a physical. They confirmed her appointment via email less than an hour prior and when we got there, there was a sign that said “This Minute Clinic location is closed. Sorry for the inconvenience” But yet this page I am writing the review on says open until 7. Absolutely unacceptable.

Be careful, Shantelle will prescribe you over-the-counter medications and it will factor into how you are billed. Unneeded services = more $$$$. Shady practice.

I developed a rash on Friday that got worse on Saturday. I went to Minute Clinic as I couldnt see my doctor until Monday.I was diagnosed with Shingles, prescribed an antibiotic, charged $79 for the visit, prescription was $50. Also told to see eye doctor and primary doctor on Monday as the small patch of rash near my eye could cause total loss of vision. The thought of losing vision made Sunday a very long day! I saw my primary who took one look and said - you dont have shingles....thats poison ivy! A quick injection, the correct medicine and relief was on its way!!! His visit-same $79 cost/ $5 prescription that actually worked!!! Minute Clinic says they handle skin conditions so seems fair to expect she should have known the difference between shingles and poison ivy! Never again will I go to Minute Clinic!

Very disappointed. When I looked on their website it said there was no wait and when I got there, there were 3 people waiting. It was an hour before they closed so when I checked in on the kiosk, it said that nobody else was being seen because they were closing.
